So many unique finds you won't see anywhere else. I was ready to recruit half of them to Tucson markets. Parking can be a bit of a sport if you show up late, but it's free, so we persevere. I love cool street vendor concepts! Big John and his family who were there with him this weekend were just great. Very personable and kind. I ordered the brisket and loved it. It does come with sauce, which I really enjoyed, but you could get it without I bet. The plate was $10 with beans, potato salad and bread. Worth every penny for the food and experience! So we show no resistance and make our way there. The lady taking the orders is awesome and so pleasant! She always has a smile on her face despite serving very drunk and sometimes incoherent patrons. Her and the others in the truck are such hard workers too, always out there late night, even past 4am from what I've seen. Show them some love and appreciation! Now for the food, it's just amazing! For the price you just can't go wrong with the tacos or the burritos. And it's not because you've been drinking but rather because it's really that good. Plus they have cilantro to put on your order.
