I've used Screen mobile in 2 of my homes and love the product. Their exterior shades help keep out the heat while still allowing you to enjoy the view. Raul is very reliable, courteous, and always very professional. I recommend this company to my friend and clients all the time read more

My mother's house needed three screens rescreened and one replaired as a condition of her house selling; Screenmobile took care of the whole job for $88 and did a great job. The tech was very courteous and worked quickly to get the job done. He could have sold her a new frame, but repaired the existing one that had a broken 90 degree corner plastic piece instead. And of course, having them come to the house to do the work was important for a great-grandmother in her 80s who would not have been able to take the screens off herself. read more

Jonathan at screen mobile is the go to person for screen, rollers on sliding doors and blinds. High quality, easy to work with, and gave me a quote on the spot. He even gave a recommendation for a guy to fix my broken slider window. I highly recommend Jonathan and screen mobile. Top notch read more

I have a big, heavy Fleetwood screen door that had the misfortune of having someone (the culprit remains nameless, having never officially revealed himself) walk through it, so it needed the screen replaced. After asking neighbors on fb and irl I called Screenmobile and spoke to Mark on a Tuesday and we worked it out for him to come by to fix the door that Friday. Once he was here he took little time to pull out the old screen and put in a new one without even having to take the door itself down. (This was a concern because it's a heavy, oversized door and I was worried it would get scratched or otherwise injured.) The new screen is good and tight, and looks like it was there all along. Mark was friendly, knew his stuff, and cleaned up after himself. He had suggestions on what I could do to decrease the likelihood of folks walking through the screens again - very helpful. The price was reasonable, and I'm very happy with the job he did. Of course I hope I won't have to, but should the need arise I would call him again without hesitation. Definitely recommended. read more

I had these guys replace one of my screen doors in 2016. Another one of my doors became really bad here in October of 2018. Given that I remember how great they were I called them up. 3 days later they showed on precisely on time and replace a 2nd screen door for me. My second experience was just as "+++++" as the first. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. read more

As installers were putting in artificial turf around my house, the turf started burning from the reflection from my windows. I needed solar shades asap and called Screenmobile of La Quinta. Liz and Raul -- a delightful husband and wife team -- came out the next morning and measured. A week later they came back and installed the high-quality, custom-made screens. I was so impressed by their efficiency, responsibility and pricing that I ordered screens for three additional windows at the back of my house. Not only do the screens look great but they cut out something like 95 percent of the sun rays so I can't wait to get my next electricity bill to check out the savings! read more

We discussed future work that might need a little creativity and I look forward to see what we come up with... read more

We needed new screens for our home we recently purchased. A friend recommended Screen Mobile so we called and spoke to Liz. She was very polite, friendly and efficient. A couple days later Raul came out and installed our screens. He was very personable and explained everything he was going to do. They're great for calling you back after waiting 2 days. But when I told them I had to have two new window screens (which they quoted at $40 each) and an estimate for doing the rest of the house which included 12 more they quickly hung up. Their not willing to come out to do small jobs only large ones. read more

Having used an old, tired screen door on one of my patio doors for the two years we've owned this house, I finally had it and was referred to Screenmobile as a possible solution. I sent them an e-mail, they called me back within a day to set up the appointment. Jon showed up at my house, calling to confirm prior to getting here, and explained how he could help. In about 30 minutes, I have a brand new screen door that opens and closes without struggling or sticking!! He even installed a lock, so now this new door easily closes AND locks. Who would have thought 30 minutes can change your life!! Thank you so much, I will definitely call you back for the rest of the house screens when ready. read more

I wasn't crazy about allowing a 3 or 4 hour window for measuring and again for installation BUT it was so worth it. Raul really knows his product. The initial consult was so helpful. I was going to use the same color I had from a previous solar screen order (different company). However, his advice made all the difference. They're really beautiful - inside and out. Awesome service! read more

Raul and Lisa are very professional. Always on time and they really take good care of their customers! My house was rented out for a long time and when I returned ti the desert, all of my screens were missing. I needed to have new screens and frames for my house. We chose solar screens and even though they are pricey, they really make a huge difference in your electric bill. They are lovely to have and really keep the house cool. I highly recommend Raul and Screenmobile! read more

Bad bad customer service. I guess they are so busy they turn down customers, I tried to make an appnt for a quote and they would not accommodate my time read more

Very impressed with their service. They were prompt and efficient and got us the custom screen door we needed. It fits beautifully on its track and looks great. The price seemed appropriate. Mark indicated that he'd prefer I pay with a check, though he could do a credit card payment for a small fee. He told me that I could mail the check to him if that would be more convenient than paying then. That was really amazing to me. Seemed like really old- fashioned trust that many people don't have, perhaps for good reasons. But it made me think especially well of Mark and this small business. Will absolutely use again. read more

These folks are awesome. I filled out the on-line request for a quote. Mary from the office responded within one business day. She was upbeat, informative and an all around pleasure talk with. Excellent customer service and product quality. Mark and Jonathan installed exterior solar window screens on our entire house. They were custom made for different size windows and sliding door. The product has performed just as they described. Six months later we ordered interior honeycomb window blinds. After installation we saw that they didn't fit like we expected. Jonathan reordered new blinds at no cost to us and left the blinds on the windows so we wouldn't be without coverage. I highly recommend Screenmobile of Desert Hot Springs for their performance and quality product all at a fair price. read more

Mark Russo and his son-in-law were great. We were looking for a product that would offer security for our house, yet look like window screens. Guarda Screens and security doors were the answer. Initially, were ordered three screens for the "most vulnerable" windows. The windows were were hidden from the street. No sooner than we installed the three screens, there was an attempted break-in. The person attempted to enter the house through the two windows facing the street and the three sliding glass doors. Fortunately they were not able to get into the house, however window glass was cracked and window frames damaged. We immediately called Mark. He immediately returned, measured the rest of the windows, doors, and sliding doors. When the products arrived Mark and his son-in-law installed the products. The screens look great! They arrived at the scheduled time, efficiently installed the screens, demonstrated how to activate the emergency release, then cleaned up. I highly recommend Mark. Mark and his son-in-law work efficiently, professionally, and the quality of their work is "master" quality. The screens look as though they are just "sun screens" to reduce the heat gain. This is important when living in the desert. We have regained our sense of safety knowing unwanted guests are unable to get inside out house. Looking at our house you would now know we installed "security bars." If you are looking for professional install and quality products I recommend Mark at Screenmobile. read more
