Had a backyard sliding door screen replaced. Spoke with Kim via text and had an installer come to my house the following week. Tyler, the installer was incredible. Explained what he was going to do, then did the job in about an hour and a half. Later that night, I noticed the the screen door was slightly out of alignment when I tried to close it. I messaged them and they got back to me the next day and scheduled to have them come back out that same day. Tyler came back out with Cameron. I requested a quote and Kim called me first thing in the morning and we arranged an appointment for them to come and measure for 2 sliding screen doors and 1 bedroom screen to match existing older screens. I have not seen this level of customer support and honestly in over 30 years at any service business I have dealt with. I live in Seal Beach Leisure World and I needed retractable screen repair or replacement. Over the phone, Kim sent me many ideas and listened to my indecision with patience. I was going to order a new screen door but when Greg came out to measure and assess, he saw that all I needed was a quick rail cleaning and new magnet. They called about 20 minutes before arrival. Swapped out the old screen, and replaced the old rusty rollers. They left it better than before. Paid by check, got a receipt by email. We needed the screen replaced on an old screen door. From beginning to end, the process with Screenmobile was painless. Talked to Kim on the phone, sent her pics, got the estimate, and set up an appointment. The techs (Tyler and Cameron I believe) called me in the morning of the appointment and said they were ahead of schedule and asked if being early was OK. They showed up at the time they said they would, we had a quick discussion, they took the door off the hinges, brought it to their truck, re-screened, and re-installed in less than 20 minutes. This review is late in being posted but I felt the need to post it since we've had the new retractable screen door long enough to truly know how good it is. The brickwork near the front entry that was done at this house had caused an issue as it relates to installation of any screen door and a retractable one seemed like the best solution. When Greg showed up he explained how he would still have to circumvent things in order to work around the brickwork (had been laid too close to the door). Long story short, Screen Mobile did a fantastic job. There was a couple of hiccups that occurred but my take on giving a review on a business always includes what they do when a mistake is made because it reveals the honesty and integrity of the company. An honest mistake was made and not only did Greg own it, he took care of it. The other hiccup was not a mistake per say but rather making a slight adjustment to make smooth out the edges of some of the metal to ensure safety. Each time someone came out it was clear that they care for their clients regarding all aspect. The pricing was very good and I would highly recommend Screen Mobile to anyone. The accordion screen is always a topic of compliments from visitors. It's something you have to see to appreciate! read more
