Greg was very helpful in getting me just the right screen for my door. I love the retractable screens and he has now done 3 for me. Service is friendly, helpful and on time! Response time on Yelp was fast. Office very helpful. Screen came in right away and Greg explained everything to us very well. Thank you, Greg! We have more screens yet to do and you will be the one we ask to do them. read more

Reached out to Greg yesterday and he had someone out to the house within about an hour to replace my old broken sliding screen door. The guys were great and in less than 30 minutes I had a fabulous new sliding screen door leading to my back patio. I had been putting this off for months and I'm so glad I didn't wait any longer. Great experience and I'm very happy with the screen door. I now have a working screen door that actually works and locks! Feels like Christmas. lol. Thanks Greg and team!! read more

This business, and the people who run it really did a great job in all steps of the process. I submitted the online form on a Sunday afternoon letting them know we needed a sliding screen door re-screened and Kim got back to me this morning and scheduled two gentlemen to come fix the screen door this afternoon. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this business. Thank you! read more

This review is late in being posted but I felt the need to post it since we've had the new retractable screen door long enough to truly know how good it is. The brickwork near the front entry that was done at this house had caused an issue as it relates to installation of any screen door and a retractable one seemed like the best solution. When Greg showed up he explained how he would still have to circumvent things in order to work around the brickwork (had been laid too close to the door). Long story short, Screen Mobile did a fantastic job. There was a couple of hiccups that occurred but my take on giving a review on a business always includes what they do when a mistake is made because it reveals the honesty and integrity of the company. An honest mistake was made and not only did Greg own it, he took care of it. The other hiccup was not a mistake per say but rather making a slight adjustment to make smooth out the edges of some of the metal to ensure safety. Each time someone came out it was clear that they care for their clients regarding all aspect. The pricing was very good and I would highly recommend Screen Mobile to anyone. The accordion screen is always a topic of compliments from visitors. It's something you have to see to appreciate! read more

Kyle and Cameron were friendly, fast and efficient. Screenmobile has a great set up. They come to your place with a workshop in their trailer to build or repair your screens. They also showed me how to take out a screen. I can see if you don't know how to do that it would be very easy to try and force it. Thanks so much!! 5 Stars from me. Deb read more

These guys are great. We needed a re-s creening and they were fast and courteous. We used them 15 years ago for the same patio slider and discovered they charged the same now as they did then. You can not go wrong with Cameron. read more

I asked for a quote to re-screen a door. It was late at night, got an email first thing in the morning along with a phone call from Kim. Gave me a quote and availability. Also said if they were unable to do it on site because of the rain, they would remove the door, take it to their shop to re-screen and take it back right away for the same price. Luckily, they were able to do it on site. They called me when they were on their way. Two men came and did a great job. The customer service was great, along with the actual job. Did exactly what they said. Would wholeheartedly recommend. read more

Two installers arrived on time today and were very professional and organized. They did a custom install on a sliding screen door opening to a balcony. The installers were very experienced and the booking process was convenient. Although my job was simple, I am sure that they are well qualified to perform more complex installations. I am very happy with the results and with the service. Highly recommended! read more

Great company and quality service. I appreciated the hard work, as he replaced most of my screens that needed some love. The only reason i'm taking one star away is that i thought it was a bit high priced as compared to what i am us too for other places, but solid work regardless. read more

This review is for the great service I received from owner Greg Reedy even though I did not use his services. I messaged Greg today (Valentine's Day) through Yelp @ 5 pm to inquire about getting a window screen replaced for my mother's home. She is elderly and is unable to get this done herself. My wife and I reside in MA and are only in CA until Sunday. Greg replied to my message at 5:26 pm. He informed me since I only have one screen to replace and to be more cost effective, he recommended we go to Ace Hardware in LB where they can replace the screen since he has a 3 screen minimum. My wife and I took the screen to Ace this evening. They are making us a new screen which will be ready tomorrow afternoon a day before we leave. There is a reason that Greg and his business has the rating and great reviews on Yelp. He understands what true customer service is! To get back to me on a Friday, Valentine's Day at 5 pm and to recommend a couple places where I can get a new screen done is going above and beyond for his customers and in this case potential customer. Word of mouth and referrals is the most powerful form of advertising and marketing for any business. Thank you Greg. Because of your prompt reply, my wife and I was able to get my mother a new screen before we fly back home Sunday. We have saved your contact information and will use your services in the future for my mother's home along with recommending you to our friends and other family members here. read more
