I dropped my phone and shattered the screen, but luckily everything still worked! After checking in with AT&T and Apple I discovered that a new phone is way out of my price range! I did a quick google search and these guys were 5 minutes away! Over the past few years, technology has really gotten ahead of me so I was a little intimidated about going in to the shop, but once I got there I realized there was nothing to worry about. Not only was my phone shattered, but it was running slow b/c I was out of storage and my battery was at a critically low level. Everything was explained to me in a simple way, and they looked at how my phone was running and tried to help me out . I grabbed a beer down the street to pass the hour that was quoted, and my phone was ready right when they said it would be. Screenfixing guarantees their screens for a year, so after a week I went back in b/c I thought there was a glitch. Once again they were patient with me and tried to replicate what I was experiencing. When we couldn't get the glitch to happen they thought maybe my phone just needed the new update, and updated it for me in their shop and told me to come back if it happens again. Kudos to the good people at Screen Fixing. My 2011 MacBook Pro totally went out. It was an old Mac therefore the parts were hard to come by. James, Nate and Logan worked really hard in trying to find that part for me so I would have to purchase another Mac. Well, turns out I had to buy another one anyhow because the part wasn't available. James took the time to send me links for Macs that were in my budget and met the specs I needed. I felt very comfortable with their suggestions and am currently typing this review on my new Mac! I took my iPad to Apple to have it repaired only to be told it couldn't be fixed but I could trade it in for a new one. These folks are lifesavers! Okay, well, maybe they didn't save my actual life, but they saved my trip to Europe. The morning of my flight my phone wouldn't charge, and I ran into ScreenFixing in urgent need of a repair. Super nice folks! They took time to diagnose why my 2017 Macbook Pro battery wasn't charging. There was concern it was a fault in the logic board since the battery had no obvious signs of swelling and only had 120 charge cycles. Ultimately, changing the battery solved the issue! Was super affordable - on par with what Apple would have charged and at least I didn't have to drive to the Apple store and was able to just drive down the street from my house to East Atlanta Village! Had an issue with a 2008 Mac Book Pro. Also am a non-tech person so I didn't ever realize that the battery had blown up. Nate took a good amount of time with me so that i could understand what needed to be done and also why it needed to be done. They restored the Mac side and the PC side of the split hard drive and got it all working again. The guys at ScreenFixing turned my Mac around quickly. They fixed my IPhone 6 screen and did such a great job but my screen shattered within 2 weeks related to a weird bend in my phone. My Apple Watch first generation had the back come detached from the watch when I took it off the charger. This is a known problem but since the watch is 3 years old Apple wanted $79-$200 to repair the watch. Screenfixing teglued the watch for $30 and had the work done in 24 hours. I took it to Nate and the guys at 5:30 p.m., they ordered a replacement display, received the shipment the same day, and had my screen fixed by opening the next day for a reasonable price.
