The biggest thing I appreciated was how trustworthy and friendly everyone was throughout the process. From start to finish, they made everything feel incredibly straightforward and stress-free. Nick was always very responsive and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. When our double door arrived, it was missing a hole, which was understandably concerning, but they immediately arranged for Alex to come out and fix it. It wasn't an easy adjustment to line up perfectly, but he did a great job and made sure I was happy before finalizing everything. He helped us arrive at a suitable energy-efficient Simonton models to replace 5 of our windows at a reasonable price. He also measured all the windows to be replaced and promptly provided a written quote. Three of our replacements were for original 30+ year-old single-hung windows which were no longer functional because their balances had failed. The replacement Simonton windows have a better design that obviates the need for such balances, which was of added value to me! The total window order, measured and made to order, was received by JWG within 3 weeks and installed within 1 week. JWG Windows arrived just minutes before the scheduled time for installation. We were fortunate to have a second installation crew (Alex and Ricky) join the first crew (EJ and Cody) during the installation process, which allowed the entire job to be done within 2.5 hours. These two teams operated smoothly together in good spirits, were respectful of our property (using drop cloths in each work area) and cleaned up the work areas. After they were installed, EJ demonstrated the windows' operating features, provided me with the manufacturer's warranty and answered my questions. (The self-latching worked a bit differently than I expected, which actually was an improvement!) The windows look great and are a pleasure to use! Nice work, JWG!

I recently had all of my windows replaced in my home with 360 Windows and Doors…read more I first met Zach at the showroom and he showed me some of the windows they offer and how they were made and took the time to answer and questions I had, and explained the differences between each of the window types. I later met Malake who facilitated the transaction. Malake was wonderful and put the whole package together and was very good at keeping me updated with changes that might occur. I called her on the weekend in the evening and she still answered my call. Absolutely awesome. We ran into a small issue with sizing on a couple of windows from the window manufacturer and 360 Windows simply offered an upgrade to those windows that had the issue at no extra cost. Talk about taking care of your customers. Lastly there was a small hiccup with the screen door that didn't make it into the shipment for my sliding glass door. 360 windows contacted the manufacturer of the windows and for whatever reason it was further delayed. Not any fault of 360. I spoke to Lauren on a few occasions regarding the screen and she decided it was taking too long to get the screen from the manufacturer and Lauren contacted a local vendor that manufactures screen doors and sent them out to build a custom screen door since the original vendor was having issues. Much appreciated!! Everyone I encountered at 360 Windows was awesome. They were patient with all my questions and friendly, responsive, explained everything and informed me of any changes. The install team were punctual and really on top of the job. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend this company. Thank you all for a great experience. I have had neighbors ask me about my windows and I will be sending them to 360 Windows and Doors.

Once ordered, the window hardware arrived at Glass Guru, and installation was easily scheduled. For the installation, Miguel arrived on time, and was extraordinarily polite and safety-conscious. He quickly installed the window hangar hardware-sets, fixed an additional issue with one window, and then silicone-sprayed other windows. I'm very pleased with these people; I won't hesitate to call on them again, and I recommend them with gusto for others needing glass and window service!

I was told the glass would be installed in about two weeks. After several weeks passed with no update, I followed up and was told they saw the deposit had been refunded and they would look into it. I was then told the job had been cancelled because we "needed new windows, not just new glass"--which is confusing, since they also install new windows. They claimed an email had been sent to either my contractor or me notifying us of the cancellation, but neither of us ever received anything. As a result, I waited weeks under the assumption the order was moving forward and am now starting over with a new company. This experience was a waste of time and very disappointing due to the lack of communication.
