After…read morereceiving an initial appraisal from the guy who hit me's sketchy insurance company, I could not get them to further communicate with me to save my life. Their first and second offers were far lower than ABW's estimate, and I was a wreck about proceeding with a repair without them agreeing to the correct figure in advance. I felt very hopeless and was sure I was going to get screwed over somehow. Not only did ABW flawlessly fix my car, they handled everything with the other insurance company behind the scenes and I walked out the door without lifting a finger. I was shocked and deeply grateful. They made what I was turning into a very stressful situation easy. As I was leaving I told them I hope I never see them again, but truly I am so grateful I know what to do now if I ever have a problem in the future. Pickup dates were communicated and missed without proactive notice, and I was often told updates were "sent" when nothing was received. My email address was misspelled, which I had to catch and correct myself after not receiving updates or photos. Front desk staff did not proactively notify me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. When asked why no call was made, I was told they were "too busy" and that it "depends on the day." This response showed a lack of customer priority and accountability. The most concerning issue was conflicting information about diagnosis and BMW involvement. At one point, I was told there was no confirmed BMW appointment, and later received a message stating the vehicle was fully programmed and calibrated without dealership involvement. These inconsistencies made it difficult to trust the information provided and left me without a clear timeline. Additionally, the repair was not properly closed in the Carwise system after pickup, which prevented me from leaving a Carwise review and they don't want me leave a review on Carwise with my experience so here I am writing my review Based on this experience, I question how consistently customer experiences are reflected in Carwise reviews. If you use this shop, document everything and expect to follow up repeatedly. I cannot recommend this facility if you value proactive communication, accountability, or transparency.

My car received some scrapes and a missing plastic panel from a minor hit and run. They did a decent enough job with the paint but I was told they couldn't get the part from Subaru and they would attempt to find one from another source but I should look for the part myself in the meantime. They never followed up with that. About a year later I managed to finally get the panel and dropped it off for paint. When I received it, it actually came back looking worse than when I dropped it off. (Images attached). I could've done a better job with a rattle can. It looks like they threw it in a parts bin immediately after painting it.
