They've created a family centered atmosphere amongst their staff and many loyal players which my son and I truly enjoyed from day one. Their prices are fair and they have enough gear inventory for beginner and seasoned paintball players. Ballistic Ben's "Game o Games" event is also something truly remarkable and memorable. I won't write what happens because I think it's best that you experience it yourself. Yes, getting shot with paintball does cause bruises, but the excitement and competition makes it an awesome experience. My son and I look forward to Saturdays at Ballistic Ben's, and we'll bring more family and friends to enjoy and share the thrill of paintball.

I asked if it was new or used because I did not realize Freak made a XXL kit, and I thought it was just an old or used kit because older kits had the longer sleeves versus now a lot of companies are switching to smaller ones. Anyways I didn't have the chance to explain myself before the gentleman that walked in overreacted to my question thinking I was calling his product used or old. He misunderstood me and fired first ask questions later. This Will be the First and last time I ever step foot in this establishment. Each stadium seat I was to about the purchase was priced at $39.99-$49.99 each. As a result, I ended up purchasing seat cushions at a very affordable $9.99 each. Ben always sure knows how to spice the game modes. Everyone was very friendly. The 3rd picture with more clouds was taken earlier this year in January and from then to now (1st and 2nd pics), they have done excellent job renovating the place. I like the over hang they put on the registry area, the staging area is clean, and I also like that they moved the chrono station and added more nets for safety. Still can't wait what they will turn the place into in the next couple of months especially their anniversary is coming up. Hopefully the air ball field will be more accessible.

I brought in two 10lb co2 tanks that I got in a marketplace bulk brewing purchase. My tanks were expired so I got some extra helpful info. co2 tanks expire every 5 years and need to be recertified. If your tanks are expired you can exchange the same size here for a fee plus the refill fee. A 10lb tank exchange is currently $45 for a certified tank plus the refill fee. They don't trade up or down sizes and they didn't have any 10lb in stock but are expecting more in a few days on the next delivery so I left with the empty tanks that I brought. I've driven past this place thousands of times and funally had a reason to stop in and check it out, I will go back here next time I need to.

Great place for CO2!…read more Drive up and there was an employee that was already helping another customer. He was helping load their tanks. He saw me and asked if I had a refill and I handed the tank to him. He told me to go inside and tell them I had a 20 pound tank refill. I went inside and within 30 seconds, 3 people said, "We'll be right with you". Why 3? They were having a team meeting it looked like but the front desk person wasn't there to help me immediately. They were all so polite and nice! After about 5 minutes total, I had paid and walked outside. The tank was already waiting for me outside! I had never been here or dealt with a gas filling situation but this place made it SO SO easy. Cost for a 20 pound CO2 tank was about $50. They did have a $0.39 per pound surcharge due to a shortage. They also had it as a different line item as a "temporary surcharge" so I have no reason to believe they're trying to gouge their customers. Normally it'd have been ~$35.

I headed towards the shoe department and spotted the pair I had seen online, although here they were not on sale. I figured I would ask an employee but there was only one working in the vicinity. There was a kiosk that I attempted to use but it did not even show the shoes in stock. I did not have all day to wait but I hung around for a bit longer by the entrance to the shoe stock room and an another employee finally appeared, said 'excuse me' and walked right by me without asking if I needed help. This is probably obvious to others, but if you want to get good service it's best to go to a smaller business! Or even just another large sporting goods store, of which we have several in the Bay. Dicks though, they live up to their name.
