Very helpful. They have a lot of supplies you can't find anywhere else. I was there for wine making supplies and stumbled into a Kambucha Making Kit.... so I guess, now, I make that too! They even rent some equipment such as pumps and filter machines. I hope they stay open for a long time. read more

Recently picked up a home brewing starter kit for my girlfriend's birthday, and was impressed that this not-so-little shop has everything that a beginner or advanced home brewer might need to brew great beer. The main staff guy (Ben?) was incredibly helpful and patient. He was very generous with his time and knowledge, walking me through the whole brewing process, and answering all kinds of newbie questions about malts, fermentation vessel sizes, sanitation, and kits vs partial or all-grain brewing. Will definitely be back to support our local brewshop as we begin to brew more beer, and purchase the inevitable upgrades. read more

Got some really expert advice from John who kept me from doing some things that weren't quite right. I had just ordered some supplies off of Amazon and turns out that Napa Fermentation's prices were lower that that. Lower, as well, than I've paid at other area brewing supply stores.
