Prices were very reasonable, in fact, ordering on line, I would have had to order more specialty grains than needed and would have cost me much more. Also, the big on line company was out of stock on the base malt I wanted, plus over a week to ship anything in stock. John was great to talk to and I would definitely recommend them for your home brewing supplies. They also have wine and cider supplies.

Hailing from Santa Cruz County, I made a quick connection with Jef (wearing a Corralitos Brewing t-shirt). They sent me off with a couple of free samples, and I wasted no time in heading to a local fave tap house & grill (Jernigan's), for a fresh pint of BrewBilt's kolsch-style ale. Brilliant. Note that this is an apparent eBay agreement violation. So I ordered direct choosing Priority Mail shipping. 15 days later nothing was received. CHI Company never responded to my voicemails, web messages, phone calls and at least 7 attempts to contact. I got my money refunded - apparently by PayPal - after complaining to PayPal. Seller hasn't responded to PayPal either.
