I've been a smoker for a long time, I have friends who vape, and I wanted to make a change. I had heard nothing but good things about Netvapes in Yuba City. I really wanted a personal experience even though I could simply order mods/tanks etc online for a much better price. I really wanted that human touch to help guide me into making the right decision. I figured they would try to hook me up with a starter kit of the cheapest they had. I went in trying to get information on intermediate / experience vaper's mods, because I did not want to spend close to 100 bucks on something that isn't going to last long, or will be a pain in the ass to use, or have small but ever so annoying problems or I would want to upgrade very very soon or... etc etc you get the picture. Just as I feared, the dude at the counter had no interest in educating me on anything, when I asked what about this or that, he just was intent on telling me over and over that I needed the Kanger subox mini-c. So after not getting any questions really answered. I gave in like a complete moron and went with the cheapo starter kit. 2 weeks later I seriously regret buying the cheapo starter kit. This Kanger is sorta-OK at best, but if you appreciate mods/tanks/etc that don't suck EVEN IF YOU'RE NEW to vaping. This thing is a peice of junk for 70$ starter kit price they listed. (20 of it was from the insanely overpriced e-juice) The worker showed me how to saturate the coil, screw it on, rings me up and out the door I go. Next time I'll use better judgement and research more first, listen to my instincts and never come back here so they can hustle me and shove me out the door. What a lame experience, won't be back. read more

NetVapes is my new go to Vape store. The customer service is awesome. I bought my first Vape at a friends store yesterday because he said he would help me out. He set my machine up incorrectly and I was upset. Took my setup into the store and asked for help. Brett looked at what I had and fixed it right away. He answered all of my beginners questions without sounding condescending like I have experienced when asking others about vaping. That's not even the coolest part. Brett asked me how much I paid for my setup, told me I got a good price, and only ever asked that I come back and support his place of business. You could tell his passion for the job was what drove him to be there. He stocked my Vape with on the house liquid, told me that if I had any recurring issues he would help me out best he could, and invited me back. I'll definitely be returning. On top of everything else they're trying to support the cause and inform people of the pending legislation regarding vaping and vapor lounges. Cool stuff guys. Short version: bought a setup somewhere else, took it in there to get fixed after being busted, wasn't charged a dime, and was given some free product. 5.5/5 will return. read more

Place is legit. I come from down south (San Diego) and these peeps know their products just like Vapure the store I'm used to. Ran out if liquid and had to hit up what must be the only legit vape store in the north state lol. There is a vast selection of in house-mixed liquid as well as other vendors' liquid which is a nice touch. Prices seem about par for course - a little more expensive than commonly found online stores but that's to be expected from a store that has rent to pay. The value is in availability. The facility is clean, demos of any liquid are on hand. It's off the main drag too which is nice. I would probably visit again at some point but then again I'm in Chico. My recommendation to the owner would be to branch out because there's other e-cigarette activity already in the works in the Chico area. read more

Ok..so here goes my long overdue review of this establishment. Vaping is a new trend that is growing by leaps and bounds and being a vaper myself for almost 2 years I have seen my share of shoddy "vape shops". This shop is definitely not one of those. If the comfortable atmosphere isn't enough for you the owners and staff would definitely do the trick . The store is always impeccably clean and welcoming, the owners are very knowledgeable, the juice is stellar and they sell quality equipment. These guys will never steer you in the wrong direction just to make a buck. Just started Vaping last week. Went to another local vape store first that I was also referred to. Both doors I walked into I start telling the employees that I have never vaped before. Been a long time since I have smoked cigarettes, I am going tobacco free from smokeless tobacco. Netvapes dropped everything they were doing, listened to what I was saying and asking, helped me every step of the way! Went above and beyond what they needed to do working in sales. I didn't get any help or input at the other local location. I am a veteran in sales and know! I will go back for sure! My wife and kids remained in the car as I went in. I'm actually sitting in their parking lot right now to write this review before leaving, I had ordered from their website without knowing that work would be taking me right up hwy 99 north to chico. I then called them and asked if i could change to just a pickup instead of delivering to my house, it was a bit of a challenge with their system so i decided to just come by and talk in person on my way to chico and not only did they switch to a pickup service for me, they had also threw in another 30ml bottle of juice to compensate me for my shipping charge. Fantastic vapor store!! The store associates are friendly and more then helpful!! I usually buy my vapor products online, but after my first experience at Netvapes, I will be buying all of my hardware local. There prices are very, very fair and reasonable. They don't over charge like tire places in the area that carry e-cig items. I really wang to emphasize on the amazing customer service!! I had 2 Mig Vapor vape pens that quit last Thursday (They were $15 each). I called the company and explained that I make my own juice and gave him my ratios, etc. Bill told me that even if a tiny bit of juice gets in this tiny spot it will quit. He said if I email him a copy of the receipt, he will replace them both. I explained that I can't find it and I'm 4 hours from the store where I bought it. He said "ok, Ill just work on the trust system, just send me your address". I got them yesterday. In the meantime, I didn't want to be without a pen all weekend, so I went to Netvapes. I told the guy I make my own juice, told him the ratios, the kind of tanks im using, etc. He sells me an Innokin MVP4 this small box that cost $65, takes a damn degree in rocket science to operate, the first and only hit I ever got off it about killed me and we burnt out 3 tanks trying to get it to work, so I finally gave up and went without. Got my 2 Mig Vapors yesterday, just as planned. All it took was a phone call. THAT'S how you give GREAT customer service!!! Ill be a customer for life....for $15. On the other hand, we have Netvapes. Today, I went in to return the Innokin. After explaining that I couldn't get it to work, so I got something else, the kid hummed and jawed until a woman asked whet the problem was with it. I had already been talking to the original salesperson for 10 minutes telling him I don't need a rocket science computer vape machine, I just need something I can put in my mouth and suck on, now the chick helping the guy next to me (I can only assume she is an owner, because if she had a boss, she'd be fired for talking to customers in her manner). Anyway, Blondie tells me the won't take it back because there's nothing wrong with it. I said "I couldn't get the damn thing to work for 4 days, so I got something else". She said "well I can't send it back to the company because there's nothing wrong with it and I can't resell it because it's used, therefore I can't take it back without a manufacturers defect". I asked "is this your store's policy". She replied "yes", to which I responded "lady, that is horrible customer service". Then Mr. BIG MOUTH, who had been standing at the end of the counter eavesdropping, decided to stick his nose into MY business where it didn't need to be and says LOUDLY "NO, THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU'RE JUST A BAD CUSTOMER". As I turned to explain to Mr. BIG MOUTH that this did not concern him, he proceeded to shout at me while I continued to try to tell him to mind his own shit!. BY FAR, the WORST customer service I've over had in my life. I still don't know how to use this thing and it cost me $75, where the one I wanted and went in there looking for was only $15. He sold me WAYYYYYYYY more than I needed, I believe on purpose. Horrible, horrible, horrible people. Very Rude. I will tell every single person I know to avoid this business and these people at all costs. read more

I purchased over $300 worth of merchandise from this place 6 months or so ago and my mod just blew up thank god I wasn't holding it or using it just sitting on my counter, it popped started smoking turned super hot. Called net VAPES . There response sorry about your luck put it in salt water dispose of it. I offered to bring it in so they could figure out the problem for future issues if it's a bad set up and they not only refused to help me with another one but didn't care what happened. Be very careful when purchasing from this place. My wife and I have been talking about quitting smoking for a while now and we saw this place off of Hwy 20 the other night and decided to stop in. Jake helped us out and was very knowledgable and guided us through the vaping options that they offered. The atmosphere was nice, products simply displayed, and the tasting bar was vast. Prices seemed good, especially the starter kits. If you've tried those e-cigs from your local drug store and were unimpressed (like I was) then you really need to check this place out and let them introduce you to what vaping is all about. The variety of flavors is immense and most (if not all) are available for you to try. There are also variable levels of nicotine to pick from if you're looking for a smoking alternative. We will definitely be back to source all of our vaping needs from here and hopefully I'll be able to write another review in a few months about how this investigative stop led to me and my wife being smoke free. read more

It was very inconvenient having to wait for my stuff to come via snail mail but I did not like any juice that I tried from all the local smoke shops. We visited Netvapes yesterday and it was an Amazing Experience. My husband was a smoker for over 30 years and a new vapor. We have purchased items from other shops that definitely do not encourage one to hang around for long. We spent over an hour with Jeremy and his Family, all very courteous and helpful. It has a fun and clean vibe. We were impressed the second we walked through the door. I'm not a smoker, but enjoyed the visit as much as my husband did. He did nothing but talk about how much fun he had and what a wonderful experience it was. His fellow vapors at the bar were sharing information about what to try and their preferred flavors and it just made the whole thing a lot of fun. What a different, but great way to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon. These young men are going to do very well with their approach to their business. Alright so this place is good and all but our on our last visit 2 weeks ago me and my GF went to go but a new pen and to try some new flavors . We sat down at the bar and the Caucasian skinny lady there said she had to hold our ID,s since we where trying them out. Which ok that's fine but we you notice that there only holding our ID,s and no one else's that was also siting down trying new flavors just like us thats where I start to feel like she discriminating against Mexicans because we where the only 2 Mexicans there. Ppl are real friendly. But now my mod doesn't perform as good as it did prior to coil replacement. Hope everyone else has a better experience. The sample bar is awesome and staff is very helpful. I've been trying shop after shop seeking liquids and builds. Looks like I'm back to Sacramento for future builds. 5 bucks is a common price for a simple coil build.
