Our server was nice and attentive in the beginning, but with the rush, it was harder to flag her down and get service. We ordered the nachos to share with the table. The nachos are great for a small party of 3-4 people. The cheese, chips, jalapeños, and onions were good. We added guacamole and queso on the side. The restaurants is very spacious and has lots of seating. Menu is extensive as well.

Great steak and an amazing garlic sauce!…read more I ordered the steak with fries and was really impressed with the steak. It was cooked to a perfect medium-rare -- nicely seared on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The fries were also crispy and delicious. The real surprise for me, though, was the garlic sauce that came with them. It was so good that I decided to try it with my steak, and it paired incredibly well. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal! The mushrooms, unfortunately, were just okay. Considering how expensive they were, I didn't think they were worth the price and probably wouldn't order them again. Our waitress was friendly and pleasant, which we appreciated. However, she did forget to bring us water and takeout containers, so we had to remind her. It was a minor inconvenience, but it did take away a little from the overall experience. Overall, the steak, fries, and especially that garlic sauce made for a great meal. I'd definitely come back for the steak and fries!

There was also a nice flow of apps ranging from buffalo cauliflower bites, beef sliders, arancini and spring rolls The entire Leafs management with John Chayka and Matts Sundin answering questions in a fireside chat to give the update of the Leafs from the recent signings to the season opener and what to expect for the 2026/27 season

My husband and I wolfed down our entrees, him the Fried Chicken Sandwich and I the Italian Burger. My burger came drippin' in fresh fixings and a delicious garlic aioli + balsamic glaze. I loved every bite. My husband's chicken was crisp, crunchy and flavored fantastically. Highly recommend these items if you can still get them. Pours were plenty and I absolutely don't remember what I had but that's because I enjoyed one too many. They were all that good.

The waiter came to take my order for food and asked if I had allergies. I said "Yes, seasonal but what would that have to do with my food order?" Waiter responded "food allergies" and I told him I did not have any. Same waiter comes back five minutes later with no drink and asks AGAIN for my food allergies, explaining that I have to tell him that I have one. I told him I don't again, to his irritation. 15 minutes later a woman comes over demanding the same. I calmly explained that the situation is weird and making me uncomfortable as I dont understand what is going on or why they are taking issue with me. She left and 20 minutes later, they came to the table and told me they are refusing service and that I would be escorted out. This was embarrassing, uncalled for, poor customer service, and RACIST!!!!!! I called in today to give feedback on my experience and the same manager named "Steve" hung up in my face mid way through my story. I travel the world and i have NEVER been treated this. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who later seated us at the bar. The atmosphere and overall ambiance of the restaurant were 1000% worth the trip! The vibe was everything I hoped it would be. Of course, I had to try the infamous Bellini, and WOW! The flavors were to die for. I could honestly drink these over and over again! For food, I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Tacos, Tuna Temaki, and Prawn Crunch, and everything was just as satisfying. Between the drinks, the food, and the atmosphere, the experience definitely lived up to the hype. I'll absolutely be back to this location and plan to visit their other locations, too, so I can explore more of the menu. Cactus Club, you understood the assignment!

We were told we would have to wait 5-10 minutes for the window seat we requested. After well over 20 minutes I went to get an update on the table, she ended up saying it was ready only to not get seated at a window table that we specifically asked and were willing to wait the 5-10 extra minutes for. So we waited that extra time just to not get the table we wanted. Not to mention the washroom was disgusting with diarrhea and vomit in the only open stall as the other one was out of service. The restaurant also doesn't really feel family-friendly. It's clearly geared toward couples and young adults, with more of a date night or night out atmosphere than a place you'd want to bring the family. Just something to keep in mind if you are wanting to bring your family.
