Probably one of the best Firkin locations to visit in the city. Especially in the summer time. Just a wonderful time on the patio overlooking the lake. Always a good spot for drinks and appetizers. Personally it's what I think they do best with. Not the biggest fan of there mains.

Basically you get what you pay for. Place is not expensive but big, with amazing view to the lake and the city, pretty cozy inside and has a large summer terrace. We got burgers and some finger food. Food is not bad but not the best, stuff is nice and friendly. I recommend you to try fried pickles ( goes perfect with beer)

British style pub located in a prime location surrounded by scenic lake/ city views, trails and much more. Firkin on the bay does not take reservations. Once inside, seat yourself. The map of London cover the walls along with art statements. There are TVs on every wall making it a great place to watch games. Great views from the patio in the summer time There's usually a line up on a warmer day. The service has been good each times I've been, they have been very honest about the menu. The food has been mostly tasty. Was disappointed to find that they weren't serving brunch at all so had to opt in for a lunch menu. However, the hot honey chicken was delicious with extra sauce.

This british style pub is just by the lake in Humber Bay Shores area in Etobicoke! Since the patios are open and this is nearby my place.. I went here to give it a try. Have been to other firkin's before but I vouch for this one.. went here a couple of times in the past 10 days already! Ordered a pint of beer and Fish and Chips both the times.. consistency is the key and they deliver it. Also the service here is great, we had to wait for a but because they don't do reservations and only first come first serve. The servers almost always check on you to see if you need any food/drinks.. and also they have quite a lot of space and seating socially distant from each table

You know, if you are going to wander to the west like past good old Roncy. A good reason is for the view. I'm curious to try this place or just hang out here during the summer. The view of the Toronto skyline is pretty amazing. We went for brunch. I must say, it wasn't bad. I had the full breakfast - it was just not the best sausage I've had. Honestly, I think if they did a traditional English breakfast with a solid farmers sausage it would be pretty darn good. The breakfast flatbread was pretty tasty. Very happy with the constant coffee refresh. One of the things I do like about the Firkin pubs is their consistency. Clean, consumer friendly food and good customer service.

I've been to Firkin a couple of times now, I love the location and the view. The food is fair, but I'd like a few more options for draught beer; the service varies depending on how lucky you are! :)

This place is firkin great !!!! Location: *****amazing view right by the lake. I always go for a walk when I eat here. It has a big spacious patio. Pet lovers can bring their small pups and tie them on the other side of the fence. There is a smokers area outside, I don't like the smoke so I sit away from that area. You can see the city lights and walk the path. You get the city beauty without having to go through the parking and people pollution. It's a nice calm area with friendly happy peeps. Food: **** It's delicious and well prepared. The nacho plate is huge and you can add on guac. The toppings are fresh and plenty. Just no queso but that's my thing maybe. The chorizo tacos are yummy. You get 2! I'm a shorter person but it filled me up! I've also had their basa fish. Fish was yummy but a tad bit on the salty side. But not to worry I had the watermelon refresher!!!! Always a favourite and always hits the spot. My friends ordered the Caesar and on Sunday you get to dress up your own Caesars with olives, pickled onions, etc etc. Service: *** to ****. They can get busy and forget you sometimes. But hey, you can stare into the lake in the meanwhile and sip on it booze!!! Bathroom and decor: clean, British, classy and fun. All in all great spot.

Vegans avoid lol you have been warned!! The only saving grace about this place was honestly the server. She tried so hard to accommodate me and it was honestly really nice. The views here are spectacular..but everything else is blah. They have a hummus board which I wanted to try but they were sold out! On a Saturday night!! And the funny thing is the server let me know that they were sold out of it from Friday!! Do they Not replenish their stock?? The atmosphere here is okay. They don't really do anything to pump you up on Saturday night ...especially since we were celebrating a birthday. The chairs were also a disaster to get in and out of (especially for a table of 12). There are so many other places in Toronto, I would suggest you take your money elsewhere?

I came here for dinner the other day with my friend who raved about the Butter Chicken. At the risk of FOMO, when he ordered it I ordered it too lol I made the mistake of expecting it to be like curry but it was more of a pulled chicken texture. The consistency threw me off and the dish was extremely salty, whereas the rice was totally bland. I would've preferred if it was closer to a curry dish and less salty. Also, the rice should be jasmine or some kind of flavoured rice so there's less of a stark contrast between the sauce and rice. I ordered a dessert hoping to salvage my meal and opted for the creme brule cheesecake. Unfortunately, it wasn't very tasty either. It just tasted like syrup on a really thick and dense. I much prefer a flaky and moist cheesecake. The service is what saved my experience here- my server was so nice and quick to refill water. She laughed at all our lame jokes and was great to talk to lol I think I made the mistake of trying ethnic food at a pub place so I'll be trying the fish and chips.

Tuna poke bowl gluten friendly

Came here on a last minute decision and was pleasantly surprised by the food. The service was slow at times, especially since it wasn't overly busy - that's why I removed. Star. First off - the location is awesome! When patio season hits, I can see how it would be jam packed! It's a 5 star for location. Food - I opted for the ahi tuna poke bowl since the kitchen was amazing enough to make it gluten friendly - removing the tempura green bean and subbing for plain steamed, which were delish! The bowl hit the spot. Would order it again for sure! My dining company had the bbq chicken bowl and crispy ribs and enjoyed both. All and all, food surpassed our expectations. Worth checking out for a bite and nice bay view.

Very nondescript outside facade - no sign telling you what it is other than a small "BSC" (for Bovine Sex Club) painted near the door. Hard to miss though as the exterior is made up a punk rock style sculpture of rusted bikes & other assorted ephemera. The interior is similar, visually. Great sound system & chill vibes pervade throughout. Weirdly the stage is right in the entrance of the club, on your left, with a long bar along the right side, heading back. Great, crowd, great location in cool area with lots of restaurants & plenty of parking - both on the street up to 2 hours & extended parking for a flat-rate of CA$20 (~$14 USD) from 6:00pm until the next morning, just 2 blacks away.

Without attempting to try to present a front of a time long gone, The Bovine simply exists today as it once did in that time long ago, before Smokes stickers, before iPhones, back when people would just go to a bar to talk with those they didn't know the morning prior. This was first on our list, located in the Scotiabank Tower on Adelaide. We got a nice corner table, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, not too loud but not library-like either. The music, mostly UK fare like their cuisine, played an acceptable volume that my friends and I didn't have to raise our voices. We were seated very promptly, and our server took care to attend to my friend's allergy. She even asked to change my friend's cutlery when another server brought the wrong salad. My appetizer was a hot-smoked salmon pâté, which was ok by itself, but eaten with the pickles gave it that taste I wouldn't forget. I chose for my main the Petit Roast Dinner; the cut was excellent, full of flavour and juicy to boot. The gravy for said cut just brought the roast to another level. The sides were delicious as well, especially the crispiness of the potatoes. A clean plate was the end result! Finally to finish the meal, I chose the chocolate banoffee cheesecake - I never pass on any cheesecake when it's offered. And it didn't disappoint! The banana brûlée was an interesting touch, while having toffee sauce drizzled on the cheesecake was a first (and not definitely last) for me! All in all, it was a nice introduction to The Rabbit Hole, and I can't wait to go down there again!
