We were looking for a new place where we can try a good Fish & Chips and delicious food . So, we decided to visit Artful Dodger Pub located in Toronto, ON. If you're looking for a phenomenal food / dining experience, look no further than Artful Dodger Pub. Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff ‍‍‍ is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. Artful Dodger Pub is a lovely place. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city in spite of being in the city . There's an ample parking space around the building. The place has the huge indoor seating arrangements and the seating arrangement is super comfortable and spacious. The staff is really nice, friendly and kept following . The food menu is great and there are many choices to choose from and they also offer quite a lot of small bites options to choose from.Pricing is decent, good value for money and the place is more suitable for a group of people.

Great prices and amazing food! Stopped here for a quick bite after arriving in Toronto, and was met with very friendly and accommodating staff, quick service, and a classic British pub environment feel! Would definitely recommend for a cheap, good meal and drinks!

Excellent mom and pop restaurant with all home made on the property. The fish and chips were mouth watering. We also tried barbecue ribs which were good but could of used more bite in the BBQ Department. Nice service by Jemma. Sat outside in the street tables and enjoyed the evening air. Cole slaw with both meals was sparse. Price was very reasonable though. Go there and relax .

On Mon. evening I made my 1st visit to The Artful Dodger in more than 2 years; it was an Event for a friend's birthday party. In my years of visiting the Pub, I've been almost everywhere inside and out; I still have yet to eat there but I have had a number of quality beers at the venue. I do know they have food specials every day with beverage purchase only and not available for Take-Out. From what I've seen, their food portions are good and their prices affordable. The quality of their food looks good too, with a fair bit of variety. I admire the décor throughout the interior of the Pub and I like both their front and back patios. Another plus is that there are an abundance of games available, including pool on their top floor and darts. I don't know if it's the most suitable place for large groups but for smaller gatherings that I've been to it's been fine. The service is quite good too.

The Artful Dodger, great name! Good varied menu, English pub style. It had some vegetarian options. So I really looked forward to my vegetarian burger $12.95 with quinoa, alfalfa sprouts, cashew and leeks, $2 more for the spinach salad. Great price! Burger was so mushy, and pink, looked like steak tartar. Also, it tasted like curry. A burger should be grilled; cooked to a solid state and not too dry or raw, otherwise call it something else ;D

Gord and I had lunch at The Artful Dodger yesterday. It was such a nice day so we sat on the patio. Gord ordered plain wings and onion rings. He said they were good. I ordered Balti Butter Chicken. There was a lot of food and it was okay. It tasted more like a curried chicken than a butter chicken. Rene (pronounced Reenee) was our server. She was friendly and took good care of us.

My group happened upon the Artful Dodger shortly after the Pride parade ended. We were looking simply for a place to get a drink, some food, and soak up some more of the atmosphere. Most places in the village were very busy, this one included; but we were able to find a spot on their patio, and that cinched our decision. Considering the crowds and the craziness all around, we were quite surprised how good the service was here. We ordered drinks soon after arriving, and got them relatively quickly. And soon thereafter we all ordered food - and even though it was a bit of a wait, it was actually less of a wait than we had expected. We all got our own dishes, and did a bit of sharing. I had a pulled pork sandwich with fries and coleslaw, and others had quesadillas, a salad topped with chicken, and another sandwich. My sandwich was quite tasty, and the fries were really good. The coleslaw was so-so. Likely out of a bag. The quesadillas were good as well, with a nice amount of toppings. The salad was also tasty, as well as being a good portion. Prices were also better than I had expected. Being a pub, they had a nice selection of beer, and a few other things. I enjoyed my beer, but it could have been a bit colder. It was cold, but not that ice cold I've come to expect from places that serve a lot of beer. We were definitely impressed by the server. She had obviously been running around all day, but was still friendly and efficient. She even apologized for the "slow service", which we all laughed off, telling her we were pleasantly surprised at how quick the service was. Next time I'm down in this area of Toronto again, I'll definitely be looking this place up.

Came here to watch Game 6 where the Raptors won the NBA championship. Absolutely amazing night. But this bar didnt have much to do with it. Its not very clean, tables are sticky, and seats are uncomfortable. I tried a lot of food here considering we were here for 6 hours. The nachos came with guacamole and salsa in little paper ketchup holders. The fried pickles were so hard it was difficult to bite into. The wings were so tiny there was less than 2 bites of meat on them. The spinach and artichoke dip tasted like the cheese was going bad. I also had the beer and the Caesars there. Drinks were alright. Service was slow as expected. But when we did get service, the servers were extremely rude and short with us.

I can really only review this place for its bar on main floor since I got there before 5, so I have no idea how dinner is or how the service is upstairs. Artful Dodger Pub is right off yonge just south of bloor on Isabella. Its inside what looks to be a converted house, its a mid size pub, from what I can see one section by bar can hold maybe a dozen while the side to right of entrance is another half an dozen. It small but nice. I stand at bar and ordered Tankhouse Ale and Wellington Country Ale. Both I enjoyed and 6 dollars a pint isnt a bad deal. Both good beers and service was good. Ale seem to be a feature for here so that a nice touch

    Drink and be merry.

Very nondescript outside facade - no sign telling you what it is other than a small "BSC" (for Bovine Sex Club) painted near the door. Hard to miss though as the exterior is made up a punk rock style sculpture of rusted bikes & other assorted ephemera. The interior is similar, visually. Great sound system & chill vibes pervade throughout. Weirdly the stage is right in the entrance of the club, on your left, with a long bar along the right side, heading back. Great, crowd, great location in cool area with lots of restaurants & plenty of parking - both on the street up to 2 hours & extended parking for a flat-rate of CA$20 (~$14 USD) from 6:00pm until the next morning, just 2 blacks away.

Are the beer cans running out? It's possible. But, it's a dive in the way of the old dives. And the acoustics for bands are... not great. But they are a sign of what once was. Without attempting to try to present a front of a time long gone, The Bovine simply exists today as it once did in that time long ago, before Smokes stickers, before iPhones, back when people would just go to a bar to talk with those they didn't know the morning prior. Bring cash though, unless you're looking to make some big orders, because credit card is a minimum fifty-dollar spend.

This was first on our list, located in the Scotiabank Tower on Adelaide. We got a nice corner table, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, not too loud but not library-like either. The music, mostly UK fare like their cuisine, played an acceptable volume that my friends and I didn't have to raise our voices. We were seated very promptly, and our server took care to attend to my friend's allergy. She even asked to change my friend's cutlery when another server brought the wrong salad. My appetizer was a hot-smoked salmon pâté, which was ok by itself, but eaten with the pickles gave it that taste I wouldn't forget. I chose for my main the Petit Roast Dinner; the cut was excellent, full of flavour and juicy to boot. The gravy for said cut just brought the roast to another level. The sides were delicious as well, especially the crispiness of the potatoes. A clean plate was the end result! Finally to finish the meal, I chose the chocolate banoffee cheesecake - I never pass on any cheesecake when it's offered. And it didn't disappoint! The banana brûlée was an interesting touch, while having toffee sauce drizzled on the cheesecake was a first (and not definitely last) for me! All in all, it was a nice introduction to The Rabbit Hole, and I can't wait to go down there again!
