I had supper on the patio last week at Crafty Coyote. I ordered wings (with Frank's red hot sauce) and fries. Yum! I like their wings. Katarina was my server and took good care of me.

I ordered a burger and fries from over here. The outdoor dining ambiance is very nice when the weather is good, and I'd recommend opting for that if it's available. I do remember that the service was a bit slow because it looked like they were understaffed, but the employees were just doing their best and it honestly wasn't that big of a deal.

Came in for a late lunch and some ciders on a really nice Friday afternoon. Ordered the Fish and Chips and was somewhat surprised at how tasty it was. Fish was not squishy, like much frozen fish is, and it came with adequate fries and a small salad. The server was good; reasonably warm and friendly. I would come back again.

We checked out the patio a few days ago, waited almost an hour because we wanted to sit in the main patio area. The service is a bit slow but maybe because they weren't expecting such a huge turn out of clients (we were there around 6 PM). The food is amazing here! And huge portions. We will definitely be coming back.

This to me is a summer spot. On bloor street, this is a fantastic little patio to drink a beer and chill with friends. My friends that drink beer were very happy sitting here chatting and drink a pint or two. However for someone like me a non beer drinker the choices aren't so great. We agreed all round the food was not the best - however the customer service was fantastic. That great experience alone would not discourage me from visiting again. I wouldn't mind sitting here on a warm day again and nibbling on a standard appetitizer of sweet potato fries and good conversation.

Hella spicy Cesar but very good ($7.95)

I came here tonight with my fiancée for date night - watched the Raptor's game over some drinks. Been meaning to come here for a while as it always appears to be buzzing year round, an apparent go to hangout in the Annex area. Had a really nice vibe and ambiance. It was packed (actually left and came back; luckily a table for two had opened up). They have TVs to watch sports, a robust drink menu and a plentiful food menu. While I didn't eat anything the food looked and smelled good (especially the fish and chips!) I had a Cesar - suppppper spicy but tasty ($7.95) and my fiancée had a wheat beer that was also very good. Definitely a good hangout spot for an evening or weekend drink. Harder to accommodate large groups if you're just walking in. Service was also very friendly!

Visited this restaurant 3 times over the long weekend! Beers and prices are good (under $7.50), they fill the pints well (little head) and let you taste before ordering if on the fence. I specially liked the flights ($9.95)! The food was hit and miss - calamari fritti was ok - some veg were delish (calamari & cauliflower) while others flopped (sweet potato/carrot?). The sweet potato fries were amazing but pricey. The pancakes were awful - tasted powdery, dry and chewy. Staff was friendly and efficient, and space was large with a great patio.

Very nondescript outside facade - no sign telling you what it is other than a small "BSC" (for Bovine Sex Club) painted near the door. Hard to miss though as the exterior is made up a punk rock style sculpture of rusted bikes & other assorted ephemera. The interior is similar, visually. Great sound system & chill vibes pervade throughout. Weirdly the stage is right in the entrance of the club, on your left, with a long bar along the right side, heading back. Great, crowd, great location in cool area with lots of restaurants & plenty of parking - both on the street up to 2 hours & extended parking for a flat-rate of CA$20 (~$14 USD) from 6:00pm until the next morning, just 2 blacks away.

Are the beer cans running out? It's possible. But, it's a dive in the way of the old dives. And the acoustics for bands are... not great. But they are a sign of what once was. Without attempting to try to present a front of a time long gone, The Bovine simply exists today as it once did in that time long ago, before Smokes stickers, before iPhones, back when people would just go to a bar to talk with those they didn't know the morning prior. Bring cash though, unless you're looking to make some big orders, because credit card is a minimum fifty-dollar spend.

This was first on our list, located in the Scotiabank Tower on Adelaide. We got a nice corner table, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, not too loud but not library-like either. The music, mostly UK fare like their cuisine, played an acceptable volume that my friends and I didn't have to raise our voices. We were seated very promptly, and our server took care to attend to my friend's allergy. She even asked to change my friend's cutlery when another server brought the wrong salad. My appetizer was a hot-smoked salmon pâté, which was ok by itself, but eaten with the pickles gave it that taste I wouldn't forget. I chose for my main the Petit Roast Dinner; the cut was excellent, full of flavour and juicy to boot. The gravy for said cut just brought the roast to another level. The sides were delicious as well, especially the crispiness of the potatoes. A clean plate was the end result! Finally to finish the meal, I chose the chocolate banoffee cheesecake - I never pass on any cheesecake when it's offered. And it didn't disappoint! The banana brûlée was an interesting touch, while having toffee sauce drizzled on the cheesecake was a first (and not definitely last) for me! All in all, it was a nice introduction to The Rabbit Hole, and I can't wait to go down there again!
