Teapioca is a chain so when I spotted one in this shopping center late last night I went in to check it out. The customer service was unbelievably awful. I walked up to the cash register where the only menu was and looked through briefly to make sure nothing changed since my last visit. After only being there a few seconds the cashier rudely said "are you going to order ma'am?". Since when is that ever in a script to say to customers? I was so taken aback I wanted to leave but I quickly ordered and still tipped well, after which her attitude suddenly became friendlier. I went back to look at the menu again and she asked "would you like to order anything else?" I said "no, I want to finish looking at the menu since I was rushed". The drink wasn't even good. Lychee jelly tasted sour and bad. It is highly unlikely I will give this establishment any more of my business and I recommend that others go elsewhere.

For starters, the service is awesome. So friendly and welcoming. Their website is also very easy to…read morenavigate so you can place an order and pick it up right when it's ready. I had a seasonal chai tea and added ice cream and it was fantastic. My wife loves the mango smoothie. You almost can't go wrong with whatever you order and if you're a first timer or are not sure, the staff will be glad to make a recommendation. The inside has plenty of seating for individuals or small groups. It is comfortable and not too noisy. For my money, Teapioca Lounge in Round Rock is the best tea/boba place around!

When I questioned it, the cashier claimed she thought I overheard another customer's order, which is not acceptable. I was clearly not part of that conversation, and she never asked me directly. When I said I didn't want the drink anymore, I was pressured into paying for it anyway, even after the upcharge was removed. She even mumbled about having 14 years of experience, but that doesn't excuse trying to "shark" customers into paying hidden fees. This felt manipulative and unprofessional. Customers should never feel hustled or guilted into paying for something they no longer want, especially when there was no clear communication about extra charges. I won't be returning after this experience.

My little daughter has been on a smoothie kick, so we regularly visit Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Juiceland. We finally popped into Mother Nature's and loved the smoothies. The ingredients are fresher and healthier, and the drinks layer in more interesting flavors than the drinks we get at the corporate competition. The service we received was efficient and barebones. We ordered our drinks and got them a few minutes later. The drawback to this place is the location in a membership gym. I don't think a membership is needed to grab a drink, but it did feel a little weird to be in there in street clothes next to people doing lat pull downs and pumping iron. Also, the hours might not be as expansive as other smoothie shops but this place is worth doing a little planning for.

We come here about once a week or two for a treat after school and the staff makes it exactly how we like it. I've discovered I like well blended and they even put that in the order so there are no chunks. My favorite is the honey berry and I split a large in two with my kiddo. I enjoy the rewards program and today got $2 off of my smoothie. The staff is always friendly. Great small business to support.

Cause that's where I live at and the quality of my smoothie has always been on point. Today I decided to visit the mcneil and parmelane location and now I am starting to regret that I'd made that decision. My smoothie was liquefied watered down. I ordered and paid for turmeric to be included. But I did not taste one bit of turmeric in my smoothie. I also ordered a grill sourdough grilled cheese sandwich And the presentation of that sandwich was sloppily done. Also, it was slightly burnt and really hard. I hate to leave a review like this on juice land because all my experiences have been positive over the years. But this one wasn't great at all. And it would happen on a day that I really, truly wanted a smoothie. And a grilled sourdough, grilled cheese sandwich.

I would definitely return to see what else there is to offer. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Talked me through the menu options, and who can say no to a seasonal drink?! I absolutely cannot. I tried the sugar cookie latte with oat milk. The additional sugar cookie goat was a nice add on and tasted great as well. The other drink I ordered was a strawberry matcha. It was good, but if you're new to matcha - it still has the earthy finish. The pricing as reasonable as well.

With some remote work to do, I drove through Pflugerville into this apartment complex parking lot to try their coffee chain. In my discovery (Google), every LC apartment complex has a "The Goat" and a "Morning Ritual" in their front office. If this is their standard for amenities, what a luxurious apartment complex. I wanted my classic lavender oat milk latte. Their spring menu had a Lavender Honey Latte, which I ordered. Feeding my slight hunger, I also got their three buttermilk biscuits with strawberry preserves to pair with it. However, since I was not dining in at The Goat, I was banished to either sitting outside the restaurant or heading upstairs. It was partially humid, and I wanted to lock in on some work, so I opted for the upstairs. I was the only person up there. The downstairs had some steady traffic, but I was completely alone upstairs, which also had a micro-arcade and a bowling alley. What apartment complex am I even at? Service was pretty good as they seemed on top of it. The food was good, but it was three biscuits and strawberry jam. If they had somehow in some way messed that up, we'd be having problems. The coffee was pretty standard. I wasn't blown away by it, but it was clearly good and well made. I don't know Morning Ritual's true purpose as an outsider compared to a restaurant like The Goat, but I bet I'd be a lot happier with my apartment complex if they had a full coffee bar at the front office.
