This was honestly the most unpleasant Smoothie King location I've ever visited. The store looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time, and the overall environment felt very unsanitary. The employee behind the counter appeared unkempt, with noticeable stains on his clothing, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Cleanliness and presentation are really important in a place that serves food and drinks, and this location did not meet basic expectations. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning. read more

Smells like mold inside this store. A sour damp sweaty gym sock smell. I should've returned my smoothie because cleanliness was absent in this store. Smoothie tasted good tho. read more

Everyone loves a good smoothie and i'll admit they've never got my order wrong at this location i love smoothie king it always is macro friendly for those with fitness goals. Unfortunately for this location everytime i order ahead of time it seems they never have my order made or at least rarely i think the staff are just hanging out in the back room or something i wouldn't blame them considering its 2 hours before closing time and everyone's ready to go home but some of us have short lunch times and my only wish is that they could be better at the online orders response time, there was one instance where i had no response at the drive thru and had to head inside only for no one to be at the front desk and had to wait an additional 15 min only for the to have to remake my order because it wasn't made in the first place im sure theres better locations but this one in particular you never know what your gonna get for that i gave it 3 stars. read more

Such a clean and amazing environment, staff and managers were super sweet! 10/10 would come again!

Took too long, only to get my order wrong. Not the best smoothie king location out there

this location has a guy with long wavy hair that rushes you for no reason. There was no one else in the store, can I please have time to look at the menu? He gives off "I hate my job" vibes and it's unsettling. Another downside to this location is that they don't do military discount but most other locations do. read more

This is my go to smoothie King for whenever I leave Pilates or when I can't make my own smoothie at home. Always order on the app and it's always ready when I arrive! I also love the app because I get good deals like free fruits on this day or money off on that day! You earn points for each purchase so I'd highly recommend. I always get the Lemon Ginger Spinach add strawberries no stevia, as it is bad for fertility. read more

Popped in to get a smoothie since it was getting late in the afternoon. As soon as I came in the guy asked me what I wanted to order. I wasn't sure since there were so many options to choose from. He walked into the back then appeared again. He asked if I was ready. I went with the Lean 1 smoothie since it has been so long since I had one. The pineapple mango flavor was so good. Yummy! This place hasn't changed since I have been in here the last which was about two years. They have a bunch of healthy stuff for sale near the counter. The smoothie was good and glad I stopped in to get one since it was pretty refreshing on a hot day. read more

You'd think a place all about health would wear masks. The (owner? manager?) standing in the doorway to the back had no mask and the younger lady making drinks had one down below her chin. Ick. Why offer an "immunity booster" if you won't even wear a simple mask to help prevent the spread of Covid? read more

We always wanted to try smoothie king and as on 0 9/17 at 7:45pm we were closed, we decided to stop there. Worse decision. There was an open sign an 2 people inside. But when we kindly asked if they were open, they were rude and aggressive. Terrible first impression. We will not come back to this location and not sure if we will give smoothie king one more try. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Placed a mobile order, and got charged twice due to it timing out. Then it timed out on the app. Went there and spoke with the lady that was doing the mobile orders. She did not know what was going on. So the manager said she would help me after she was done. So I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes for her to tell me to call corporate that there's nothing she can do. Then she couldn't even give me an order because their credit card machine was down, and it was cash only. I asked why I got charged twice, and she said oh well that's my problem to deal with corporate there's nothing she's going to do. Not can't do. But not going to do. Worst Smoothie King I have ever been to in my life. I would have left zero stars if possible. read more

This location is always pretty meh. Not bad, but not outstanding. There is usually only one person working there, so it can bottleneck really quickly. Last weekend the lady that was working was clueless. I don't expect them to be licensed nutritionists or anything, but they are baristas at what claims to be a health conscious vendor, which means they should have at least basic knowledge about what they are serving. I don't know if this was a training issue, or if it was just this individual person. However, the lady working was clueless, and couldn't suggest a fruity drink that had the most protein in it or even if she could add protein to one of the existing mixes. This is about this specific Smoothie King, not the chain in general. Anyway, aside from the frustration, I do recommend this location and I will be going back whenever I'm in the neighborhood. The location is awesome and super clean. read more

Tastes good, but they can't get my order right. So frustrating. Probably won't come back to this location.

This location should be a little more friendly (especially the older guy with the wavy salt n pepper hair)! You're selling smoothies in the ac for God's sake, not bricks on the heat. Smile a little! Interact with your customers! One thing I like to do is call my smoothies in but they never answer. One time when I went in and I asked if they take orders over the phone and the lady said yes but they were busy. I was the only person in there...and I called it in from the parking lot because I was trying to complete an email for work so I saw they weren't busy. From here on out I'll stick to the location on Limestone because I never have a problem there. read more

Location is rude and always closes early when online it says 9PM they close early all the time. Very dissapointing and staff is rude.

I used to come to this location all the time but I noticed after awhile I was being over charged when I order the same smoothie every morning. I finally downloaded the app and super stoked to used my rewards and I was being told my rewards weren't valid and to contact corporate. Palm Valley location accepts my rewards just fine. I won't give my money to the Sundance location anymore even though it's closest to my house. I'll drive the extra mile to use my rewards and be treated better by staff at another location. Okay so boyfriend and I were planning our weekly trip to the Sams when we realized we need to eat something before shopping on empty stomachs, and we remembered receiving coupons in the mail for Smoothie King and it's new featured smoothie, the vegan mixed berry. Both of us now vegan for the past two months, we said let's go!! We walk in, no one greeted us, not the young man serving, not the lady popping in and out from behind the counter to the back of the store....hm..(both my boyfriend and myself work in service and we know the difference between great, good and poor customer service.) With the coupons in hand, we examined the menu and the lady working there says "just so you know, we only accept coupons that are from this location." That's fine, understandable. But it was the first thing she said to us, not a "hey guys" or "how are you two doing today?" Just short, and detached from us, the paying customers. (Boyfriend and I both agree that we should've walked out right then, being that we are young Latino minorities, and actually, sadly enough this happens more often then not-- since this incident we both agree to walk out on any businesses that treat us so unfriendly or rudely especially right from the start. Both of us now put off by this experience we decided to fold up the coupons and save them for our Georgetown location. Still hungry, we decided and went with the vegan mixed berry, which was delicious! (Even though she threw all the ingredients together unenthusiastically, pressed the blender buttons and dipped back from the front of the store.) the vegan mixed berry definitely washed out the bad taste of a poor CS experience! I did get a new phone and haven't uploaded or logged into my smoothie king app yet, so I figured they could (and have before) look up my number and use my points, or rack them up at least! And the same young woman said her last and final comment which was "we can only do rewards through the app." Once again, she cut our options short, high jacking a quick and simple customer service experience and turned it into an even more unpleasant one. Not wanting to be helpful or trying to bring us back for repeat business, just an attitude of "hurry up, pay, and leave already." The two comments were the ONLY words spoken to us during our visit, nothing else. This I have a problem with, and I haven't visited this location in over two years. Usually it's a husband/wife (I think) working, and I assumed maybe the young lady is their daughter? Who is probably being forced to work there due to our receding economy? Otherwise, I have no idea what kind of person would get a job dealing with paying customers if you hate interacting/serving them. Point is 1.) try the vegan mixed berry!! They use and offer oat milk at smoothie king now! 2.) don't buy it or ANYTHING from this location unless you wish to be treated indecently and/or you hate yourself. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. And neither should anyone else who rejects being treated so egregiously. read more

Terrible customer service. I walk in the door and the older gentleman working just looked at me and didn't greet me. This has got to be the most unprofessional establishment.i walked in and want greeted there was none in front. I waited 7 mind for a grumpy older man to come out front. Never said hello or anything. We have been in here a couple different times. First time I wasnt sure of what all they had to offer and had some questions. They made me feel like I was wasting their time. Smoothie King - The brownish yellow stuff are bananas. Yuck! - Health Markets Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

This was my first time ever at a Smoothie King. Since it's close to home, I was hoping it would be as good as Jamba Juice, my favorite. I tried a Mangofest. Overall, it was okay, but not great, and definitely not helped by the surly guy behind the counter. He barely spoke at all, and never smiled in response. Only after I ordered did I see the sanitation issues. People, this place is not clean. The stench of rotten fruit lingered, confirmed by the presence of gnats. read more
