I'm originally from here and I come up monthly for doctors appointments, so I'm always looking for establishments that are worthy of spending money on...this is not one of those places. The coffee machine at my hotel was down for repairs, so I looked at that as an opportunity to get a good cup of coffee and this Scooters was on my way. I pull up, look at the menu, and I'm not seeing anything that resembles black coffee, just lots of high calorie sweet drinks. I finally got someone to talk to me and I asked for black coffee, medium. Thirty seconds later I get the girl asking me if I'd like that as a latte. No I said black coffee. Approximately a minute later she comes back and asks me if I'd like cream. No I said black coffee. Cheerful and helpful service, I got the low down on the brand (hundreds of locations in multiple states), for signature sticker on the coffee lid, which I see is a nice touch and actually requires a lot of work (I'm a sucker for this cuz I love stickers), and the product- the drip coffee and signature caramel muffin is great. I found out they flash freeze the Muffins before they bring them to the bakery so when they hit them up gets to be the right temperature so it doesn't taste exactly like a super fresh nothing you would get out of the oven but caramel does taste better when melted so I still give it five stars. read more

I ordered an iced pumpkin caramelicious coffee and it was terrible. I even asked if it had caramel, and there was none. It wasn't topped with anything as pictured. I also ordered a muffin and apparently they're out of stock, but it's not updated on the app where I ordered (and paid for it). So I was given mini muffins instead they were not good. The coffee was horrible (only could stomach a few sips). I didn't look anything like the picture. I haven't been to scooters in over a year. I had a small gift card and a rough week which was why I came to get a treat for myself and it was incredibly disappointing. I definitely will not be coming back. read more

yes my order is annoying, but I'm pretty sure this location gave me cow's milk instead of almond milk. I'm severely lactose intolerant and have been sick since I had a coffee last at 4pm. not sure if I'll be back to this location. The service and employees were nice, I just really cannot have cow's milk and now am miserable. read more

I have been using this location for my morning coffee for a while now! the baristas are friendly! THEY ALWAYS make my drink right :) there have been a few occasions the espresso maybe sat a little too long but still drinks were good! I have had to come in a couple times, nice clean tables, calm and comfortbale atmosphere. I haven't used the restrooms so i cant say much about them. There is another scooters down the road on 168th by CASEYS, they ARE TERRIBLE! so I would definitely reccomend this one over them ANY TIME!!! read more

Pretty typical Scooters location. Overall productive visit, got my beverage and moved on thru the drive thru. One word of advice I did not know was I need to scan my app for points prior to paying, I tried to after and she said I was too late! Shucks. I give 4 instead of 5 cause my 5 stars are reserved for Starbucks as I feel they are superior in everyway, Scooters is a long shot at second best in a pitch. read more

We went to Scooter's Coffee for a meeting to plan a vacation trip. It was perfect. We were there around 11 AM and it wasn't crowded or noisy. We all needed our laptops and the WiFi was free and excellent. I had one of those iced summer drinks, and it was good and refreshing. The only thing I could complain about was the air conditioning. The staff is extremely nice, but their coffee is disgusting. I've had to get 3 coffees from this Scooters remade at a different location in the past month. I don't know if it's the equipment or if it's the employees, but it's disappointing. This is our usual spot for coffee (once a week or more). We've consistently had great customer service here. The employees are super friendly and efficient. Every time we come here, they always know what "our drinks" are. This is my favorite place to get coffee, I usually get an iced white mocha. They usually do a drink of the month, which is nice to have a different special drink to try every month. The food menu is average. The breakfast sandwiches are okay for on the go, but the muffins and cookies are great! They will even warm up your muffin for you, if you want. The interior of the coffee shop is very clean and spacious. Nice place to meet up with friends or just read/study. They have chargers with USB sports at the booths. read more

Coffee is their speciality? - when I asked for sugar to be added the young woman rolled her eyes at me and told me to add it myself. Isn't that why we pay $4 for coffee for you to make it? If you want to be treated poorly by high school girls, dirty tables and floor this is your place! Want to support local places but won't go back to bad attitude and dirty place. read more

I really like this location! I'm generally a Starbucks gal myself, but this Scooters is right by my work so I decided to give it a shot (espresso pun somewhat intended). The staff is friendly and helpful and very welcoming as you walk in. They are patient and answer questions. As a person who visited while expecting, I had to know about caffeine content in the drink I ordered. They were great about it. Loved my medium, half-caff, nonfat caramel latte with only two pumps of caramel. So as you can see, not only was it a pain in the butt drink order, they handled it with grace and the end result was super tasty. Also, environment is clean and welcoming. Ordered a candy bar latte, which I get all the time. Decided to try the Butterfinger flavor. It came blended instead of hot. (I know, first world problems.). But it's cold out, going to snow today, I don't want a cold drink! Apparently this flavor only comes in blended. Would have been nice to know when I ordered it.... read more

I typically head to Starbucks when I want coffee because I'm from California and we don't have Scooters. I decided to try Scooters on a whim to see what the hype was about. I ordered the Iced Caramelicious and vegetarian egg burrito. Both were okay. I only finished my drink halfway. I will say this is not their fault I am just picky and was comparing it to my usual Iced Caramel Macchiato. The burrito was okay as well, just tasted like a cheap frozen breakfast burrito, however it was not cheap. My husband got a plain black coffee. He hates Starbucks so he was looking forward to Scooters every much. He enjoyed the taste of the beans. Overall I will be back to try something different and see my thoughts then. read more

Best scooters ever. Perfect customer service. Yummy coffee. Convenient. Luv it! ;) it's not too pricy, and perfect for your morning boost of energy. I like it better than Starbucks, because their flavored drinks are better. They also stick to the classic sizes, so that you don't have to order in Italian and French.
