It's less than a mile west of the 35 and equipped with a drive-thru option. There are lots of pastries and sandwiches, WiFi for interior seating, and super cool T-shirts. There are many nursing homes and elderly people living in Story City, and if you need a place loaded with kindness to get away for a little bit, this is the place.

Second, there was a Father's Day promotion for a specialty koozie, but we were told at the window that we could not receive it because we only ordered one drink--even though we were there specifically for the promotion and intended to order more items. Finally, the service felt disorganized. The staff appeared more focused on socializing with each other than on customers, which impacted the overall experience and efficiency of service. Overall, this visit did not meet expectations in terms of product availability, clarity of promotions, or customer service.

It tasted like plain black iced coffee with some syrup mixed in... no smooth cold brew flavor at all. To make matters worse, the price was basically the same as Starbucks. Between the confusing ordering process, the push for personal information, the lack of a visible menu, and the disappointing coffee, I don't see any reason to come back.
