    Swordfish special.

Met friends here for a Saturday night supper. Waiter was excellent. Owner friendly. It wasn't very busy & we were all spread out, which was nice. One bartender & our waiter wore masks. Our appetizers were great: pork egg rolls & a delicious sauce, baked Brie, & stuffed mushrooms. Mmmm... The salads were a nice portion & flavorful house dressing. My swordfish, a special, was nice sized & tasty. The mashed potatoes were good; the veggies were a bit soggy. Hubby's special, a surf & turf, was a 12 oz. ribeye & two shrimp. Same sides. Steaks cooked as requested. Drinks were reasonably priced. Nice supper club atmosphere. If you have a special event or want a quiet, nice dinner, this is your spot!

Tremont Burger.... Sorry, ate most of it before I took the picture!

And once again, no disappointment here... I had the island burger This time and wow, it melts in your mouth.. fresh tomatoes in January, yep that's how they do it here! A must stop in Marshalltown!

Great service! Excellent food! I had the John Denver omelet and a latte. Then got the same items to go for my girlfriend. Definitely recommend the place.

I've had dinner a couple times over a couple years, and the service & food are exceptional. This last visit I started with a lobster bisque, very smooth and balanced flavor, a nice start to a meal. Provided with the meal is artisan bread, flavorful and serve with olive oil, balsamic vinegar & cracked pepper. The main dish was a special that night...a small portion of baked(?) fresh (never frozen) wild caught salmon that just melted in my mouth like whipped butter...it was heaven. Paired with that were two jumbo scallops seared and topped with a light sirracha berry Demi glaze plus a light house pilaf and lightly steamed fresh vegetables (pea pods, asparagus, mushroom) that retained the perfect crunch. Dessert was a salted caramel cake that provided a nice light end to the meal along with a splendid shot of espresso. I will continue to patronize them whenever I'm in town.

Each room is different and has its own atmosphere.

I'll go back again - one of the top restaurants in Marshalltown. The walleye almadine was delicious.

Wonderful service. Excellent food. Small but classy wine list. Elegant atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable for such quality.

The drink specials were good, and honestly the drinks made the Walmart run before dinner a little more tolerable. We came back later for dinner, and the food was fine. I had the Kickin' Raspberry Chicken for $14.99, which was a grilled chicken sandwich with Jamaican jerk seasoning, grilled pineapple, ghost pepper cheese, and raspberry sauce on ciabatta. It was good, messy, and that ghost pepper cheese definitely had some fire to it. I liked it. I honestly do not remember what Kim had, but not because it was bad -- just because the meal overall was not especially memorable. The bigger issue was the service. Our server seemed like she was ready to be somewhere else, and that threw off the vibe for us. Nothing was bad enough to complain about, but it was just barely good enough not to. We probably should have stayed at the bar like we usually do, because the bar side seemed more fun and the bartender looked like UFC legend Chuck Liddell, which at least added some entertainment value. I would come back for the drinks, especially if I was staying nearby again. The food was okay, my sandwich was actually pretty good, but the service left us wanting to finish up and walk somewhere else.

Love their burgers but especially love their taco salads. I also that that can order half a taco…read moresalad.
