The Iowa grape wines were for the most part great. However, the chardonnay grape that was purchased from California was not good. It either wasn't store correctly in the barrels or not a high quality. Chardonnay is one of the wines I have grown up drinking because my Grandma loves a good chardonnay and I believe I have 4 different bottles of chardonnay at home. Oh, no! I didn't have any cash, and my boyfriend only had $10 on him. We also found out their ATM was broken. We both heard that our drinks came out to $25, so my boyfriend hands the bartender his $10 as a "deposit" while we go try to find cash. She then proceeds to give him change! We were stunned. Our total was actually $8.25. Wow. We got to have our drinks. We were pleased and amused. We thought $25 was a bit pricey, but didn't question it too much, since that's likely what we would pay at a similar tavern in California, where we live. The drinks were okay. Prices are good.
