After spending $20 K for a brand new See Doo jetski/trailer it was delivered to me broken. They knew it was broken but left it with me so that I had bring it back at which point it took them 4 weeks to repair it. I recently took it in for repairs. After 6 weeks of no contact I cslled to find out that nothing had been done. Understandably upset I was directed to a toolbag named Franklin who proceeded to hsng up on me. When I called back to speak with the manager he intercepted the call and wouldnt let me speak to the manager. After a heated argument I told them not to touch the ski. I took it to a dealership in Jacksonville where it was quickly repaired. This place is ONLY interested in the initial sale. Couldnt care less about subsequent repairs/maintenence. Worst customer experience yet in my 51 years of life. It is my responsibility to see that this place is shuttered.

Saw a bike on craigslist. I called and Mary said it was sold. Saw the bike on craigslist the next…read moreday, I emailed and Mary said the bike has a deposit and if the bike was not picked up by Thursday she would let me know and it would be back for sale Saturday. I told her I was READY TO BUY and PAY IN FULL and PICK UP ASAP. I called to check in Thursday and she said she would contact me either way if the bike got picked up or was back on the market. First thing SATURDAY, January 2nd, I saw the bike re-listed on Craigslist again. I immediately went to the shop Saturday and she said the bike was SOLD. I said "But it was just listed on Craigslist this morning" and Mary said "Oh yeah I just refreshed the ad"....why would you re-list a listing when it was sold??!! A "KID" put a deposit on the bike and they told me if he does not pick it up by end of business that day they would call me. 6:00 pm- They call me and say the kid picked it up 7:45 pm- They call me and say the kid had to return the bike because his parents did not want him to have it. (GREAT! I was so excited and all ready to go by the shop the next morning as they said one of the service guys might be in.) The next morning I call Mary and the Shop with no answer. THEN MARY CALLS ME BACK AND SAID THE KIDS PARENTS CAME BACK AND GOT THE BIKE AND SHE COULDNT TELL ME BECAUSE THE SHOP PHONES WERE DOWN!!! WHAT A JOKE. I HAD BEEN WAITING CASH IN HAND FOR A WEEK READY TO BUY IT AND THEY KEEP GOING BACK AND FORTH TAKING DEPOSITS FROM KIDS RATHER THAN SELL THE BIKE. IF THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME "HEY COME IN FIRST THING SATURDAY IF YOU WANT THE BIKE BECAUSE THE GUY DIDNT PICK IT UP THURSDAY" THEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE. I WONDER HOW MUCH BUSINESS THEY HAVE LOST DUE TO MARY'S HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I wasted so much time with them and I was so excited to get the bike and even put up with their bs for a week just to get the bike. Very unprofessional and just ridiculous. They need to look at getting a new office assistant who actually tries to sell bikes not take deposits and play games. P.S - My sick dad did not appreciate the games either.
