Joe, true to his words written to me on Monday left my scooter at the end of the driveway on the edge of a public street with the keys IN THE IGNITION to my scooter. Upon observing and taking pics of the scooter the following was discovered: ALL screws missing on the front frame area that houses the fuel gauge sensory unit. Four bolts on the foot plate protecting the gas tank, so loose they can be removed by hand. Kickstart lever completely loose & inoperable. ALL were present and the kickstart lever operable when I entrusted my scooter to Joe over six weeks ago.
