Got to the store today (3/28/26) and the tricycle wouldn't fit in my Highlander. For a small fee, Annette and Chris delivered the tricycle to the Walk site and then picked it up once I was finished. The dude I checked in with was knowledgeable and understood what I wanted. I have an old Italian racer two things happen when I bring her in, either it is a disaster were the person working on it has no idea how to work on an older bike, or they put racer tires on it, I have had the gambit... The 2nd to last place up in Fleming Island neglected to tighten the brakes, glad I always check.. And the last place in Orange Park put bloody racer tires on her with no road tread, that has been a blast NOT ! I did not get many rides before the pop on the bridge ... These guys sold me the proper tire a Gator something and did a fast check up and tightened her up a bit... Best service I have had in years, she rides like a dream now. I do not know what they did but whatever it was it was like magic. I found them to be really nice and helpful dudes and will return when I have logged enough miles for a tune up.

My son, who lives in St Augustine, referred me to his buddie's body shop in St Augustine for repairs, necessitating a tow to St Augustine, about a 40 mile tow. Called Saint Augustine Tire Towing service (another BNI associate of my son's) and they were there within an hour or so. It cost $150, but I thought that was pretty reasonable all things considered. They were very professional and got my car down to the auto body repair shop in a very timely manner. I would recommend them highly.

They showed up to repair a dent on my 2019 Subaru Outback. I knew that it would be tough, being on…read morea bodyline of the car. He showed up and worked on the car for about an hour. He told me that this particular dent was not workable due to its location and the make of the car having reinforcement in the door. He packed up his stuff and was ready to leave. I asked him what I owed him, and he was not willing to take any money because he was not satisfied with what he had done. When I looked at the car, it was SIGNIFICANTLY improved. He did manage to remove a lot of the unsightly dent and clean off the paint from the other car that smacked into my door. I gave him some cash anyway. As I mentioned earlier, I knew that it was tough dent due to the location and the physics of the repair. I only wanted some improvement, and he certainly did that.
