Horrible service dept. Took sxs and atv for repairs. 6 months telling them I had a fuel pump issue, they kept saying wrong and charged me for multiple other things then left it in pieces, then finally on paper admit yes it was fuel pump. They then Stated atv wouldn't start even though I drove it off my trailer on video, they said I need an ecu and whole harness (which was not in their paperwork after i got an employee to print it up) , i was told told the atv was non working and wanted me to fix multiple issues on the 3rd time dealing with just a fuel pump and 10 months later, After getting it back from them lying what needed to be fixed, and me putting it back together after it being in pieces, I drove it for 11 hours with no issues except the fuel pump still not at the right psi, if the ecu is bad it wouldn't start, if the harness was broken it wouldnt get signal to start. They unplugged a wire and lied and told me it didn't work. Once I plugged it back in, the unit ran just fine. Sxs paperwork said replace front shocks they were bad, the tech put one of the front shocks on the rear and one on front. Obviously in the wrong place, then they wpuldnt put it where it belonged. They sold me a store service plan for free services and now won't honor my services because After complaining of the lie about the ecu and other issues, (the manager said she did not know what an ecu was or what a shock looks like, how are you a manager if you know nothing) I was being a complainer and told me I can't come back there anymore. Always take pics and videos before you drop off They are taking advantage of people and lying and if you refuse to pay for things they break they threatened to keep your equipment. I spoke with kawasaki and they are sending a tech manager to look at my unit and are going to help me and are starting an administrative complaint on this location. I will not stop posting in every group and all over social media until they take accountability for their actions and fix my units correctly. I have reached out to an attorney who is interested in this case with a fiducta claim. Do not let people walk all over you like this and I am going to do this for the principal of the cause. read more

Avoid and Beware. Below is a summarized slew of poor experiences and failures to fix the motorcycle I purchased. The only response I've received has been an attempt to save face by lying and paint a picture that I'm somehow inpatient and complain because I've asked legitimate questions, despite all their mistakes and chances to rectify. Thankfully I've received some justice no thanks to them. For my 600 mile service I called ahead to ask the price. After service they attempted to charge me double. Mr. Craig Fuqua the service manager was brought over, when asked why I was being charged that much there was no justification offered. The price was adjusted to what I was originally told over the phone. Later I received a call the tech left his wrench attached to the oil filter, asking if I could come back. My oil was also overfilled. During other services they also stripped a screw on my airbox and a fairing. When I had tires replaced they left no slack in my chain. This is unprofessional and dangerous. I had a friend adjust my chain before it snapped and something bad happened. My bike started having malfunctions, anytime it was rev'd to a specific rpm range the engine would cut in and out rather violently, and dangerously. The first time I brought my bike I was told it was the fuel pump, it was replaced. To my surprise afterwards, the bike still malfunctioned. I went back a second time. After another service I received my bike back, and at no point did a tech or manager come out to speak with me. I assumed this time my bike was fixed if it was given back with no other remarks. Once again it was still malfunctioning. I went back again a 3rd time to let them know my bike was still malfunctioning. The service manager Craig finally came to me asking if I keep the bike outside, to which I do not. He tells me I need new coil sticks to fix my bike. I asked him if I need new coil sticks why did no one tell me this last time? why did you give my bike back? He had no answer, instead of any professionalism or apology he was extremely rude, impatient, and made a bunch of excuses. Craig told me the coil sticks would be about $112 each and Kawasaki said they would not cover them under warranty. I spoke with Amber and gave the okay to order them, she informed me they would be a few days to arrive. I called Kawasaki, they had no record of Craig reaching out about coil sticks or a warranty claim. I called back the service department to cancel my order for the coil sticks. Craig answered and his reply was "that's okay we never ordered them anyway" and hung up on me. I called back to speak with the general manager Mr. Reko Fracassi. I informed him of all the frustration and disappointment I was dealing with. He asked me if there was anything he could do but I told him at this point I didn't have trust in them, I had planned on buying my next bike from them until this point. Eventually I reluctantly decided to make a last 4th attempt with them. 5 minutes after scheduling an appointment Craig called me refusing to work on my bike, and once again hung up on me. Again I called the general manager Reko. He informed me he would try to figure out what was going on. Later he called me back and said I should go to another dealership. I had to ask him why, to which he just kept repeating "were not going to go too deep into it". What does that mean? I also emailed him for some clarification on why I was being refused service on the motorcycle I originally bought brand new from them. My email was ignored. I brought my bike to a better dealership. The malfunction was promptly diagnosed and fixed. All that frustration for a $20 switch that Kawasaki covered under warranty. Shame. St. Augustine Powersports has an extremely serious lack of professionalism, quality, and integrity. I would suggest anyone take their vehicle elsewhere even if it means extra hours of commuting. You could have had me as a loyal costumer who would have purchased their next 3 motorcycles and years of business from you, instead you have this review. read more

Seeing these bad reviews reminds me of time I brought bike (running great and no problems) in for manufactured recommended service...oil change and brake fluid change. Oil change went fine, but after brake fluid change they couldn't get front brakes to work. Mind you, everything working fine when I brought it in. After days in the shop, they told me bad rotor. Partially covered under warranty but they still made me pay for labor. And they did not give me back the bad rotor. If rotor bad, why operating fine when I brought it in? Had an awful experience with their service department. Their pricing is insanely high for a standard service, communications were poor and they did not perform the correct service. It took them over a week when I was told it would be a few days. I requested a full service and it was delivered back to me with a note that the air filter needed to be replaced as it was bone dry. They never called to tell me it was needed or asked if it could be replaced. Instead, they just informed me it was done and dropped it back at my home with no explanation. Their customer service is not good at all. Very unprofessional, they yell at customers. I've been their customer for a couple of months. Dropped my bike off for service, they gave me a deadline which was not met so they gave me 2 more deadlines which turned out to be empty promises aswell. I tried to get an explanation and possibly some financial aid, my bike being my daily transportation. Well if they would appreciate and respect their customers they would maybe be rational, explain and either lower the price or not, BUT instead they yelled at me, laughed at me and my accent. If I could go lower I would. My friend from Finland was here to get work done they missed the dead line by 2 weeks and made nothing but excuses but that is not the bad part. It's the customer service they treated him like trash and would not let him speak. The tubby little redneck girl could not stop laughing when he was trying to talk. Went to this dealer to get a scooter that would go faster and have a better throttle response than a stock 2019 Honda PCX1500 (150cc) that I purchased new (from a dealer in another area) and presently own. I explained that to the salesperson "Steve" on the phone. After the hour + drive there from my home in the Daytona area, Steve showed me a 2021 Honda ADV150. This is new model of Honda that has just been introduced to U.S.. Steve told me this bike would do 85 mph and would have a quicker response on the throttle than my current scooter. I took his word for it since this was a model that was new to me. I bought the bike, drove it back to Daytona area and the bike would not exceed the speed of 61 mph the entire return trip. I was only able to reach 61 mph on a road with a slight downhill to it. Along with that the throttle response was much slower than my current Honda. By the time I had returned home the dealer was closed. I sent them an email that night telling them I was not happy that the scooter did not reach anywhere near the top speed that they said it would and that the scooter was sluggish as well gaining speed. I contacted them the next morning to resolve this discrepency and spoke with the salesman Steve who when told about he slower speed said something to the effect of "that's not right. I said I wasn't happy and this bike did not meet the criteria that went shopping for and he agrreed.I spend most of that day speaking to different people at the dealership trying to get this resolved quickly. I put a total of less than 80 miles on the bike and even though they admitted the salesperson stated it would go 85 they're not willing to anything about it except trade it in on something else in their dealership - BUT - they want to offer me $300 dollars less than I paid for it yesterday and they want me to pay the prep and shipping fee on the next bike without giving me any credit on those charges that I paid on the bike I bought. If I took their deal I would suffer a loss of about 800.00 on a bike that was misrepresented (aka "fraud") when they sold it to me. At one point the General Manager simply said "All sales are final". I was willing to purchase another bike from them that actually met my criteria, I would pay the difference in price from the ADV to the cost of the new bike and all I wanted was to be credited the total amount (less taxes, title fees, etc) of what I paid them for the bike. Again, the bike was only in my hand s for 30 hours and had a total of 70 miles or so. It appears they weren't even interested in resolving it. I had to call them a multiple times to discuss this with . They said they would call back and then they never did. I would not recommend you do business with this company or the individuals associated with it. I will also be telling this truth on social media platforms and through news media. They misrepresented their product and want me to pay for it - I don't think so. I've had two other instances where a company had tried to not make good on a mistake they made and I took legal recourse and in both cases I came out victorius in the eyes of the law and financially as well. Courts and judges do not like the consumer to be mislead and then not have party responsible try to fairly resolve this with the plaintiff. I'm hoping we can just have a do-over, a "mulligan" and they'll take all the money I spent and give me that credit to spend at their dealership for a higher end scooter. That seems fair to me and is really all I"m asking. read more

I have bought several parts from the parts department. Always awesome service. Today I went by to get a bulb for my GL 1800. My low beam light bulb blew. I purchased it from them. I asked the man who sold it to me if he knew how to put it in. He started to tell me, then asked if my bike was outside I said yes. He said come on. He then walked outside with me and put it right in for me. Awesome!!!! No charge. I couldn't make him take any money. They had my business before. Now I am a loyal customer. I will still do my own repairs, but no more internet purchases. I will buy from St Augustine power sports. When I remember the mans name I will post it.
