I purchased three four-wheelers for my kids for Christmas. Order placed 18DEC2025, delivered 22DEC2025, and they couldn't even manage that correctly. They only unloaded two of the three units because the delivery guy "didn't know there was another one." That alone should have been my first red flag. They drove the machines off the trailer, and I had to push them myself into my garage. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts, not a DIY recovery mission. My kids rode them for approximately two total hours. On 26DEC2025, we went to ride again and one of the batteries literally EXPLODED. Not "went dead." Not "lost a charge." Exploded. That's a catastrophic failure on the second use of a brand-new unit. I contacted the company on 29DEC2025 about warranty replacement options and was told by Corey to come in. I arrived with the battery in hand, which was visibly destroyed. At that point, the story changed immediately. I was told the battery "isn't considered a part" and therefore is not covered under warranty. Let that sink in. A battery somehow isn't a part. Then I was told, "If you don't like that, contact the manufacturer or just buy a new one -- they're like $30 on Amazon." When I referenced the 90-day DEFECT warranty and the 6-month parts warranty, I was met with condescension and told, "If you had read the packet when you bought it, you'd know the 6-month warranty is engine and transmission labor only." I DID read the packet. That's how I know they're full of it. I again pointed out that this was a CLEAR DEFECT -- a battery exploding on its second use -- and asked how that does not qualify under the 90-day defect warranty. The response? "Doesn't matter. It's not a part. It's a battery. They're $30 on Amazon. Just buy another one." This company does not honor their own printed, signed, and confirmed warranty paperwork. They lie, they dismiss legitimate safety issues, and they talk to customers like they're idiots. They hide behind word games and technical nonsense to avoid standing behind the garbage they sell. A battery exploding on a children's four-wheeler is a SAFETY ISSUE, not a customer inconvenience -- and their response was essentially, "Not our problem." STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, screw up the delivery, sell you unsafe equipment, and then smugly tell you to go shop on Amazon instead of honoring their warranty. If this is how they treat customers within four days of purchase, imagine how bad it gets later. You've been warned. read more

Jaguar Power Sports Having purchased a 4x4 700 UTV from JPS 31 months previous... Making payments of $300+ ea month.....I purchased this unit to help relieve some work load at a time when my health was deminished, was also to be used in recreational activities such as hunting when health would allow.... these things as of this posting, were not to be. Out of the 31 months..To date JPS has had this machine in their shop more than 85% of this time..... and presently has been in their shop since Oct 2024 to Present date 09/2025... (I basically have visitation rights to see it when I stop by) it's an expensive paper weight.... It Looks Great sitting Still... Just Don't Make Plans to Use It ! Those at JPS just cringe each time they see me.. Quite Frankly, They feel sorry for me... cause they're stuck... who wants to talk to someone when you can't give them a reasonable answer.. at this point anything less than replacing isn't reasonable. Even if it could be fixed, Who in their right mind could ever Trust this machine... that has left Stranded too many times to count.. There is Absolutely no way anyone would take something they do not trust into the woods with possibility of no cell service or means to extract from a deep wood hunt. At this point the only answer is for JPS to replace with another machine..I have earnestly paid my payments every single month, again most of that time, I've not been in possession of.... and as of this posting JUST THIS LAST TIME..They Have Had My UTV For BASICALLY A Year in Which IN OTHER Words Just This Last Time I Have PAID Over $3600 WITHOUT MY UTV.. Hoping That The OWNER WOULD Make Things RIGHT While He Was In Town.. Obviously Even The Owner DOESN'T CARE For Customer SATISFACTION !!! BTW haven't mentioned.. After 31 months I have only been able to put Less than 15 miles on this UTV. FIFTEEN let me say though that Nacy, Corey, Otto, & Sprite ( yes his actual name is Sprite) .. all good people... they want to help me... but without the Owner of this shop stepping in and stepping up this nightmare of a UTV continues on. All of them Are Aware of this Money Pit Problem and all agree, That This UTV Needs to be Replaced.. today I leave their office Having been told that the only one who could make this right is the Owner.. He is coming to town next week.. so I'm asked to Just Be a Little More Patient and give them a chance to get everything set up...I ask how much longer .. I'm told, just two more weeks 2 weeks come and go..I give it and extra week..I return to find that not only have things Not been Worked Out.... but All of these people mentioned previously have All Been Fired Great Freaking Day... it's Like Groundhog Day. So if you're considering the purchase of a new recreational vehicle from Jaguar Power Sports, You Need to Hold Off at least until this saga gets Resolved, and the Customer is Happy. otherwise it's Not Worth the Chance or Your Money. This dealer is great when they r getting ur money after any problems it's like they don't care. Throttle cable broke and stuck wide open and causing me sever injury and that was after calling for help because it wouldn't kick start no concern from dealer. After I ordered a throttle cable and finally got the bike to Kickstart . The Kickstart broke in a full push and causing my legs to be injured severely on the bearclaw foot peg and causing my hip to be injured. So I'm going on I'm making payments on something that I bought to ride and have fun on now and again and can't even get on it to ride now . What a hunk of junk. We are so upset about this place. I called ahead to make sure if my husband went in today he would be able to drive off the lot with his purchase. They assured me he would. Then when he got in he communicated that he would need to drive the vehicle home. They said they could arrange that. So he picks out a vehicle, does all the paperwork, gets everything arranged and then at the very end of the transaction they say, "okay you can pick up your vehicle tomorrow. " Don't deal with these guys they are shady and dont keep their word. The only reason my husband ruched buying a vehicle was because he needed something to get to work the next day. Now he's spending over $100 on ubers. Don't ever trust a place that says they can deliver just to get the sale and then doesn't fulfill their end of the bargain. read more

I would give them a zero if possible. My husband purchased a brand new 2023 odes x5 and it broke down two days later. It took almost a week to hear back from the dealership on how we can get this fixed. After three weeks they finally picked it up. It's been at the dealership for three weeks, no word on its status. Every time we call or leave a message we get no response. We have been waiting for them to solve this issue since the first week of July. It is now the second week of August and we have nothing resolved. After posting several google reviews we finally got a call back from the owner who was completely unprofessional and threatens to sue us for leaving bad reviews. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this place read more

Roni B is a fraudulent business owner, he's a deceitful individual and you will never get your ATV back if you return it for repairs and he will threaten to take legal action against you if you post a negative review but I am not intimidated, do not do business with him, 25 grand and a total of 17 months without our ATV, we only had it one month before it stopped working, they refused to return it and informed us they could ship us a replacement with no warranty and we would have to pay shipping costs, would anyone who has successfully sued them be willing to share the contact information of their attorney so I can take similar action because I am fed up with Roni B taking advantage of hardworking individuals. read more

On Oct 11th my sister & I went to the Jax store to get bikes. The sales person helping me was Pamela & Cory helped my sister. The bikes were chosen and added to me as I was approved for enough to get both bikes. We were told that the bikes would be delivered to the store in about 2 weeks as they had to come from TX. More than a month passes, NO bikes. In the meantime, we're calling/ texting the sales reps. being told that the actual bike i wanted was not available, but yet I'm already being billed. The sales rep quoted me one price and conveniently added a warrenty and something else that I wasn't asked if I wanted or not. On several occassions I said to the store and the finance company, CANCEL the Contract & the order, there is too much confusion going on, contracts changing, etc... and something doesn't seem right. After saying this several times, as also noted by the finance company, why did i get a call on Nov 14th from Nancy who said she works in their Service dept. saying that the bikes have just been put together and are the at the store ready to be picked up. She claimed to not know anything about the issues. I called the finance company back to see if the contract had been cancelled per my request. I was told that they were waiting on Jax Power Sports whom for some reason would never answer the phone even when the finance company was trying to contact them, nor would call the finance company back (according to the finance company). I gave them the phone number that Nancy had given me and let them know that she had just called and could be reached on that number as she was waiting on me to call her back IF I wanted the bikes. She didn't answer their call....smh. After about another week, and all was investigated / researched, the finance company finally called me back, then on Nov 21st I got the email saying they were refunding my initial payment now that they've FINALLY gotten the cancellation. And yet... on that same day, out of my sister's bank account, Jax Powersports took $465 which was a payment we made towards the taxes & title for one of the bikes that she had put a stop payment on the very 1st time we told them we didn't want the bikes. Who can tell me why they would do that even when we told them WAYYYYY before the bikes were shipped that we didn't want them, and when they had already sent the contract cancellation to the finance company? No worries, it's not over... they will be investigated. I didn't read all the reviews before I went there, I'm hoping someone thinks twice after reading this one. read more

My husband bought a scooter from there in March. Our temp tag expired in mid-April. Since then, we have called multiple times asking for another temp tag or where our hard tag is. Never an answer. They said "Let us call you back" and never a call back. FOR MONTHS. We have called over twenty times since April and nothing has progressed. We have also tried to contact the tag/title lady, and she has never answered the phone once, or given me a call back. This customer service is ridiculous, and there's absolutely zero reason why our hard tag shouldn't be here yet. Y'all need to get it together. read more

STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE! DISHONEST! I purchased 2 Bintelli Quest E- Bikes. Spent $5000.00. Shaun Jackrel (owner) shipped me 2 scratched, chipped, broken parts, with no charger, no pedal assist working, no invoice, no warranty, no manual e-bikes. They r useless w/o chargers & pedal assist.  Shaun (THE OWNER) conned me into accepting delivery saying "its the easy way to deal with the issue" HE LIED! He refused to exchange the bikes for new ones, he refused to refund and void the deal until I got my attorney involved & then he caved like a house of cards. He was not even man enough to face me when I dropped off the bikes he sent out a women to do his job as he hid in the back watching through the cameras what a spineless POS. Shaun has left me no choice buot to notify all of his dishonest, unprofessional and unscrupulous behavior and attitude towards consumers who PAY big dollars for a new product but receive damaged, broken missing parts etc. Shaun & Jaguar Power Sports WERE FORCED to step up against their will by my attorney b/c we were in the right & he was WRONG!  If he has done similar to u its worth the expense to break him down. I notified BBB, the state agencies both local and statewide to ensure his questionable business tactics are known to all. BUYERS BEWARE!  On Saturday February 15, 2020 I drove from tampa, florida to Jacksonville, Florida to purchase  a motorcycle I was looking for with a particular color pattern. I found it at Jaguar Power Sports, so when I got there papers were all done and just needed a signature. I asked if I could test drive being that it was used bike, I was denied because I dont have a motorcycle endorsement,  which is understandable and I was ok with it. Motorcycle looked to be in great condition, so I signed and headed back to tampa. when I got back to home I unloaded and took motorcycle for a ride, I noticed a problem with the clutch, so I parked it. and figured I would call them monday morning to see if they could help. Called them on monday to find they where closed due to president day, so I called on Tuesday and spoke Marcy the general manager, and she seems to be surprised by my complaint. She told me that she had ridden the bike before and she never noticed any thing, but she would get with service and call me back. two days later she called back to say that three other employees had ridden same bike and noticed nothing, but on my next day off if I wanted to bring the motorcycle brake they would look at my claim. so I made an appointment with her on the following Tuesday to have the bike back in Jacksonville. meanwhile  during that week I took the motorcycle to tampa elite shop in tampa, florida to see what they thought, and not to my surprise they told me clutch is bad. so I told marcy about this and she said well we will see when bring motorcycle back Tuesday. for a while week I debated on whether or not to bring bike to Jacksonville. I decided not to bring the bike back that following Tuesday because if four people at their dealership are you saying there's nothing wrong with the bike, what is one person's claim that there is. I felt they would not take the time to open up the clutch and really look inside so I made an appointment with Tampa Elite to have my clutch redone. upon opening the clutch cover of the basket three of the six clutch discs we're broken and in pieces, I immediately took pictures and video because not only was the clutch discs broken the clutch basket is loose and has a wobble to it Tampa elite quoted me around $1,100 to fix clutch basket and clutch plates. I told them I did not have that kind of money and how much would it be just to replace the discs they told me $608 I told them to fix it. the next day I tried several times to call Marcy at Jacksonville Powersports only to be told that she was sick and that she couldn't talk on the phone so I emailed her the invoice for the repair the picture of broken discs and the video of the clutch basket wobble. she was in great surprise that all this was wrong she assured me that she would take care of something and that she had to have  a meeting with her boss. after about a week of calls and emails she responded to me by email which I have a copy of that her and her boss met and talked about my clutch issues and that they agreed they would pay me $280 for their cost of Parts on the clutch plates and that if I agree to it she would cut a check that day and send it in the mail, I also did ask her if there was anything she could do to help for the cost in the clutch basket being that it was another $600 repair. it has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing from Marcy I called the dealership several times several more emails and nothing back  next issue with Jaguar Power Sports is that today is March 22,  and my temporary tag expired 8 days ago. once again I called on March 14th to let them know that my temporary tag was expiring at the end of the day and what I needed to do they told me well just ride it and if by chance you get pulled over at least it has a current registration I told him that was not satisfactory enough and that I needed to speak to the person in charge of Titles and Registration I was once told that person is also sick and not in the office so I told her I will call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and asked to speak with the woman in title and registration I was put on hold never to be answered so I called back and asked again I was told she still not in the office and I asked the woman is there somebody else I can speak with she put me on the phone with another gentleman by the name of either Andrew or Shawn and he rest assured that he would provide me with a new temporary tag and send it in the mail that day 8 days later I still have no temp tag no license plate I even called DMV DMV on for me that they have never filled out any title work to receive a license plate. read more

I feel I should update my review , due to all the things me and my family have been through. Would like to start out this has been a battle for 2 years now. All the lies , deception, and rude slick remarks. Had to get lawyers involved as well because the amount of fraud the place commits , if you want anything from this store you have better chances going on YouTube and buying parts from a junk yard cause that's the quality these people will give you and then lie to your face. Sold us a USED lawnmower sold as new , we looked up model numbers two different models, even had to get a third party to fix the machine. Because they didn't want to take responsibility or assist. On Feb 22, someone opened a line of credit at this store. TD bank explained that if employee followed safeguarding procedures then they would have gotten my driver's license and I would had to walk in the store in order to apply for a line of credit. I have never stepped foot in that store and I havent been to Jacksonville in years. This is definitely an inside job. I want to make sure and bring awareness to this problem. I hope that less people will be subjected to frauds and scams because it does affect our livelihoods. It takes 30 days to close but seconds to open. I dont trust these people. Im sure it is an inside job. And Im actually shocked that they did not use the credit while they were in the store once it was approved. They probably would have got caught quicker lol. This is how I know it is an inside job. It was not an act of desperation from one person. I understand business. Your business is failing so you are coming up with criminal ways "white collar" crime to stay afloat. So if the employees were following the rules and guidelines to get the line of credit this issue, this would never happen. Someone in the store is trying to do business the wrong way for whatever reason. Just understand that there are consequences for your actions. I refuse to allow you to hurt anyone else and this very busy person had time today. I pray that whoever has experienced this issue with this organization, that their voice and concerns are truly heard. What is done in the dark, will come to light. read more

I have called this place several times for parts because they are one of very few shops open on a Monday. The staff in uninformed on make and models of bikes and parts for those bikes. I called for a part and there was over a $100 mark up on it. I questioned the price and they immediately become defensive and rude. Spoke to manager and he says "maybe you should buy theirs and sell them, you'll make a lot of money". Overall a joke of a shop. I fortunately figured out what kind of joke they are before they got my money. I have been trying to buy a motorcycle from them for 3 days. I would have paid the down payment over the phone and all they would have needed is a few signatures. However, Marcy is the only one who sells motorcycles and she was to busy helping with layaway to sell a pre-approved customer a $9850 motorcycle. I have never seen anything like it before. Probably the biggest waste of money ever. I bought a brand new Bintelli scooter October of 2018 for $1599, but of course, with financing I think I ended up paying more like 3 times that amount which- granted- is on me, but I thought- 2 year warranty- I will be good, right? Oh HELL no. So I keep up with all scheduled maintenance at over 100 per servicing, but the thing still loses a muffler while we were riding it and bounces off into oblivion in traffic so we can't find the sucker, but no big deal- it's just louder now. My man uses this as his primary vehicle to and from work, so we need this thing. It's crucial. Jacksonville is a big city and the public transportation is terrible. The ignition switch starts to go bad- I make an appointment to have the ignition switch fixed. I have it brought in. Turns out they won't fix it unless the muffler is fixed, because it would invalidate my warranty. Ooookkkk. So $902.96 later- which I also have to finance because I can't afford that repair- we have a muffler but no ignition switch, which was the problem. So TWO DAYS LATER the freaking muffler falls off again- so not only did I not get the repair I asked for, but I also am paying for a service that was done shoddily and, in my estimation, not living up to the expectations of a very costly service. So they want me to bring it in. So they can bill me for more hours?!? For insufficient work?!? And now the ignition gave out completely which is what I wanted fixed to begin with. So I threw up my hands and offered to just send them the piece of junk for parts with the title in exchange for them trying to do the right thing and refunding their epic fail of a service. Their response? Your problem, lady. So I am telling Ken Amaro. And anyone else who will listen. Do not do business with these people.*** In a subsequent conversation with the Bintelli manufacturer in Charleston, SC, they informed me that in no way do they REQUIRE THE MUFFLER BE REPLACED before performing work on the scooter nor would it have bearing on the warranty. They are going to be conducting an investigation into the conduct of the dealership. I just want a refund for the work that was essentially *NOT* done!!! read more

So me and my wife had gone in to the store august 6th looking for an outdoor kitchen was sold on a nice piece and was told and written on paper delivery and setup is 3 to 4 weeks. On top of that they wanted FULL payment up front I did not want to do it this way but was reassured that this was the only way they work so I payed rather than just doing a 50 percent down and 50 on delivery like normal business. That is my fault for paying it all and going against my gut Well last week was the 4 week window. I called in the 3rd week and was told they would look into it and I never heard anything back so when I called last Friday to see what is going on an associate of the place answered and she told me that the warehouse was shut down for covid(I am tired of places using this excuse). Funny though I had to make the phone call not them to tell me this info. Well I asked to talk to my salesman and he was not in then I asked to speak to owner/manager and was told they were in a meeting(miraculously) when I called. No one got back to me all day so I put a review on here and on Google review. Needless to say I got a call from the salesman not even 10 minutes later asking me to take down and I agreed and I gave them one more week to get me an answer and nothing. I texted the salesman yesterday and the owner calls me which is where it gets interesting. He is giving me every excuse said he could not talk on phone when I asked to speak to owner because he is being audited and is on the phone constantly but he somehow found time to call me yesterday when I told salesman that I was going to put my reviews back up. Now needless to say our conversation was not a good one. He told me if I put up negative review he would call my job AND when it came time to deliver the unit that he would delay my lifetime warranty that it comes with. Claims that all warranty runs through him and he would make it hell for me to put in any warranty. Now this is the owner of the company talking to me. On top of the threats to me he told me a bad review on his company could lead to his employee being fired(real nice boss huh). I told him the negative review had nothing to do with Bob. Hopefully you all read this and think twice before giving this place any of your money because you maybe put in the same situation as I am in and no info on my outdoor kitchen that they have almost $7000 of my money and I don't have anything. Please use caution I wish I read a review like this before I went in to look that day. Buyer beware read more

WORST PLACE EVER! Where do I even begin? I got a brand new scooter about a year and a half ago. Paid in full. Workers broke a piece of the body off the scooter while loading and promised to replace it....that never happened. 2ND the first time i tried to charge it, it blew up in my face big spark and a big boom. Blew the whole house too. Took it back and they told me they gave me the wrong charging cord?!?! OKAY well that messed up the whole scooter so they had to keep it to fix it. All i wanted was to ride my darn new scooter. It was my only way to get around at that moment thats why i bought it in the first place. I didn't want a broken scooter I want a new one, but he wouldn't even consider it. Their fault they gave me the wrong charger! WELL THREE MONTH LATER, after calling once a month to ask when it was going to be done because no one cares about u there. I understand the parts are coming from China but how dare u make me wait three months. I didn't even want the damn scooter anymore I wanted my money back. FINALLY borrowed a trailer to pick it up and the guys working strapped it down, I watched it the whole way home, it was fine. I get home and I unstrap it and my roommate helps me get it down. The handle bars were bent and more of the body was damaged now. Ugh I'm so mad because I buy something new I want to keep it looking good and new for as long as possible. As soon as I started riding it down the road everything was okay then the peddles just went off and started going in circles and if u got in the peddles way it would really hurt you bad. They were going a million miles an hour. NOT EVEN RIDE-ABLE! U would have to keep ur feet winged out?!?! Not happening. At this point i feel i have been ripped off and my idea of getting a cool scooter was totally diminished. Was not even drive-able. I gave up an took it as a loss. I wasn't calling them back, the heck with jaguar power sports, i was taking it somewhere else. I felt like i just through 1 grand away. I put it away and just pulled it back out. I am finally going to do something about this. Rode it maybe 5 times total before it crapped out. I should have called the Investigation NEWS TEAM on you guys and put u on blast. Look how many horrible reviews you have. Start doing things right. You have let a lot of people down. -KATIE read more

This was pre-paid and no phone call to say that the item wouldn't be available. Nicole is very nasty, Called the the manager twice and never got him on the phone but he was available to make a sale the day we brought the items. read more
