We recently had my daughters Honda CR-V done which included all the exterior lighting to be replaced with led lighting and she is quite impressed with being able to see super good at night as She would say. I still can't stress enough how needed the tail lights blinking a couple times before going to a solid red giving a heads up notice to the person behind you her, a very noticeable warning before a stop. His intuition literally saved me a car payment this month! To top it off, he installed the new battery himself, no issues whatsoever. I didn't bring my old battery with me since I planned to drop it off later, but the rep let me know they'll actually give you $22 when you bring in your old one to any AutoZone. Had no idea nice bonus! The location of this AutoZone is also a major win. The entire shopping center has everything you could need: get a haircut, grab groceries at Winn-Dixie, pick up lunch at one of the restaurants... honestly, you could plan a whole mini-day just around grabbing a part for your car or truck. The very first visit with noise in the front end I was told it was normal and nothing to worry about. Found out it was worn strut mount, tie rod ends and sway bar bushings that were replaced at another shop. Every time I've taken the vehicle in it's developed a rattle in the front end after several days, and received a hefty bill from the shop that replaced the other components to tighten the loose components. On April 11th 2026 i dropped the vehicle off for the rotation and alignment asking the front desk to make sure everything was tightened properly. After washing the vehicle 3 days later I found damaged to a $400 rim. This is an unprofessional business that has negligible technicians. I'd avoid doing business with tires plus at all costs. Second day of driving after tires plus did the alignment and the battery light is on. These clowns have done something to the charging system and now I have to address this issue. Just wanted to thank Autumn for going above and beyond by giving me a ride to my house while I waited the last time. It's nice to experience such exceptional service! For today's visit, I talked with Robert and was assisted by his staff. He was able to tell me the best route to take for my situation. They are extremely courteous and professional at this location and I didn't feel pressured at all like I did years ago.
