Four bolts on the foot plate protecting the gas tank, so loose they can be removed by hand. Kickstart lever completely loose & inoperable. After spending $20 K for a brand new See Doo jetski/trailer it was delivered to me broken. They knew it was broken but left it with me so that I had bring it back at which point it took them 4 weeks to repair it. I recently took it in for repairs. After 6 weeks of no contact I cslled to find out that nothing had been done. Understandably upset I was directed to a toolbag named Franklin who proceeded to hsng up on me. When I called back to speak with the manager he intercepted the call and wouldnt let me speak to the manager. After a heated argument I told them not to touch the ski. I took it to a dealership in Jacksonville where it was quickly repaired. This place is ONLY interested in the initial sale. Couldnt care less about subsequent repairs/maintenence. Worst customer experience yet in my 51 years of life. It is my responsibility to see that this place is shuttered.
