I think their customer service speaks for itself at this point, and I've included screenshots of their communication. The emails are from their business owner, while the Yelp response is from an employee. (Please check out their original response in my screenshot, they have since updated it to seem more professional). Here's the full story so potential customers can know what I experienced: My roof was completed in November 2019, so it was under warranty until November 2024. (Picture of contract is attached, it was not 2016 as their employee claims.) In June 2024, we had some leaks and the owner came out to investigate. We fixed the issues he pinpointed (leaves in the gutters and caulk around some flashing), but there was still leaking. A different roofer said the leak was coming from another location that they had not initially pinpointed. I tried to contact Brotherhood Roofing for the next 10 months, and they never returned my calls. In August 2024, their business was listed as closed, so I figured that was that. I still called to try and get this issue resolved. Today, in April of 2025, I received responses to my reviews on Yelp and Google, erroneously claiming that our install date was from 2016. I immediately reached out via phone call and email, hoping I could finally resolve the issue after 10 months. The company refuses to call me to discuss this. From my point of view, I am understandably annoyed about not receiving communication for 10 months and then receiving a sassy response to my reviews that tries to discredit me, with no attempt to resolve the issue. I no longer want this company to touch my home, but I think it's only fair to share the way that I have been treated so future customers can avoid the same experience. I hope that the company does not respond to this review and instead leaves me alone, as their communication with me has been very unpleasant and distressing. (Putting a fourth update here, since it's less important. Brotherhood continues to adjust their Yelp response to seem more professional and to discredit me. Luckily screenshots exist. The flashing they mentioned was under an eave, installed by our pest control company, and did not affect the roof. We do not have oak trees. They also said they would only re-inspect their work if I remove my reviews, which I'm not going to do. Their responses are continually baffling.) Second Update (after their Yelp response): I have a contract in my inbox dated 2019. I have emailed it to you. That maintenance was completed and the roof was still leaking. Another roofing contractor came out, looked at the roof, and confirmed that there was an area that was done poorly that caused the leak. You said you would contact me when that maintenance was completed. It has been. Please contact me. It was incredibly smooth and easy on our end, which we really appreciated. Shoutout as well to the project managers, Paul and Robert. They were both fantastic. Communication was clear and consistent, and everything moved along without any issues. The whole team was great. After the big hailstorm in our area, we had what felt like 100 roofing companies knocking on our door. I'm so glad our insurance agent referred us to Peak. These guys are the real deal.

Im on month 5 with just a structure, he came and installed 1 wall and then disappeared again for 2 months. Not returning messages not being straight forward, not giving timelines... not giving a shiet about the project, oh, except that he got 40k out of me and somehow now doesn't have funds to finish the job. I could absolutely not recommend this guy. And NOW with this review he will likely never return. I have to get an attorney involved and take him to court! On his decision he had 6 cement mixers on my drievway, now ruined, he said he would fix that, he is still not willing to talk about that, they over poured the concrete, he originally said he would scrape the top and get a smoother finish, I dont see that happening. He was supposed to have engineering plans so he could provide for a weld inspection. He never did, I had to pay for an inspection and he assured me the building is inspection ready, inspector came out and looked over things and said the structure is NOT inspection ready. Wasted 1600$ of my money which should have been included in HIS budget. After weeksnof working with inspection company we were able to get a resolution and passed weld inspection but now Cole is not answering my texts. Save yourself a millions excuses and headaches do not use this company, he has no clue how to bid jobs, no clue how to run a business, all he knows how to do is build stuff and make invoices and get money from his prey!

Around a month later I noticed visible leaks around the skylight which was part of the new roof that they installed. I contacted WMD and told them about the issue and also provided them with additional work as I needed vent covers to be installed at two different addresses. I was told that they would check out the leak and repairs but they never did. They will now not return my calls or text messages even when I am offering them more work as I am now building a garage at the same property.
