Our install was not the best experience due to the distributor cancelling our order for some…read morereason. We picked out our flooring two months in advance, and Abraham said that the distributor must have assumed that it was canceled because the install was not until two months later. I did not hear from them in the weeks leading up to our install so I called a week in advance to see if we were still good to go and they assured that everything was still set for the date we picked. Anyways, my husband had taken the week off of work and they only had enough engineered hardwood flooring to do one room. They went ahead and did the carpet in the bedrooms by Friday of that week. They didnt start on the rest of the house until the following Monday. So we had to takeoff work again, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The workers showed up on time on Monday to rip up the flooring. They didn't show up until noon on Tuesday to install the new flooring so they were still working up until 8 o'clock that night and were still not finished by that evening so they had to come back out Wednesday morning to finish. Needless to say this drug on for almost 2 weeks with our house being turned upside down, not being able to get to our stuff or Cook in our kitchen. I requested that Abraham hire a cleaning service to clean our house because we both had to go back to work and didn't have time to put it back together until the following weekend. He agreed and he did send someone out the next day and they did an impeccable job cleaning the house and getting rid of the dust. I will say had the distributor not canceled our order, we probably would've had a better experience and it would've been done in a timely manner. I think that it's a reputable place and they're honest people. They could work on their communication skills a little better. Would I recommend them again yes because overall the work was good and they did try to make it right after the mistake happened.

They are so much more than just flooring. The work they have done for me on two different houses has been top notch. I had two extensive remodels. One in Anna that we had just purchased earlier in the year and then one in Plano we moved out of. Shaun is my contact and project manager for Anna Flooring and design. He is amazing to work with. He always checks in with you during the project and makes sure the job is done right before sending you the final bill. He always personally checked the work that was being done and made sure that the people doing it fixed any issues. If there is a problem, he figures out how to fix it. That's the test of a great company. I would 100% hire them again. He even would bring me samples to choose from rather than having to go in myself. He has several different contractors he uses for different projects. They aren't just flooring, they can take care of most any remodeling or renovation needs you have. I had cabinets refinished, new plumbing run for a second sink in the master, new countertops and sinks, lighting, exterior doors, carpet, luxury vinyl, tile, drywall, and painting. Probably some other things I forgot. The work was so good I started adding more and more for them to do. All of the contractors were very good but two stand out. Mark and Jackie are a father and daughter team and let me just say wow. They did most of the drywall repair and painting, as well as miscellaneous things on my very long list. I think of them like a make ready crew. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. I have very high standards and somehow they always seem to find a way to exceed them. I don't know how Shaun has found all of these great contractors. Do yourself a favor and get in touch with them if you have any remodeling needs. They work all over the place, not just Anna. Their prices are very fair, and honestly sometimes felt lower than I expected. Oh and lastly, I had never met any of them before this experience. These are my genuine feelings. After we accepted him as our contractor, he worked directly with the insurance adjuster and answered all questions and concerns the adjuster had. He consistently kept us in the loop when communicating to our insurance company. The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They accommodated changes we wanted for our kitchen vent hood and were really helpful and patient with assisting us with flooring options. Renovating our home after water damage was very stressful and inconvenient. Tiffani Camp, owner of Artistry Floors, installed our wood floors in February 2024. We hired a…read morecontractor to oversee the project , because we were going to be out of town for an extended period of time. Our contractor hired Artistry Floors , who they claim to know very well and have used many times. While we were gone, the project began. The wood flooring was delivered and dropped in the front yard and directly installed into the house (we have a ring doorbell). When we questioned what had happened, we were told the wood did not need to be acclimated because it came from an acclimated warehouse. Many months later, we discover this is NOT true. I called the vendor that sold the wood to Artistry and they told me that they have NEVER had an acclimated warehouse and they tell the installer to let it sit 2-4 weeks in the customers home before installing. Tiffani, and our contractor, will claim that our floors acclimated for 2 months. They consider installation date to finish date "acclimating". However, the floors were nailed down in place, therefore, not able to properly acclimate. Tiffani does not have any or WON'T provide moisture readings for the floor she installed. Not only are we having issues with warping, the finish job is terrible. Artistry floors did not clean the floor properly before finishing. We have so many places where debris is stuck to the floor. There are also places that were completely missed - such as under the stairs treads. They also left piles of debris along the baseboards in our media room. The wood shavings are so sharp they will cut your hand (picture included for reference). The stair treads (pictured below) have literally lifted off the stair bases. When we approached Tiffani Camp and our contractor, they were incredibly rude and dismissive of our concerns. They did attempt to come out to fix the issues, but did such a poor job, that we asked them to not proceed until we hired an inspector to come look. The inspection report uncovered more issues than we were aware of. The address of her business is not a location you can walk into - yet she makes it appear that way. It's a rented PO Box off Hardin Road in McKinney. I know this - because I used to have a PO Box at the same location many years ago. Here's her address - the "320" is the PO Box at Pack and Parcel. This just another example that Tiffany isn't trust worthy and you can't believe what she says. So if you use her - and then have an issue - and then try to reach her at her "office" - that's not happening. MY ADVICE - DO NOT HIRE - IF YOU HAVE USED THIS COMPANY, I SUGGEST YOU HAVE YOUR FLOORS INSPECTED. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. It's that bad. Update - on March 21st - I received a response from Tiffany. She did not take responsibility in her response and stated she was not able to fix my floors because I didn't give her the opportunity to. That is because she is not willing to fix the floors properly. She wants to screen and coat the floors. That is not the proper way to fix this issue. That's like putting makeup on a pig. We paid an industry approved inspector to evaluate the floors and write a report of how to move forward - which she agreed to and said she would fix the issues found in the report. She claimed in her google response we didn't pay her. Would anyone pay for these results? NO. I am absolutely willing to pay AFTER my floors are fixed - PROPERLY. I don't owe a contractor final payment until we are satisfied. She also mentioned in her response to me about her "warranty" she has offered. The warra is no use to us. She has to finish the job properly before any warranty would be considered. Tiffany deleted her google response and then on the same day - a new glowing Google review appeared on her profile. hmmmm... she had zero reviews and now she miraculously has a new review- on the same day. . Coincidence? I don't think so. There is nothing Tiffany can say to dispute the pictures of the work she performed. I'm still perplexed that she performed the work and then asks to be paid. I will try to add the picture of her partial review notification to me. Sadly, I didn't screenshot the review. Don't think she would remove her response. That is a perfect example of her lack of integrity. Responding to Tiffany - I am not harassing you on social media. I am giving an honest review and trying to help other people not end up in the same situation we have. Yelp and Google reviews are places where customers can leave honest reviews. If you don't want a bad review - do better. I have not posted any content on "social media" such as Facebook or Instagram. i hope people do their research - and my offer stands - please reach out to me - come look for yourself on the "workmanship" of this company and how they do business.

Tiffanie is an excellent wood flooring contractor. Our new home had tile flooring installed…read moreoriginally by probably the worst flooring company in the state, Granbury Carpet and Flooring. The tiles they installed were popping off of the slab less than two years after the home was built and we moved in. We hired Business Flooring Specialists out of Fort Worth to remove and replace our floors as Granbury Flooring would not do anything to remedy their $h**ty work, nor would they stand by their installation. Our new floors installed thru BFS, using Tiffanie are reclaimed 150 plus year old wood floors supplied by me. Tiffanie made sure that we let the wood acclimate inside our home for 7-10 days. She also checked the flooring with a moisture meter telling us that it needed to be 9% or less moisture, or she would not install it until it was. After 7 days, it read 8.7%, so install began on the following Monday, bringing the acclimation process to a full 10 days. We wanted a glue down installation as it allowed us to have a wider floor plank. After glue-ing the boards down, screen sanding was done, imperfections repaired, and then the sealing process was completed. Our floors are beautiful. Tiffanie has advised us as to how to take care of the floors along with what cleaning products to use. She is one of the best flooring consultants/contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. Believe me, I know. I've been in the architectural business since 1979. Great value for the work and effort put into the project.

We have had issues with cracks, dents, separation, sub flooring, you name it. They came and made a few poor effort repairs but said we must have a water leak. Called a plumber-- no leak. We have also had our house inspected since then. No leaks. They just didn't want to own up to the shoddy install job and do what needed to be done to make it right. We are not having some painting done on our baseboards and the painter has commented that they were so poorly reinstalled after the flooring install. These people seem to care more about making a sale than doing a quality job. Their Google reviews are better than Yelp and that makes me think there's some in-store offer to leave a good review on Google. Don't use this place!

Youngblood's Hardwood Flooring just completed repairs to our 35+ yeqr-old flooring. Their skilled…read morecraftsmen, Augustine and David, did the most perfect job imaginable. Repairs required lacing in new flooring for several holes that were cut previously to install foundation support and several areas of buckled flooring. The joinery to lace in the new pieces to the existing floor is so perfect that the joints defy identifying where new meets old. They worked quickly and efficiently for about 2 days, exactly on time as agreed. They removed all the debris and vacuumed all areas when done. The cost was considerable, but for the skill and quality of the work, and professionally meeting high expectations, the value received was worth every penny. David Youngblood was excellent in communicating with us and explaining as needed. If we ever need any such future work Youngblood's will be who we call.
