Not only was their price very good but they kept every commitment they made on start date, time to complete, quality, and dependability. Our roof replacement was an insurance claim and we found ourselves regularly frustrated by our mortgage company's processing of our check. Chad and IRoofs were amazing in how they never complained about sending in documentation, whether it was a new requirement each day or a change to a form they'd already submitted, IRoofs quickly completed and submitted the forms - even on Thanksgiving! Their contractors were very nice guys who really cleaned up well after they left. It had been quite windy during their work and they diligently picked up every bit of roof debris and they rolled big magnets over more than 1/2 an acre of land to pick up nails. I was really impressed in that they searched our entire fenced dog yard to ensure our doggie wouldn't have any stray nails in her space.
