I called due to a small leak that appeared suddenly after a recent storm. I spoke with a nice gentleman; he set up an appointment to inspect. When the appointment time came, he arrived on time, he was friendly and explained the problem to my husband, advised us to replace our builders plastic vent with a metal one. We agreed. He said he'd send us a quote in a few days. That was a Tuesday. After three days, I figured our quote got lost in the shuffle. We're all human so I left a message. "Hi, thanks for coming out to inspect our roof, we'd like to move forward with all the work you recommended. Looking forward to receiving the quote from you." :::::Crickets::::: I'm not sure what happened. It's sad because everything was perfect right up to the failure to respond. This is the company we wanted to work with; it just wasn't meant to be. read more

What can I say, these guys are great! We got a new roof on the house we bought because of them! Our rep, Dustin Moore, worked with our Sellers and their insurance company after the inspection showed hail damage. After closing they put on our roof in just one day, and even helped us decide on the roof color and gutters. Will definitely be referring them to others! read more

Authority Roofing - Roofing Near Me - Frisco, Texas

I highly recommend Authority Roofing! My house and two cars were totally messed up in last months hail storm. Jaren from Authority came in and took charge of everything. He showed me the best roof and proceeded to get it done and paid for by my insurance company. And when my A/C went out in the middle of everything he called someone in that was highly recommended to him. He came out with them and made sure it was taken care of correctly. He supervised the job throughout the day and was always available if I had a question. The roofers were very efficient and polite. They left my yard cleaner than it was before they even got there! I have had several compliments on the roof in just the few days that it has been up. One other contractor said, "Now that is a beautiful roof!" read more

Living through the volatile Spring storms in DFW we've had to replace our roof twice in the past three years. Our first experience with a roofing contractor was just "ok". Many of the issues I've seen mentioned about other contractors on Yelp were the same as we experienced. But we changed contractors and used Authority Roofing for our second roof replacement and we as so glad we did. Our contractor was Chris Cox who was outstanding throughout. He was upfront and transparent with his communication which is typically the biggest complaint I read online and hear from our friends and neighbors about their contractor. He made the insurance process effortless for us and most import the finished product met and in many way exceeded our expectations. The day after a major weather event roofing reps are EVERYWHERE trying to lock down your business and get their sign up in your yard. Its important to pick the right company and contractor to avoid being victimized twice. Our experience is that you can't go wrong with Authority or Chris. read more

As an unfortunate victim of the March 2017 hail storm that roared through Lantana, TX, we had a total roof replacement to accomplish. After getting a few quotes, I found Authority Roofing and was completely blown away by the level of customer service. Authority worked efficiently to get me an additional $9500 from my insurance company that was due to me based on the damage - other roofers took what the insurance company stated first - WRONG! Authority Roofing is HIGHLY recommended - they get it and they do exceptional work. Our roof looks so much better than our neighbors - they are all jealous!! Call Authority, they will take care of you (ask for Kent). read more

The team at Authority Roofing is to most professional and knowledgeable I have ever seen. They have earned certifications that only a small number of roofing companies posses. They do an amazing job helping to understand the insurance process and stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

Very happy with the entire process, they went the extra mile to work with us and insurance on our claim. Chris is very professional and reliable I will definitely recommend them 100% read more

I called Authority roofing and gave them my information to get a quote on fixing a roof leak. They didn't call me back, but since my leak wasn't an emergency, I let it slide and didn't think about it for awhile. More than awhile actually, since it didn't rain for awhile. Rainy season kicks up again, and I call once again. Talk to a nice lady on the phone. Explain the situation. I'm now under a time pressure to get this leak fixed since I am selling my home. I explain to her that last time, nobody ever called me back and it was really important that they get back to me. She promises it won't happen again, and takes my information, and says they will get someone to call me back and set up a visit to give a quote to repair. Guess who didn't call me back? The second time. Hey..I get it. My little leak in my roof wasn't a big full roof replacement for you. But you do owe me the courtesy of a phone call, especially after I'd explained that you'd already blown me off once. For what it is worth, I did get a random message on my voicemail about 3 weeks later from a roofer that didn't identify themselves. (Long after I'd gotten the problem fixed, mind you) I don't know if it was these guys or not, but even if it was, that's an inexcusable timeline. read more

Loren Jacques was amazing. Came out and did the inspection and walked around the house with me and pointed out all the damage from the hail storm. He worked with me and my busy schedule and even helped me pick out the color for the roof. Loren and his crew did an amazing job replacing my roof and gutters. They also did my fence which looks terrific thanks to him. If you want an amazing looking roof and or fence go with Loren Jacques with authority roofing you will not be disappointed. If I could give him 10 stars I totally would!! read more

I have been amazed at the complete service from Catherine and Authority Roofing. They walked the property with the adjuster and found everything that needed to be repaired or replaced. The claim started with a hail damaged roof and ended up including window screens, fence stain, AC repair, etc. I would recommend them to everyone! And they got everything done in a timely manner!! read more

My neighborhood had baseball size hail that stay for more than 5 minutes.? Damages included roof, ceiling water damaged, windows, garage doors, and fences. Next day there were so many contractors offering services that even the local news crew show up. Personally, I have very few good experiences with construction contractors. I simply want a quality job at a reasonable price. Kenny from Authority Roofing show up. He was sincere and understood I am looking for a quality work at a reasonable price. The adjusters from the insurance came and he show up and went through all the things that needed to be fixed. Then his roofers team and contractors for garage door,...show up. They were all professional and he actually inspect the work. I noticed neighbors roofer did not remove the cover under the shingle, he informed me they cut corners by saving on materials and labor. Authority roofing will not do that. I watched all his work and the sub contractors. They knew what to do and the communications were excellent. Kenny had went beyond a 5 stars. If there were more stars I would rank higher. I am impressed with the work and integrity of Kenny. read more

This is the SECOND time I've used Authority - and, as before, they took care of EVERY aspect of my hail-damaged property...not just my roof! They were professional, respectful, and thorough, keeping me in the loop through every segment of the various repair projects. Jaren was great to work with and did a fantastic job coordinating roof, windows, siding, gutters, and fence work! I'd use them again in a heartbeat (but hope I won't need them again any time soon!) HIGHLY recommend Authority to anyone looking to have work done! read more

Dustin and Authority Roofing replaced our roof, gutters, window screens, pressure washed/stained our fence, and fixed a ceiling that was damaged from the leaking roof. They were excellent to work with. Everything from the first meeting until they were finished was great. Dustin made sure the entire project was a success and we have been very pleased. I highly recommend them and we will absolutely use them again when the next hailstorm comes through. read more

Don't let other deceived you that this is a good roofing company. This is a company that you should avoid. I was fooled by seeing the good reviews from other people and expected to have the same quality roof and services but it wasn't turn out that way. Part of my roof was not properly done. The Project Manager weren't there when the job was done. They had to come back and cleaned up the work and leave messes everywhere. Even after they came back and cleaned up their messes, I still have to spent my time cleaning up after them. We wasn't expected having to go through all of this from a good roofing company. My wife and I picked out 3 companies that we could go with and they are one of them. We decided to go with them because they have better reviews than most of the other 2 but our experienced was completely unsatisfied and very disappointed. We won't ever use Authority Roofing again as well as recommending anyone to go with them. read more

This company is one of the best! They do not sacrifice quality, but instead they instill it with their roof systems! Highly recommended!

This is the worst roofing contractor. Please do not be fooled by the yelp reviews that state they are the best. According to their own employees, the owner does not care about the customer, only the money. AR's employee tried to make matters right stating he would zero out the balance. That week, all of a sudden that individual no longer works for the company. AR refused to honor what his company manager stated would be done to rectify the situation. This company employs workers that give him the lowest price to get the job done, then charges above and beyond to the customer. He replaced our roof using a third party and a year later we are still dealing with leaks. He refuses to speak with us personally for a resolution. We did file with the BBB, but honestly they can't make this company do what they promised. There is no license needed to install a roof. The owner is manipulative and is abusing and taking advantage of customers. If you are considering a roofer, choose anyone but Authority Roofing. Save yourself time, money and get a better roof by an honest company. If you can't speak with the owner personally, use another business. Avoiding a customer for over a year leads one to believe they have something to hide or they receive dissatisfied customers often. read more

Last year I had my roof replaced due to the hail storm. Authority Roofing, particularly Jesse (Project Manager), were extremely attentive during the whole process. All the insurance paperwork was handled very smoothly and the actual replacement used high quality materials. Being the first time I had replaced my roof, Jesse was very detailed in answering any questions and concerns I might have. During these May rain storms in the Frisco area I noticed some water getting into my home. I gave call Jesse a call in the evening and next morning he was at my place inspecting the issue; after checking the problem , it turned out water was coming in through one of my windows that was not properly sealed. Jesse's prompt and courteos response allowed me to fix this problem in a quick manner. read more

They were a no-show for my roof inspection appointment. Did not call to cancel, they just didn't show up. I called the next day to ask why nobody showed up and they said someone would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. Must be nice to be in the roofing business read more

They have probably the best sales people to to get your business. After becoming their customer, their service is either slow or non responsive. The whole roofing project took almost a whole year to complete. After the roof replacement, we discovered lots of damages done by the roofers. Keep in mind that the roofers do not have any precautions to ensure minimum external house damage. There were a few windows that were clearly scratched/damaged by the roofers which the manager denied to fix. I went with this company initially due to the good reviews posted online. After a year of stressful experience with this company, I will not do business with them again. read more

We had Authority Roofing check our roof in Stonebridge Ranch for damage. It was very damaged and they met our Insurance Adjustor when he came to the house and took care of everything! We could not have been any happier! They were even very patient with the Insurance company sending them the final check as well. Our neighborhood HOA would not allow a sign in the yard except for the days they were actually working on the roof, but we had people ringing the doorbell asking who had done our roof because they wanted one just like it! We ONLY refer Authority Roofing! read more

Authority roofing did a great job on my roof. They were very professional and has the best price from all the other quotes I had received.

Last spring we had a pretty major hail storm in our area. Just as a precaution, I called Authority Roofing to inspect for damages, and sure enough, I had some major damage. Authority Roofing replaced my roof with a better one than I had, coordinated everything with my insurance company, and made the process so easy and painless. With the better quality roof - I was even able to get a huge discount on my homeowners insurance! I would definitely recommend them. They also replaced my sister's roof - same great job! read more

Authority roofing was amazing to work with. After everyone having hail damage they worked so hard to keep up with the huge demand right from the start. They asked to come out and walk the roof when the insurance company tried to settle at a few thousand. Which was basically because our roof was so steep they didn't want to walk it. They fought to get the roof totaled and from then on took over the job of scheduling everything we needed around my families busy schedule. Trish Littlejohn spearheaded the project and oversaw the job site. Making sure we were happy and their employees were taken care of in the heat. I'm so impressed with the team and the way they coordinated outsource the jobs on the screens, our garage door replacement and A/C combing. I highly recommend them for quality service and quality product getting put back on your roof! read more

Homeowners beware! This company will tell you to make sure that they are present when your insurance adjuster comes out to your home for your benefit. This is the first lie. The only reason they want to be there is so that they can see the estimate that your insurance gives you and then charge you that amount to the penny for the work. They will write up a contract and say that they don't have unhappy customers. Don't believe it! Read the fine print int he contract. One the bottom it says that you are guaranteeing authority roofing the job. Taking all of your consumer power away by not being able to collect other bids for the same job. Then the project manager which is nothing but a salesperson will promise to be there during the installation process. Lie number 2. Project manager will promise that his people know what they are doing. Lie number 3. Underlayment was installed incorrectly. Shingles on the roof were defective. Our roof began leaking due to incorrect installment of vents. After all of this the project manager now wants to play the waiting game to re-do everything. Does not return phone calls. When he does answer the phone he is rude and will hang up on you. For this kind of service you are better off hiring strangers from the downtown streets and pay them directly. You will probably get better service! read more

I had a bad experience with this company this last year, when attempting to hire them to install a roof. This company does not hold their word, and they do not get back to you as they say they will. I would not do business with them, when their are many other fine roofing companies out there with much better service! read more
