After several follow-ups and attempts from my previous roofer, Curt was actually able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution virtually through text before he even arrived at my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the process. It's clear that Curt genuinely cares about solving the problem rather than just selling a job. I'll definitely be using Szotts Roofing and Curt for all of my roofing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin? I met Chip and Trish (Tritan) through a neighbor when they were repairing their…read moreroof and he was beyond impressed as this was the second home Tritan had done for him. I inquired if Chip had time to look at my house, and he walked it and told me that it wasn't need in repair. I kept his business card and after a terrible storm of hail/wind six months later, he looked again. It was time. Chip and Trish literally "held my hand" through the entire inspection, appraisal, insurance process; something I had NEVER been through before. They were honest, encouraging, but above all they were patient with me. The attention to detail that they and the crew from Tritan provides in repairing/replacing a roof should be emulated by other companies. To say they "do it right" is an understatement, and was obvious when they pulled the old roof off which was shoddily done on a home that is barely 5 years old. (Shame on today's builders.) A recommendation to use Tritan (Chip & Trish) is an understatement. If you want it DONE RIGHT, hire Tritan. If you want it DONE HONEST, hire Tritan. If you are afraid of hiring the wrong roofer, then HIRE TRITAN. It is really that simple. You won't regret your choice.
