They are so much more than just flooring. The work they have done for me on two different houses has been top notch. I had two extensive remodels. One in Anna that we had just purchased earlier in the year and then one in Plano we moved out of. Shaun is my contact and project manager for Anna Flooring and design. He is amazing to work with. He always checks in with you during the project and makes sure the job is done right before sending you the final bill. He always personally checked the work that was being done and made sure that the people doing it fixed any issues. If there is a problem, he figures out how to fix it. That's the test of a great company. I would 100% hire them again. He even would bring me samples to choose from rather than having to go in myself. He has several different contractors he uses for different projects. They aren't just flooring, they can take care of most any remodeling or renovation needs you have. I had cabinets refinished, new plumbing run for a second sink in the master, new countertops and sinks, lighting, exterior doors, carpet, luxury vinyl, tile, drywall, and painting. Probably some other things I forgot. The work was so good I started adding more and more for them to do. All of the contractors were very good but two stand out. Mark and Jackie are a father and daughter team and let me just say wow. They did most of the drywall repair and painting, as well as miscellaneous things on my very long list. I think of them like a make ready crew. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. I have very high standards and somehow they always seem to find a way to exceed them. Nine months later, my carpet needs replacing. All About Floors refused to replace the carpet or help me in any way. I am now faced with the cost of replacing of over 1000 feet of carpet, ten months after installation. If you go to All About Floors, don't expect them to take any responsibility for the work once it's done.

The phone number on the website when called says no one is available. I may have to report this as fraud soon to get my money back.
