He set up an appt. within days, arrived on time, listened to my project. Tuesday reviewed project (it's a small job but to us it's major undertaking). I figured it would take weeks (big box said). I was originally quoted a two week timeline, and they actually finished the project ahead of schedule, which is pretty unheard of in construction.
