I was so happy the way they turned out, I decided to have another pair made into sunglasses. Once again, Dr. Vitale and staff did an amazing job fitting another twenty five year old pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers (tortoise frames) with prescription "transition" lenses. In the past year, I've had Dr. Vitale's office transform four pairs of regular sunglasses into prescription sunglasses, including an expensive pair of Harley sunglasses, and, another twenty five year old pair of Ray-Ban wraps (tortoise biker frames) All four pairs work great while riding too! In case you're wondering about the twenty five year old Ray-Bans, back then a good friend was the Chicago rep for Ray-Ban, and GAVE samples of whatever I liked. She doesn't have a clue how to manage the staff or the office files, and she feels being "right" supersedes keeping the patients of doctors' she's employed by coming to this office. If you need quality service in an eye center, look elsewhere... They even auto schedule you for appointments and only notify you the week of after the rest of the month is full.

Hannah was an absolute delight: knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely personable. I was also really impressed with the technology Dr. Sayed uses. They take detailed images of your eyeball so you can actually see what's going on, which was incredibly reassuring for me after having an eye issue a few years ago. In the past, every doctor-patient interaction has been robotic and it was such a relief to escape from that monotony. My doctors were very kind souls and helped me plenty. I was told my health results and given accurate and understandable advice. Duly also has an app where all my files are saved and I can view my test results at any time which I think is awesome. The app also has a feature that lets me talk to my doctors. Also, whenever i go out to events, it's sort of a funny coincidence that Duly sponsors so many of them. Even worse, was the glaucoma "specialist", Dr Joshi, couldn't remember me from one visit to the next and constantly gave me bad information until I corrected her. After I was promised no wait, and waited 30 minutes, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I received my chart, it was full of BAD information. There were illnesses I never had listed in history. The unforgivable is that I was diagnosed as having Glaucoma in December 2011. I received many tests, took eye drops nightly and even had a laser surgery. I met my new dr today. I do not have glaucoma.
