Once I sat down, it was clear my stylist was in a mood. He refused to use any of the products I requested, saying he "doesn't like them," and proceeded to blow dry my hair with zero heat protection. The blowout was rough and he was aggressive with my hair, couldn't get it straight, and it was obvious I was in pain. Wanted to get up and walk out the entire time, and honestly should have. Went home, washed my hair, and redid it myself. Paying $70 for that experience was not okay. I don't write bad reviews often, but felt I had to warn others.

She started curling my hair. I was nervous that the curling iron was too small but it worked perfectly! She really had a great technique and got my whole head done in one hour.
