I went to this location around 8:00pm, ordered 2 sliders and a fry. They told me to pull around to the side and they would bring my food out. So I'm assuming everything was being made fresh. I waited 32 mins to be exact which was very disturbing and strange. But I waited patiently with no fuss. Only to finally get the food and all of it was cold and even the fries were old!!! Now I'm very concerned wondering why it took 30 mins to bring cold food out to me. I was very polite and everything, so I'm not sure why I was done this way.
this food was not very good. The nuggets were greasy. The fries were stale the slider was OK and my drink had dirty ice in it.
Shoutout to Nathan! He has great customer service and I love the food. It's really clean space too!
Im obsessed with this place. Everything I've had (sliders, tenders, sauces) is 10/10 good, hot, and fresh. The soda actually tastes like fountain soda (I swear other places are using less syrup), and the people are really nice. Plus the price are shockingly low for how good it is.
I went through the drive through and after 15 minutes I finally made it to the window - there was ONE car in front of me - for her to read back the order that wasn't mine. After confirming my order I get a back pushed at me however I'm still waiting on my drink. I dipped into the bag to grab a fry and these are the greasiest undercooked fries I've had in a long time. The light color should have been my first clue but it tasted like raw potatoes. The lady comes back to the window and I ask, is it normal to wait 15 minutes in the drive through which she tells me that "it's been crazy today, I don't know what's going on" and then I tell her about the fries and she just looks at me. I ask "shall I come inside to talk about my order?" And she said "yes you can do that". I go inside and there is NO ONE at the front counter. There are people standing around waiting for their order and the girl who was in the drive through finally comes up to me ready to take my order. I tell her I just came through the drive thru, is there a manager. She turns to the lady on the line and says "she wants to talk to the manager" to which she proceeds to ask how can I be helped. I explain and tell her I waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes for undercooked fries and I'd like to get my money back. She graciously gives me back my money and apologized saying they were understaffed (need a job? I'm sure they are hiring!) and she didn't know why the fries were greasy and undercooked. This was my first time here and although she told me to keep the drink, I don't think I'll be back any time soon.
Honestly, not bad! The chicken fingers and milkshake was the best part . The chicken slider was okay, and the burger slider was good but a bit over cooked. The fries could have been crispier but they flavoring was nice! The facility was clean and the employees were friendly !
New addition to Greenville! I wasn't familiar with the establishment so I researched and tried to order online for pick up in the store. The Website had a few errors and wouldn't work. So I drove over and ordered at the counter. The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY trained and friendly! Very helpful and gave advice on the best ways to order. Service was excellent! Plenty of parking and they have a drive-thru (which I'll use when the app works). The interior is flashy, appealing, and super clean. I ordered the #1 with classic Angus and ribeye which comes with crinkle-cut fries (may try the other fry options next time) and a large Coke (32 oz). For sample sake, I also ordered the English cod, fried chicken, and crab cake. Standing, looking at the menu, I developed a craving for the chocolate shake (dangerously addictive photo in the place). They have 9 shake options and a lot of soft drink options including tea. To please my Doctor, I ordered a garden salad with Avocado. The order was well packaged and had it to me very quickly. Of the sliders, the ribeye was good, the cod was delightful and the crabcake was a bell-ringer winner! The others were pretty decent. The crabcake is absolutely WOW! The Boom sauce gave enough kick for a tender mouth like me. The fries were pretty good. The salad was enough for 2, maybe 3 people! The shake, well, nope. Price, well, kinda much for 1/3 the size of burgers and other sandwiches. If you get a salad, ask for a lot of extra dressing.
This place always closes earlier than their hours so just be aware if you come later at night. Nothing special about the sliders and they honestly lacked flavor.
I saw a video on IG about this restaurant and saw that it wasn't too far from my job. The next day, I decided to visit and I wasn't disappointed. It was packed when I arrived so I used the drive thru - super convenient because parking would've delayed me getting back to work on time. I ordered two sliders with fries. I had the crabcake slider and the fish slider. Both were delicious. I liked the fish slider the best. I also liked the container that the food came in. My sliders were on point. I want to go back and try other sliders because it was that good. If you're in the area, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
I discovered Savvy Sliders on Yelp a few months ago and thought to check it out for the first time since it's hard to find a fish sandwich year round. Instead of eating inside, I chose to place my order via the drive thru and take my food home. I got the second combo (one fish and one falafel slider) with fries and a side of cheese curds. I wanted to try their onion rings, but they were sold out. You can pick your flavor of fries, and I went with what the worker suggested: Cajun. No complaints with that as someone from New Orleans! The sliders were great, but what was most shocking was how much more I enjoyed the falafel slider than the fish one, which was the purpose of my trip there! The falafel, which is hard to get right, was flavorful and not dry. The fish slider was really good despite being slightly greasy. The Cajun fries were good but needed more seasoning. I ended up using some of the boom sauce (included with the cheese curds) to compensate. The cheese curds were delicious! They had the perfect amount of breading and cheese. The service was nothing special; it could have been a bit better. Also, this place is quite expensive. I spent $21 on this order (drink included), so that was slightly disappointing. However, they cook all food to order, so nothing is sitting under a heat lamp which is nice. Even though this place is slightly out of the way, I would come back here!
Well, i ordered online. I up charged my drink. $.79. I get to the restaurant. I notice no large cups. I try not to assume in fast food. I like to give room for doubt. Thats just who i am as a person. I actually love this place. However, today I'm not sure if it's the service? Company policy? Or just who that person is. So, im a visual person. So, I'm come in with my code ready to identify who i am and my purchase. I get my order and she gives me a regular cup. I said and willing to provide proof. She looked at me and said "We are out if Larges (with hand on her hip) ummm sorry about that". As disappointed as I was. I just said okay. A attitude back b/c i got a dismissive oh well attitude. It wasn't going to give me what they didn't have. Its crazy how if my $.79 cent couldn't have been replace with an extra sauce. An extra sauce is $.49. Okay at least i git something for the inconvenience. Im sure the actually purchase of a sleeve of cups replace by a sauce isn't going to hurt the budget. Im sure if the tables were turned from the CEO to the lady with the dismissive oh well presence. Would have felt some type away. Big or small it matters. Yes over $.79. Why? Because it was the treatment. I get it things happen with shipment. But the attitude is crazy work. And i actually love this place. Just disappointed this time around.
OMG!!!!! What in the world! This place is jamming and busting' with amazing sliders! I cannot believe how good this food is and most importantly how it's packed! Everything is made to order! It's gonna come out hot and extra fresh! They load each slider with all the toppings! Fries and super well seasoned and at this point, I've been back 3+ times and it doesn't matter if you go inside or hit the drive-thru ...your order is going to be large and in charge! You can also order online for a quick pickup! Great soda selection to pick from too ..in order to wash it all down! Customer Service has been great eat time I went! Fun fact! : I l let them order it for me! - and please note, those chicken tenders is popping! Dip them in the dip and you will smile! Hope the level of service continues ....they can for sure expect me once a week! Woot Woot!
People are really sleeping on this place! I was so surprised the line wasn't way out into the street!! I went here yesterday and it was so fire the savvy classic had so much flavor. I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders and boomin chicken sandwich were so good as well. And the fries!!! Everything was hot and fresh. The prices are unbeatable and the customer service here was top tier too. Bam Bam really hooked it up! I really had nothing to complain about here. I will definitely be back again! read more

Everything was prepared fresh, and the wait time was minimal. Pricing was decent for two meals, but nothing to brag about. I upgraded my meal to try the cookies and cream milkshake. It was okay at best, except the milkshake that was freaking awesome!!! Real milk, cookies, and whipped cream. What truly turned us off regarding this restaurant was a homeless lady sitting on the outside patio. Which seemed harmless until she began to scratch her vagina in broad daylight for everyone to witness. Then, she proceeded to open the door to the restaurant and grab a handful of napkins to wipe herself. I am very much aware that the homeless population with the DFW area is massive, but this is an extremely bad look for the restaurant & the customer dining there. We tried this place recently and enjoyed it. They have a wide variety of sliders and chicken. They have custard and shakes as well. The original sliders had great flavor. The chicken strips were tender and juicy. The cheese curds were tasty, especially with the boom sauce. The staff were friendly and the place has about 10 tables with a couple high chairs. There's also a drive-thru. On the pricey side ($37) for 2 combos and a kids meal, but we all enjoyed it read more

Savvy Sliders was exactly what this Chicago guy needed for a White Castle fix! The staff was super polite and knew their menu like pros. And let me tell you, where else can you find a duo meal with a classic burger and a cod fish sammich? The fries--salt and pepper, perfectly seasoned--were on point, and the lemonade with a splash of fresh sweet tea hit all the right notes. So bring your buns in and treat yourself to some top-notch sliders--you won't regret it! read more

Saw a reel for Savvy Sliders on Instagram that featured their new location and all the different sliders along with chicken fingers. I was immediately interested! I had to go. Went through drive thru, a bit of a line, but that is expected if something is great Service was friendly, energetic, and patient. Tried 3 of their sliders: The Signature, the Boomin' Chicken and the Ribeye with the sweet Potato fries (plain) and the Cajun fries, of course; When I say the "FLAVORS HIT YOUR TASTE BUDS", be ready for the most tastefully seasoned and juiciest burgers that you can find. I walked in not expecting much, but to my surprise Savvy Sliders delivered. This casual eatery had very tender and flavorful chicken and didn't need to rely on the sauce to give it flavor, unlike some other establishment (Raising Cane's). I order the Box 2 Combo and was pleasantly surprised with the chicken tenders and slider, although the slider was a bit smaller than what I was expecting. And I upgraded the soda drink to a Chocolate Milkshake which wasn't anything out of this world but it hit the spot. The fact that they are open late on Friday and Saturday definitely means that I will be going back for a midnight snack. read more

My 1st visit was on 10/16/2023 around the time they opened doors. I ordered a Box 1 Combo with the Classic Angus Beef & Famous Fried Chicken sliders and a side of Cajun-Seasoned Fries. The seasoning on the fries wasn't enough for me to really taste the Cajun-seasoning. They were served hot and crispy but just no flavoring. The food was just okay for me but I will have to visit again to try more of their offerings. My 2nd visit was on 01/22/2024. I ordered a Duo SwitchUp Box with the Steakhouse Rib-eye and English Cod sliders and a side of Cajun-Seasoned Fries. Once again the fries were disappointing. This time they lacked any seasoning taste even though what I assume is seasoning can be visibly seen. The Cod and especially the Ribeye slider looked nothing like their menu pictures. They weren't "premium" but maybe in price for a slider. You can see in one image how the relevant size of the ribeye compared to a ketchup packet. I really wanted this place to possibly be a regular option and others may like it but I just can't rationalize any reason for returning. read more

Saw this place on the way to work, and decided to stop there for dinner. I had hopes for this place, since they just opened, but I was let down very quickly. I went through the drive-through and it did not seem to be busy, but it literally took over 30 minutes for me to get my order and there was only one person ahead of me that did not seem to order a lot of food . As far as service goes, they spent way too much time in the kitchen, running their mouths than they did paying attention to the order. Next, I placed my order and that took a while since the person at the front had to multitask. By the time I got to the window it had already been 20 minutes. Again, only one car was in front of me. Once I got to the window, I got my order and the first sandwich was correct as far as I know, but both of them were a complete mess. I know I ordered lettuce wrapped, but they were literally soaking out of the bag and probably one of the worst wrapped burgers I had ever seen. Next, what truly gave them a one star was the fact that my hangover burger did not even come with a burger. They literally gave me lettuce, fried egg, and half a piece of bacon! I was already more than halfway home when I realized it and I had to call and confirm that I was not seeing things. Considering the bag was wet, I thought maybe it slipped out but no, they completely forgot the burger at a burger restaurant . When I spoke with the manager, he was nice enough to give me a refund for the trouble and explained that they just opened. I understand that, but I have worked in the food industry and there should've been some extensive training and management instead of allowing the employees to run their mouths while trying to prepare orders. I literally could hear Every detail of what the loud lady was saying in the kitchen before I got to the window because the walls are so thin. I would not say the food was bad, but I can't conclude that it is good enough for a 30 minute wait in the drive-through. Came to ultimately taste the burger that I never actually tried. The chicken is decent, but I will say it was more the sauce than anything. Ultimately, go here at your own risk, and definitely check your order before you drive off. Never went inside, but if the same people running, the drive-through are servicing the dining area, beware. read more

Was looking forward to trying this new restaurant as I hadn't noticed it before. Was quite disappointed that the "premium" burger I paid extra for wasn't there at all, were out of half the sauces, and instead got the chicken combo. Would be totally good with this except the chicken tenders were just straight cold and not good or special in any way and no Texas toast. I will say out of everything the fries were the best, nice and hot so I did enjoy them. Would be wary of going later it could be because I was one of the last customers. Felt I got a weird stare as I was handed the food, maybe thought it was funny to dump the leftover food to me so they could go home instead of making my order. Lemonade wasn't too different from Minute Maid.. Like others said with so much competition and this seeming to not be a particularly rare occurrence I don't think I'll return. read more
