There were full basil leaves, and the onions and peppers were large as they would be coming off a kabob, so cutting into smaller morsels is a must. The food never disappoints but the pricing is a little ridiculous. The menu downs include portion, which shouldn't cost you $5-7 for a small portion of chicken, steak, or salmon. I haven't had anyone say they disliked the food just always comment on expensive pricing fofor not even being organic. A typical entree will cost you $17-20 without extra protein or anything. The quality of the ingredients were decent but I think everything was under-seasoned. The food felt very homey but wasn't really overly complicated or flavorful. This restaurant uses seed oils--they cause inflammation in human bodies. I ordered the Forbidden Rice with extra shrimp and it was so oily. I asked a server what oil they used on this dish and she explained that sunflower oil was definitely in the dressing.
