This location is long overdue for an updated review. If you are like me and love a great salad, continue reading. If you are not a fan of a great salad, continue reading anyway; perhaps this review will convince you to checkout Snappy Salad. As many places do today, Snappy Salad uses a model where you can build your own salad. If that's too much work for you, they have some delicious menu salads which make the process a little easier. In addition to salads they also offer wraps and sandwiches. I tend to stick with their menu salads with my favorites being the "Grilled Avocado" for which my protein of choice tends to always be their mesquite grilled chicken. Depending on the season, if available, I also enjoy the Berry Blast salad. As for this location, it was never my favorite. Previously, I experienced issues with unfriendly staff (they just didn't seem like they wanted to be here) and it showed in how they interacted with customers, made the salads, along with maintaining the seating area, etc. Recently, I returned to this location to give them another try and I am pleased to say this location has improved. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and they are very knowledgeable of the menu. This is key as recently Snappy Salad refreshed their menu and added several new menu salads, wraps and, sandwiches. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Additionally, the seating and beverage station areas are way better maintained than previously.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Considering the major changes that have occurred, it's almost as if this location is under new management. Regardless of why things improved, I am pleased they did and look forward to many more visits to this location. If you are in the area, I highly recommend checking out this location. read more

A late night healthy pit stop. I've been to this location numerous times and each time I have had a satisfying experience. Located off Greenville ave right behind the Chick fil A and next to Hawaiian Bros. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This Snappy Salads is very spacious with plenty of open seating[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . I picked up the usual Buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese . I also checked out something new on the menu for once which was the lemon pepper chicken pita pocket. I like the fact that they have rewards points to accumulate. The pita pocket was very tasty and light. The salad was fresh and savory. I was the last one before closing but I didn't feel rushed . The infamous Texas salad chain! Plenty of seating and fast service. Due to E. coli outbreak in romaine, the option was removed and replaced with your choice of greens. Our friend warned us about the portion before hand and he was right to do so. My "regular" cobb salad came filled to the rim in this gigantic metal bowl. You always have the option of going with a half, which apparently, is what most people order anyway (so shouldn't this be regular then? And make regular large instead?) The cobb was layered with grilled chicken and a WHOLE avocado! The salad was nicely coated with dressing and refreshing in every bite! 20 minutes into the salad and I found myself struggling the finish the bowl and almost threw in the towel. Would definitely recommend trying the place out to escape the Texas meat scene. read more

We were so glad that Snappy opened its doors back up during this strange time! I was able to easily select my order through the app for pickup and was greeted by a smiling staff at the Greenville location. The manager (didn't catch his name) was so grateful for the support and I was mutually grateful as I really missed them. Favorite menu on the item: The chipotle chicken wrap is a MUST. It comes with chips and their homemade salsa (the salsa has a salty sweet situation and it's amazing). Pro tip: add avocado to the wrap, you're welcome. When you walk in, check the board to your right where you will see the salad and soup of the day; also all the salads they have and what's in them!!!!!
