Tea class menu

Savoy Tea was a welcome delight! It's in a new looking building at the Lenexa City Center. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by an associate who asked if they could help. The tea store had several seating options to kick back and relax with your drink. There were many tea samples around the store to taste and the tea was neatly organized by type of tea. The Cinnamon Orange was fantastic for hot tea. I purchased the Cinnamon Orange plus a Rooibos. I ended up getting an iced tea to go as well. I will definitely be back soon.

Not just a tea store, but they make lattes too! Love the matcha lattes here. They had a summer drink featuring a peach matcha latte and it's been my year round go to drink! There was an employee who suggested making it less sweet and I've been ordering it the same way with oat milk since then. Also a nice little spot to bring your laptop and do some work. Ambiance is generally quiet and some days I'll bring my dog to stop in during slow hours.

I have been so excited to visit this location of Savoy. It was my absolute favorite place to study down in Fayetteville, so of course I cried when I saw they were putting in a location close to me. I hold Savoy to a very high regard and they exceeded my expectations without a doubt. They have several tea kettles set up around the store with samples of various flavors so you can get an idea of what you might like. You can order any kind of tea they sell to have it made for you behind the bar, but you can also buy small bags of loose leaf tea as the "sample pack", or a large tin of the teas if you're committed to a flavor. The variety of options is huge; a bit overwhelming before you figure out how it is organized. Each of them is just as tasty as the next one. I ordered a ham and cheese quiche and a blueberry lemon tea - the quiche was SO soft and savory, each bite a little piece of heaven. The tea was light and fresh and perfectly energizing. I bought several sample packs to make at home - citrus oolong, birthday cake, raspberry razzmataz, and cinnamon orange. All of them are absolute perfection. The ladies working behind the bar were total sweethearts and patient with me while I decided on my order. They offered recommendations and informed me of specials they had, which helped with my decisions. The ambiance is zen, making it the perfect place to work or study in a quiet environment, while still being close enough to the busyness of the Lenexa City Center. Everyone - even tea skeptics - should give Savoy a try!

Amazing tea selection! Fun and traditional loose leaf blends. Knowledgeable and kind staff too. In addition to loose leaf you can buy and take home they also have a drink bar where they make hot and cold drinks. Dairy free options available for lattes too.

Savoy originated in Arkansas. There are only 4 shops - two in AR, one in Missouri, and lucky for us - one in Lenexa, Kansas! They have a large selection of superior tea leaves; plus they have seating areas in case you want them to brew you a tea on-site.

My son swears by their blueberry lemon tea. He comes here on a weekly basis to get a tea and a chocolate chip cookie and the earl grey cookies are amazing. If you haven't tried them please come out and support an amazing local business.

Savoy Tea has an amazing assortment of teas the baristi was very knowledgeable and recommended a tea right away off a question I had. I like that they had 4 different teas pre-brewed for you to sample. We ordered a fresh brewed "In the name of love" tea and a Lavender Vanilla latte.

Cinnamon orange tea is the best I've ever had. We love loose leaf tea for all occasions! Their mixes are delicious.

I met the young woman who owns the shop along with her mom. She is really delightful and helpful. I bought a few bags of tea to try along with a gift item from a local artisan/vendor. The owners are very supportive of local artisans and businesses which is a big plus for me! They put a nice selection of their creations in their tea shop! I also got a hot tea to go. It was steeped well. Not bitter so they know their serving size, proper water temp, and steep times based on the type of tea leaf or herb. It's an art! The selection of tea is very good. Several different kinds. Black, green, white, roobois (red leaf that's naturally decaffeinated), mate (a couple of interesting ones) , and herbal (not actually tea but everyone thinks it is and it's great. Also no caffeine). I wish they carried some Pu-Erh tea but it's a strong tea and not something just anyone is going to be looking for so it's understandable. A girl can still hope! It's a really nicely decorated and clean place. Has a great vibe and I look forward to going back again. On my way out, the owner said I qualified with my purchase to get a free handmade crochet tea cozy! I got one with a bright sun wearing sun glasses! So darling. I had a hard time and almost chose a lady bug or peace sign but that sun made me smile. I'm so glad I found this local, small business and look forward to visiting again. Please go support a local, small business and taste and learn about tea! Tea is a cup of life!

I chose oat milk over two percent. My son selected a vanilla oolong latte with a few extra pumps of vanilla. His youthfulness allowed him to indulge in the two percent. Both were iced, absolutely delicious, and perfect for hot day. We enjoyed our lattes in the super cozy seating area, and each of us selected a book from the ample little library to read, relax, and refresh. Come see Lauren, learn a lot or a little about tea, and definitely enjoy a sippable treat!

She also got the chocolate Hong Kong waffle with ice cream and enjoyed it. I would have liked to try some of their food, but wasn't able to during this visit (through no fault of Tsaocaa). The plushies and other merch they had was very cute and I'll very likely buy something the next time I visit. The decor was also lovely, with some very happy plants in the windows. The staff were also friendly and gave me no reason to doubt their skills. My only complaint is that the seating was just shy of being comfortable. My friend said the bench seating was a bit hard, and while the chair I sat in was soft, the arm rests made it a little too narrow for me (I'm plus size and have chronic pain, so finding truly comfortable seating can be a challenge at most places. As a note, anyone larger than a women's 3X probably wouldn't be able to comfortably sit in the chairs at all and would need to sit on the bench). Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I plan to go again!
