First time trying their food. I walked in and it was very cozy. I ordered the fried octopus, kaarage, and curry ramen. The food arrived very quick. The waitress was super nice! The ramen was the best ramen that I've had in years. If you want ramen this is the place you need to go!

Sasuke ramen is a gem that I only recently discovered... I wouldn't say it's hidden, but it's in a part of town that I don't regularly visit anymore. I've been two or three times now, and each visit has been equally awesome. The good: 1. Parking is abundant. This yummy little ramen shop is in a pretty big strip mall, so finding a spot (even if we need to walk a bit) is always stress free and easy. 2. Staff has always been so kind and very efficient. We've always been greeted, seated, fed, and checked out in a timely manner and the ladies working are always so sweet. 3. I hope my five stars makes it obvious that the ramen is friggin awesome! The broth is always piping hot and the flavors of each bowl are so rich and deep; each topping fits perfectly with the overall dish and the noodles are cooked to perfection. Portion sizes are also very generous; I've not been able to finish an entire bowl on my own. Price point is pretty reasonable, too. 4. Although small and tucked away, the restrooms have always been very clean, which is a big plus. The "meh," but not necessarily bad: 1. I think it is written in small lettering somewhere on the menu if I remember correctly, but we've almost always been offered the spicy black garlic option for the dishes; first time around we didn't realize it was an extra charge, but that fact was not clearly communicated. 2. The options with meat offer the choice of two different types of pork, but we have never been given the option to choose when ordering. I'm sure you'd be able to speak up/ask for one of the two types without an issue, though, if you did have a preference. 3. Space within the restaurant is pretty limited, so it does get a bit crowded easily, and noise levels can be on the louder side. We have only stopped in for lunch, but the most recent visit was packed with people (no tables available at one point) and we had to speak a bit loudly to hear one another. I have been on a ramen and pho kick lately so this place seriously hits the spot for me. It is such an awesome place and the little anime character they have all over the place is super cute lol.

This was my first time trying Japanese curry ramen. It was ok. It had potatoes in it. Anything with noodles is good to me. Next time, I would probably try a different ramen. Only one waitress for a Monday evening. She was really busy but friendly and efficient.

I stopped in for a late lunch yesterday because I didn't eat lunch before I went shopping. This place is right by sprouts and I had been meaning to try it. It wasn't busy so the service was extremely fast. They have two vegan ramens to choose from. I got the vegan veggie with tofu. Not my favorite vegan veggie ramen I've had but a solid option for sure. It definitely needed a little kick from sriracha and chilli flake. It very warm and filling and the texture of the noodles was very good. I would say that uncooked/seasoned soft tofu isn't my favorite but I do enjoy the texture of soft tofu. The restaurant was extremely clean and I also like that they give you nice metal chopsticks instead of the disposable ones. I will definitely be back.

This spot is awesome! I happened to be in the area and saw the sign for Ramen, and couldn't resist. Pretty quiet, but the server was friendly and it is really clean inside. Food Came out super fast! I got the Tonkotsu Ramen with Black Garlic. Oh my word... it's amazing! I'll be back for sure!

The portion size of these ramen is 5/5. I ordered the tonkatsu but to my surprise it tasted super fishy. I was hoping it would taste good but it was not great. I definitely wouldn't go back again. I was quite sad with the quality as again i ordered meat and it was super fishy.

This was a backup restaurant since our 1st choice was booked and wait was too long. Typical Ramen spot with basic flavors, No trills. I got the shoyu Ramen, it's hearty and the portions are good. Like the char siu pork they slightly fry it. They put wakame a japanese soft seaweed along with a strip of nori (crispy seaweed). I didn't prefer the wakame in the Ramen as it gave it a slightly different flavor than what I am used to, a sea/fishy hint. Wakame is best for miso imo. Gyoza was good, it's not a store bought frozen type. The inside is meaty like Chinese pork hash and some know it by. The sauce for it is also really tasty. Fried squid was not bad too. Calamari rings thats tempura battered and fried. Had a slight spice seasoning on top for a hint of a kick. Lemon and side of peppers. Very hot and crispy when it arrived. Hot a bad place but yet not also fully authentic style but still a good eating joint.

i work nearby and placed an order to go. got notified it was ready within 4 minutes. when i got to the location my order was on a table with my name on it. i wasn't given chopsticks or a spoon with my ramen. i also ordered no mushrooms but they must have understood extra mushrooms because the bowl was filled with long dark mushroom strings. ive never been given ramen with such a dry egg:/ when i combined the broth with everything and tried the noodles i was surprised they were soooo soft and they weren't edible for me. the chicken was incredibly rubbery and just the strangest texture. i ended up drinking the broth and tossing the rest.

This place has incredible ramen! I have been to many ramen places in the Denver metro area and this place is the best by far! Everything is fresh and delicious. The portions are huge and the prices are good. They have a wide variety of options for every type of diner including vegans and vegetarians. They serve boba drinks as well. The service has always been excellent and friendly which makes dining here even better.

I ended up getting the Shoyu ramen. It was tasty, and it also had a very potent soy sauce taste to it. For me preferably, there was too much soy sauce in the broth. The service was awesome, and the wait staff was very kind. Out of ten, I would rate it 5/10. read more

Dined here again last night, and the service is great, and what a treat to have a hot bowl of curry ramen on a cold night! We added black garlic to the curry ramen, it was delicious. They have wonderful tempura as well. I wish this place was closer to my house. The ladies who own it are adorable and want you to enjoy your meal. I recommend the curry ramen, tempura, edamame, and yaki soba. I just wish they offered free refills on soda - the menu says refills are not free. read more

Absolutely delicious ramen! The service was fast and the staff was friendly. The ramen was so delicious, warm and filling. The best geso karaage, (fried squid), i've ever had was here and I couldn't find it as good anywhere else. You definitely get what you pay for, 2 people can eat here with geso karaage and two bowls of ramen for under 50 bucks (after tips). Will be coming back here again and is highly recommended for anyone looking for a good ramen place read more

I've been dying to have some vegan ramen and this place really delivered!! They have two whole vegan options, which is exciting for me at least, and I tried the miso vegan ramen!! It came with lots of tofu, noodles, nori, and some tasty slabs of soy meat (more appetizing than my description I swear). It was so filling and delicious!!! The price is amazing too, $12 for a big bowl of delicious ramen is great in my opinion. My non vegan friend thoroughly enjoyed what they ate too; highly recommend this place!! read more

My to-go experience was disappointing when I got there she said maybe two words to me. Bad service even for to-go. Oh and they stapled the bag shut and didn't include utensils or napkins for a huge order. So when I got to my destination I had to turn around and go home to get utensils. The food was very bland and the eggs (which are the most important part for me) were over cooked and flavorless. If you are used to authentic ramen or from big cities where good food is expected, DONT GO HERE. read more

The Ramen is great but they always make you feel like they are too busy for you. The last two times we were here they denied us from getting something we ordered bc they said it would take too long. I want to be welcomed when I dine out, not made to feel like I'm a burden. read more

Nice décor but the ramen was nothing special. I was asked to move to a small table with no elbow room because they were 'busy'. It was never 50% filled the entire time I was there. I requested extra green onion which I did not get. I asked for chili sauce and received a teaspoon portion. So many more better places, but I tried them because they're new. Doubt that I'll return. read more

Defiantly a 4 and 1/2 star rating. The only reason to not give it a 5 was soso gyoza and no liquor license. Hubby and I really enjoyed our meals. I had gyüdon and hubby had curry ramen. Superb service and nice atmosphere. Very clean. We will be back for sure. read more

Rude and unwelcoming! Came in at around 845 pm and the first words were we close at 930. I should have left then. The ramen stunk and the service was trash. If I could give zero stars I would. I have had better food from the frozen section at the grocery store. The worst place I have ever ate. The service and the food combined amount to worse than a dumpster full of shit. The young girl that sat on her phone the entire time is a person who should never wait on people that are alive. The only place she should work is a morgue. I guess they are stressed out Because they just opened a shitty restaurant with no customers and they can't pay the loan on the restaurant and they never will because it's about to close because they are horrible! read more

Best ramen around - by far. Lots of options and have been back multiple times. Only reason it gets four stars is service. On most recent visit I took a friend that was not familiar with ramen options and our server seemed annoyed she had to explain options. Once food is served, no one really checked on us (they weren't that busy). Server was in the corner prepping napkins/silverwwear and we had to go to main counter to request check/pay. Nevertheless, food stands on its own and I will be back. HaVe dined in several times but also had great success with take out read more

This place is a gem in Arvada! I ordered tonkatsu ramen and my order came out fast. The portion is perfect and food price is reasonable. I don't know what's wrong with the people who gave bad review. We tried two different kinds of ramen and got the gyoza to go. Everything was delicious and just as ordered (IE: garlic and spice level) I have been excited to try this place as we live right across the street but did not realize until I walked in it is actually more of a sit down restaurant than a "to-go" place. Pleasant surprise though because the environment is great if we do choose to dine in and even though I ordered my food to go just when I stepped in their door they had it ready in minutes (and packaged the noodles and broth separately so that everything remained fresh!). Yummy Ramen! It's hard to find good veggie ramen bc most of the tome the broth is bland. Sasuke's miso broth is flavorful and delicious. They had 3 different veggie/vegan ramen to choose from. My husband has had the tonkatsu and shoyu and he has said they are both delicious. We find ourselves wanting to come back every week. read more

This type of ramen is not traditional. I'm not really a fan because the broth and meat are super sweet. Maybe if you love the savory sweetness of some steam buns, this would tickle your fancy. As for me I'll stick to Uncle or Sakana ramen. read more

AMAZING ramen here! If you are in the area, definitely go here! I'm from New Jersey, and have had my share of world renowned ramen in both NY and north Jersey, and never did I think I would find ramen as good as back home... until I found this place. Not only was the miso vegan ramen fantastic in every sense, but the fact they offer vegan and gluten free (rice noodles) options, and the fact you could feel confident in the fact it's actually vegan/gluten-free (so many ramen places look at you like you have 10 heads if you ask this) is even more of a plus. It's also relatively affordable and the service here is great too! read more

Great unassuming ramen spot. I brought my parents who are huge on ethnic food and lived in Southeast Asia, and have high standards, and they both loved it. Add black garlic. Tom kat si and shoyu we're both great. They don't serve alcohol but I'm not sure if they're BYOB or not, it would be really nice if they were, there's a liquor store in the same strip mall and ramen and beer go great together. read more

Was just not a huge fan of this place. The waitress was very unfriendly until the very end when we were leaving. Ordering we felt like a burden on her. Busy yes, but no need to rush ya when we have never been before. The ramen was just okay. The appetizers were very oily and overly fried. I do not think I would come back. read more

This small ramen shop is a hidden little gem in Denver. The service was great, even if our waiter was on his first day and stumbled a bit. He was attentive, eager, and happy to help with a smile on his face. The food was excellent as well, ranging from crispy gyoza and chicken karaage to various ramen dishes. The only downside was the karaage, which was slightly different than what I was used to, but it was still delicious. We left with our stomachs full, smiles on our faces, and a warm goodbye that has turned into a "see you later," as I will definitely be back.

Def shocked that they were quite good in a strip mall, but I might have judged the book cover. Wished they had some cold beer or hot sake to go with the karaage for sure, I would never leave.
