I was really impressed with 303 ramen! We started with the duck cheese wontons and the taco buns! The Duck Cheese wontons were my favorite! Our group of 3 enjoyed delicious Ramen at 303Ramen. I think they run hot and I usually order medium but would get mild next time. It is fresh and delicious and service is very friendly. The decor is simple but clean. We definitely plan to return. My sister had the gluten free version and said it was very good. Came here on a colder day and we needed the hot ramen. The restaurant is super quaint and had nice Japanese decor from fake cherry blossoms and pics of Mt Fuji and paper balloons. I didn't even know this place existed despite visiting Arvada a good chunk of times! It's pretty hidden behind the old town Arvada. The inside is ultra cute and right when you walk in you are greeted by the famous Lofi girl doing her homework from YouTube playing some cozy music in the background. They have a range of different stuff here. My parents and I got ramen while my fiancé got the drunken noodles. My dad and I got the 303 Ramen. It's pretty unique and has a kick to it. There's a bunch of cheese in it but it's all melted into the bottom so be sure to scoopity scoop to eat with your ramen. Broth is tasty. My mom's Tonkotsu Ramen was apparently not impressive. She said it was salty and reminded her too much of instant noodles. My fiancés drunken noodles were apparently quite spicy and he had a pretty high tolerance for spicy stuff. If this was how it's like for medium spice I wonder how the maximum spicy level would be! Oh and the appetizer platter was fun, but I only enjoyed the steamed dumplings. We we ordered one bowl but were given an empty bowl to split it up ourselves at the table. It made a mess as trying to split hot soup and noodles. Very cute hole in the wall type of restaurant! I got the tonkotsu and my boyfriend got the 303 ramen. While my tonkotsu was nothing extrordinary (I am very picky about my tonkotsu), the 303 was amazing. My boyfriend kept commenting between bites how good it was and going as far as to say how he was sad he would have to leave and stop tasting it. The chasu pork was tender and its portions were generous. Lots of things on the menu looked great and I'm looking forward to coming back and trying something else! read more

I visited 303 Ramen and decided to try the aptly named 303 Ramen. I thought it looked like the best of the ramen options, and I think it's safe to say I was correct. It was creamy and delicious, and tasted much better than the tonkotsu ramen my girlfriend ordered. The service was fast and efficient, and the ambiance inside was pleasant. Small restaurant in Olde Town Arvada. Appears to be a family run business. Parking is a bit tricky- there are street parking or a small lot behind the restaurant. Do not park at the tacos restaurant or you'll be towed. Food came out very fast! We got our crispy calamari within 5 minutes of ordering. The calamari was crispy and good! I wish there was more to it, especially for a $9 appetizer. The 303 Ramen is more of a creamy broth. I asked for it to be spicy, so they added additional chili oil to it. The spicy beef ramen came spicy already. The broth is that of normal ramen and is not as creamy. Both bowls were excellent and good portion sizes. We've been to 303 Ramen two times since the quarantine. I absolutely love how they organize the foods. Sauce in one container and the noodles with all the pretty fixings in another container! Everything stays warm by the time we get home. My husband loves to get the Shoyu Ramen, extra spicy. He can handle heat - but they pack a punch here AND he loves it hahaha! The broth is a bit too salty for my liking. I have to add some water to it to help. Still very flavorful and true to the type of broth you get. The Tonkotsu tastes like Tonkotsu and the Shoyu tastes like Shoyu. I'm not a fan of places where the Tonkotsu tastes like Shoyu. If I wanted that, I would've ordered that. At 303 they get it right! Overall, it's one of the better ramen shops in town with a good price tag. The broths are fairly authentic, classic, and delicious. They don't cut corners and don't try to do any unnecessary unique toppings, which I appreciate. We also got the Pad Thai that is also great and not greasy like other places. The curries are also good and what you would expect. The downside of this place is decent service. I've gone several times and seat myself, have long waits for water/food, and usually notice others experience the same. Each time I've gone, the staff forgets to give us utensils so we're waiting a few minutes before we can eat. They appear to consistently be short staffed. Lack of service is made up by the good food and price. I will always go here instead of a "fusion ramen" place that charges close to $20 for a bowl with unauthentic toppings and taste. read more

Went to a Ramen restaurant and didn't have the ramen. Was SUPER excited that they had Cream Cheese Wontons though! Since moving out of the "Highlands" area, I haven't been able to find a place that has cream cheese wantons sans the crab. I guess I should've known it wouldn't really be my thing since I'm not a big fan of Chai. It was refreshing, but too sweet for my taste. Worth a try though. Hot Sake - You can't really go wrong here. My only gripe was that I didn't drink it fast enough, and it started getting cold quickly. Cream Cheese Wontons - Not in the purse type wrapper, but instead in a triangle wrap. A little excessive on the cream cheese, but still pretty tasty. I like mine with soy sauce, so I don't know if the dip that it came with was any good. Miso Soup - I thought it was well done. Lots of flavor, none of it bad. Lemongrass Soup - My boyfriend had this. He said it was on the spicy side, but pretty good. That's all we had on this visit. Cute little place in a neighborhood. We parked in the street which is a pain but they also said there was parking in the back. We visited in June 2020 when COVID-19 precautions were being taken.
