Cute little place in a neighborhood. We parked in the street which is a pain but they also said there was parking in the back. We visited in June 2020 when COVID-19 precautions were being taken. That means the doors had to be left open for ventilation so it was hot inside the restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got the tonkotsu ramen. It was rich, creamy and delicious. This is the 3rd time I've been here. I love this place and in love with their pad thai. I think that this place makes pad thai the way it should be and not greasy; their level of spicy is also very on point. My boys also enjoy their ramen here too. Delicious! The spicy beef ramen was fantastic. Great flavor. Beautiful presentation. Perfect portion. The drunken noodles were very good. Not the best I've had, but no complaints. The taco bun appetizer was kind of weird. It was a peanut curry stuffed inside a fluffy mantou bun shaped like a taco. Tasty, but odd. Probably won't order that again, but was worth trying. I'll cut to the chase - none of us felt like our ramen components were fresh, nor made in-house. Egg rolls were mushy and were suspiciously same-y in size, texture, flavor, and all around seemed like they were taken out of a bag. They were brought out less than 2 minutes after ordering and were barely warmer than room temp. It was empty when we got there and we ordered 3 completely different ramen broths, different meats, different toppings. A couple minutes after getting our egg rolls, we heard microwave beeps and a couple minutes after that, all 3 came out at the same time. All of the seafood in the tom yum was clearly from a bag (not uncommon), and if the chashu was made in house, I would be very surprised. The cheese ramen tasted like they took the shoyu broth, put a chili powder, grated cheese, and mac'n'cheese powder in it. Sounds interesting, but it just did not work - tasted too artificial. All 3 of our eggs were fridge-cold and had no soaking/seasoning done. The feeling of the restaurant wasn't really noteworthy. It was fine and had some ambient relaxing music (one of those youtube chill vids) Overall, we were quite disappointed and aren't sure if we were missing something, or just have a different idea of what good ramen is. read more

Amazing ramen! I had the chicken ramen with tonkatsu broth and it was amazing. My husband had the spicy tom yum and he liked his as well but had food envy when I let him try mine. The soft boiled egg is to die for! We also had the shrimp spring rolls and really enjoyed the sauce it came with. We will definitely be back soon! read more

Update**** The food is still really great .. But their Vietnamese coffee isn't the actual authentic style..... Very disappointed on the coffee . Stopped in to grab take out on a quiet night, the food was ready fast and stayed hot and fresh on the drive home. Had the pad thai and 303 sampler-the pad Thai was good, nothing incredibly outstanding but it hit the spot. The sampler was very hit and miss. The cheese wontons were disappointing-super chewy breading and not much filling at all. The dumplings and spring rolls were okay, nothing amazing but no major complaints. Was not a fan of the golden tofu. I got the sampler thinking I wanted a variety of appetizers but it was just way too much fried food and it got old fast. 3 stars because the pad Thai was good but the sampler not so much. read more

I came here yesterday with my wife. When we walked in we were immediately attended to but did have to wait due to how packed it was and how small of a place it is. It was a short wait but even as we were waiting they took our order and had it ready to go once we sat down. The atmosphere actually felt really homey. You're in pretty close proximity to other patrons but not so close to the point of discomfort. You will hear others nearby conversing but won't mind it because you will be busy enjoying the food and your own conversation! Now onto the food! My wife ordered the build your own ramen with flank steak and I ordered the spicy beef ramen which is about the same thing but spicy! The beef was the stand out of this visit. It was lean and had the perfect amount of chew with each bite adding flavor to the noodles. The noodles were your pretty standard noodles, wasn't the best but it definitely filled the purpose it had. The broth wasn't that special either. It had a very good taste, but it definitely didn't have me begging for more. My wife enjoyed her bowl of ramen! She had the egg noodles along with her flank steak with traditional broth. She isn't the biggest fan of ramen but loved this place and can't wait to come back! Overall, I would recommend this place to any ramen lovers. It's quick, friendly and delicious! If you're looking for a good meaty portion then order the spicy beef, if you love noodles I'd also give this place a shot. What a little diamond in the rough! I really wanted some Thai food ironically enough, and decided to try 303 Ramen. Weird right?! Well, let me tell you, if you are looking for the classics like Pad Sew Ew or Pad Thai(both I have tried now), it is delicious! I didn't have high expectations being that this is a Ramen restaurant, BUT the Ramen is good, but it's the other two dishes that made me decide to write the review. AMAZING FOOD! P.S. - Their Signature Taco Buns are so delicious and rich. The flavors aren't lacking at all. If you aren't a fan of peanut sauce, don't go for them otherwise from top to bottom a GREAT starter. read more

There are now 5... no wait 6 ramen places within a 10 mile radius of home now! Three of the spots are fairly or very new. Of the three 303 is my favorite. Toppings are important but the two most important ingredients are the soup and the noodles. If the soup is good enough, when I'm finished eating there'll be just a drop in the bottom of the bowl when I'm done. I drained my bowl at 303. I debated between 3 and 4 stars because although their soup is good, noodles were great, the pork belly near perfect, both times we've been so far the soup hasn't been hot which is a cardinal sin for ramen (and not all their toppings flavors work well in the bowl). I'll have to re-try the other spots... or not and figure out which of the 6 (maybe 7?) ramen spots in Arvada is our favorite. Oh, btw 303, It's "tonkotsu" not "tonkatsu". Soooo good! They have all sorts of amazing ramen and other noodle dishes at a fair price. Incredibly flavorful, and they give you lots so you'll be very full. I got the spicy beef ramen, Thai tea, and golden tofu, and I recommend all of it. The kimchi in my ramen tasted just like the kimchi I had in my childhood (I'm from a Korean upbringing,) and the egg was perfectly soft boiled, which I don't see too often done right these days. Just a heads up, the interior isn't super fancy or anything and the dining area inside is pretty small, but the wonderful service and one of a kind food more than makes up for it. If you wanna try a new, fun ramen place and you haven't already tried this place out, what are you doing? Go here, you will not regret it. :) read more

Spicy Chicken Ramen bowl is fantastic! Customer service is good. I like the soda in the cans and it is always easy to sit upon arrival.

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. Randomly came across it downtown when I started working for the city and decided to try it with a coworker. Decided to try this place on Sunday. I'd never been to this side of town so it felt like eating inside of someone's home. The outside of the restaurant reminded me of someone's home, even though the entire strip had many buildings like this that are either restaurants or stores. It was an interesting experience! The inside of the restaurant was small, like the size of a living room. The tables and chairs were a shiny red--almost plasticy--but the floor was a lovely grey-brown wood. Although it looked quaint, it was very clean. Unfortunately, I carry a large purse and had no where to place it (we sat at a 2-person table), so I had to place my purse on the floor. The floor appeared very clean, however. The waitress was nice, prompt and accommodating. We ordered the cream cheese wantons because of the reviews. They were very delicious! We actually now prefer them pressed flat as they sell them instead of the normal pinched corners forming a crown. They honestly tasted like regular cream cheese wantons, but they were simply easier to eat and there was a crunch to every bite. My fiancé loved them! I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and finished it all. It was good, but I thought it was missing a flavor--and that flavor was garlic. I think I'm more in love with Sasuke Ramen's ramen because they offer you the option of putting black garlic in your ramen--the garlic just elevates the dish to perfection!!! My fiancé ordered the Panang Curry with chicken, mild. He is by no means a spicy eater, but he said the "mild" was too spicy. I LOVE spicy foods, so I tasted his curry and thought it was a perfect spiciness, which meant it was indeed too spicy for my fiancé. The flavor to the curry was also good but it was a tad salty. I feel like it should've been a bit creamier like curry should be. I would've given this place 5 stars but my fiancé struggled through his meal. He didn't want to complain, so that may be part of his fault, but the cooks should look into ensuring their mild is truly at a mild spice level. Perhaps it was just that day their spicy level was off. I don't know if we'll be returning (maybe just for the wantons), but I will be going back to Sasuke Ramen and their black garlic. read more

We had seen them while visiting another restaurant in Olde Town and had been meaning to try it so I was excited to see them offering delivery through DoorDash. I got the Tonkatsu Ramen with pork, my boyfriend got the spicy beef ramen and then we got the duck cheese wontons, steamed pork dumplings and 2 Thai teas. Everything was phenomenal really good flavorful broth, delicious pork, fresh veggies and a perfectly cooked egg. My boyfriend also really enjoyed his dish, loved the beef and was a huge fan of the kimchi added. On the way to Breckenridge we were craving for something warm since it was mid January. We chose this place as our first eating spot while arriving in Colorado while on the way to the mountains. This place brings Asian cuisine to this area although it was just okay. Started with a seaweed salad and fried vegetables eggrolls. It was nice to see a new addition to the otherwise humdrum food offerings in and around "olde town" Arvada but their white bread food offerings have relegated them to the white noise of subpar suburban eateries. Apps were decent but lacked individual flavor, everything was basically thrown In the same vat of oil, fried GBD and plated with the requisite dipping sauce and simple greenery to liven up the plate. The tonkotsu "broth" of our one ramen dish was more like lukewarm dishwater, the noodles looked like 10 miles of bad country backroad, over cooked and slimy. "Protein" came in the form of overcooked shrimp, chewy and flavorless. Everything needed salt. Garnish greens were the only stand out in taste but knifework was clumsy on the larger veggies, the chef opted for chunks for filler instead of slivers to liven. read more

If you were concerned that Thai Chili went away, lay those concerns to rest. It is the same restaurant. They simply added ramen to the menu. I didn't really like the ramen. Bland. The Thai food was the same as Thai Chili - ok. The coconut chicken soup was still on the menu and still amazing, especially if you have a cold.
