The food is delicious and the fish is super fresh. They have daily flown in specials that I would 100% recommend. We got the plan hand rolls and they were perfect.

Yuki ramen has my favorite ramen in denver now. Highly recommend the Shirayuki ramen and the volcano roll + house plum wine. This spot was easy to get a table for 2 on a Saturday night at 6:30, and the service was fantastic. SHIRA YUKI (tonkotsu shio ramen with pork belly, bean sprouts, cabbage, kikurage, scallions. black garlic oil, and yuki spice) Volcano Roll (baked salmon on top of a California roll)

Out of the three ramen places I've tried in Denver (one in LoHi, one by Union Station), this has taken first place. Since I don't like soup, I asked my friend what she thought who has eaten with me at those two other places and also agreed. The numbers don't lie What's really setting the food apart for me is the mackerel sashimi I got off the Mouhitotema portion of the menu. Really rich and oily mackerel flavor without being "fishy". I've got to try more stuff here because something in my gut is keeping me from giving it 5 stars, but I'm excited to start recommending this place for ramen to friends

Visiting Denver for the first time and had dinner at Yuki shortly after arriving. We started with the yellowtail carpaccio - perfectly spicy, tangy and fresh. We also tried the bluefin tuna, salmon and eel hand rolls, simple but really yummy. I tried the spicy ramen, definitely a good heat, the noodles were bouncy and the broth of rich. Sashimi was absolutely delicious, specially the eel and sweet shrimp 8/10. Service was amazing, very attentive and everyone was so kind! I recommend you give it a try!

Been here a few times and this place is underrated with how super fresh everything tasted! It can get a little pricey but it's definitely worth every penny with the quality and presentation of it all. The service was also super attentive and knowledgeable. Great place!

I stopped into Yuki Ramen and Taki Sushi last night with some friends to grab some ramen. This was a new ramen menu from my last visit, so I opted for the spicy miso ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful and it had all of my favorite toppings. It could have been spicer. However, I love the noodles they use: not too thin and still have some chew. I'll ask for the broth super hot next time as well. As always, the service was excellent and I'll be back for more Japanese fare!

Cute little sushi and ramen place tucked behind a bookstore. Good portions of fresh fish, and a 3 hand rolls for $15 lunch special! The aburi salmon and yellowtail belly was very tasty.

I was lucky to find front row parking and the entire restaurant open for just my husband and I to enjoy lunch! He ordered the karaage and a selection of fresh and specialty fishes. I enjoyed the midoriyuki vegetarian miso ramen. The broth takes more than 12 hours to cook and is complex and flavorful. Definitively add the poached egg; it's divine.

The sashimi is delicious! The presentation is exquisite and well orchestrated. This, by far, is my favorite sashimi in Denver! The outdoor patio is very inviting and perfect for bringing my doodles. Check it out- you'll be glad you did!

I got Kaisen don with adding Uni. $46. Don't be fooled by the look of the photo. I took the photo before eating with high expectation. I particularly took photo very close to Uni so it looks big, actually just a small piece. Anyway, the size isn't the point. It's the quality, too bad. It's the worst bowl I had ever. Uni $20, very smelly. Not fresh at all. I'm a big Uni lover, I couldn't swallow them. Salmon, tuna and yellowtail cubes are already marinated, (poke type def not kaisen style), and with marinated to cover the smell, still can taste not fresh at all. I couldn't finish them. The rice, gosh, not sushi rice, ok. But the steam rice alone is so dry and bad quality, warm, and hard to chew and swallow.. I just can't believe paid $46 + tax for a bowl of this thing. So so smelly not fresh bowl of stuffs.

Blue crab miso soup was soooo good!!! Pretty quick service and nice ambiance!!!!!!!!!!

Strongly recommend the chicken karaggee! Spicy ramen was good too. This place even has a patio for outdoor seating. I liked it

Aburi Hako(8pcs)

So yummy! Friendly service, unique rolls. This feels very upscale but doesn't have crazy prices. I LOVED the aburi roll.

You can try to park at the free parking, off the street or on the street. It was Sunday 3 pm and parking was no problem. Ambiance. Very Japanese like feeling with knick knacks every where with banners, akachõchin. Sushi bar takes one side and also a small bar to the back. Drink menu featured several imported Japanese bottled beers on top of the common ones at reasonable price. Ended up getting the house salad, chicken yakitori, spicy tonkatsu ramen and yaki ika. All tasted good, no complaints. Spicy tonkatsu ramen had rich broth, chatsu was grilled and plenty. Repeat

The menu leans classic izakaya--small plates meant for sharing--but everything comes out with care and confidence. Skewers are grilled properly, not rushed, with just enough char to matter. The ramen is rich without being heavy, and the broth tastes like someone actually paid attention to it for hours. Even the simpler dishes feel deliberate, which isn't always the case with izakaya-style menus. The atmosphere hits a nice balance: lively without being chaotic, cozy without feeling cramped. It works just as well for a casual dinner as it does for lingering over drinks. Speaking of drinks, the sake and Japanese whiskey selection is thoughtful and well-paired to the food. Tatsu doesn't try to reinvent Japanese cuisine--it just executes it well.

Uncle makes me want to move to Denver! To start the ambiance is really chill and inviting with warm lighting and offers countertop as well as table seating. Our server was amazing and explained the menu well and made some recommendations that did not disappoint. We ordered way to much food but I do not regret that because I got to try so many amazing dishes. Despite ordering so many options they even brought us a chilled tofu dish complimentary (no clue why but not complaining) and it was lovely! We shared the uncle salad (amazing!), thai shrimp, eggplant buns, several different nigiri/aburi nigiri and sashimi and the toro toro and spicy tuna roll. All of the sushi was fresh and had excellent pairing of accompaniments. The only dish that I remember being a miss was the soft shell crab buns. The proportion of bun to interior was off and there was way too much mayo. Everyone got their own ramen which they seemed to love. I ordered the Veggie Khao Soi per our servers recommendation and I am still thinking about it weeks later. It was a curry/ramen mix and had big chunks of trumpet mushrooms in it and the perfect amount of spice that I love. Denverites I am jealous you have Uncle and anyone visiting make sure to add it to your list!

We also really enjoyed the chili wontons, pork belly skewers, and Kobe beef buns - all were super high quality and packed with flavor. We didn't care for the cucumber salad - the large chunks just didn't take on any flavor and felt like eating plain cucumber. When I walked in, it felt more like a club than a traditional restaurant. The music was loud, the energy was high, and the crowd was definitely on the younger side. Honestly, I've never really experienced anything quite like it--part restaurant, part nightlife vibe--but it was kind of cool in its own way. I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered sushi along with a seaweed salad and an Old Fashioned. The food was actually really good--fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot after the show. That said, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing dinner, this probably isn't your place. But if you're open to a lively atmosphere and something a little different, it's a fun experience. I enjoyed my food, soaked in the vibe, and left glad I gave it a try.

So we decided to get a hot bowl of ramen to clear ourselves right up. I have to admit while we have had pretty good ramen in Colorado nothing has blown us away. This place did just that. If you are looking for the most authentic bowl of ramen anywhere within a 20-30 Radius of Denver this is your spot. I got the sesame pork belly ramen bowl and my wife the chicken dashi and both were spectacular. I know this sounds like a lot of exaggerating but no notes. Seriously ZERO! This small ramen shop is a hidden little gem in Denver. The service was great, even if our waiter was on his first day and stumbled a bit. He was attentive, eager, and happy to help with a smile on his face. The food was excellent as well, ranging from crispy gyoza and chicken karaage to various ramen dishes. The only downside was the karaage, which was slightly different than what I was used to, but it was still delicious. We left with our stomachs full, smiles on our faces, and a warm goodbye that has turned into a "see you later," as I will definitely be back.

To eat, I got my favorite aburi tuna, which I always make sure to try if a place has them. It was so good, I love the seared flavor and the fish was so fresh, the texture was perfect. We also got the fried rice, it is served with the staff, mixing the yolk of an egg into the dish at the table in front of you. This made it so rich and delicious, and felt like a show. I was really impressed by the rice itself too, nothing simple about it. The flavors were so dynamic, and everything was cooked to perfection. We also had the black miso cod, this might have been the highlight dish. It was so tender and supple, melting at the touch of a fork and even better in your mouth. The flavors were unbelievable, and it leaves you wanting more. The area is pretty central to wash park, a quick five or 10 minute walk over to Broadway after dinner is easy and accessible too.
