My dog was set to have an apportionment as a new client after several cancellations she suggested seeing my previous groomer since he was becoming matted and then next appt with her. My little guy suffers from a little bit of anxiety and gets nervous but once he gets to know you he's good. The old Groomer spoke to her and told them that my dog was not manageable. The reason i originally I was switching from the old groomer was she was no longer mobile and the dog gets a little carsick, which then gets him upset She then called me and suggested maybe I do it under a vet and have him medicated, She wouldn't even give the dog a chance or get to know him so I recently gota recommendation from the person and the mobile vet came to the house. I was so hesitant changing groomers for my dog. He had been going to the same place for years, and we loved them. But, he is terribly anxious, and since we moved farther away from our original groomer, the ride to and from got to be too much for him. I am so relieved to have found Sara. She was professional, courteous and took the time to talk with me and my husband about our dog and his needs. She even reached out to our old groomer to inquire about how they take care of him. She posted that she phoned my vet in June of 2016 who said that the infection my dog Rafa was treated for was not due to her shaving him. I arranged for another one a week later, in good faith, but was let down yet again by a last minute cancellation. No followup or further contact was made by the groomer. This required me leaving work early but I was fine with doing so because Sara has taken care of my dog so well in the past. Now comes Wed.. I leave work early and rush home and the appt comes and passes and sassy styles is a complete no show. I both call and text with no answer from Sara. Mind you, 2 weeks and I have STILL not received any text or call from them even though I've called and text her to see if she would be rescheduling. I am a good customer who doesn't mind paying extra for a personalized service but this has been more headache than its worth. I am respectful of others time and clearly this is not the way this business operates. I will finding a groomer elsewhere.
