Amazing service, super professional, and done with love, care and attention to detail! Worth every penny! Service is easy, as they come to your house. I get my long haired cat groomed by them 1-2 a year because he needs it and before finding sassy styles I had a hard time finding a good groomer that dedicated specific time to just cats. My dog was set to have an apportionment as a new client after several cancellations she suggested seeing my previous groomer since he was becoming matted and then next appt with her. My little guy suffers from a little bit of anxiety and gets nervous but once he gets to know you he's good. The old Groomer spoke to her and told them that my dog was not manageable. The reason i originally I was switching from the old groomer was she was no longer mobile and the dog gets a little carsick, which then gets him upset She then called me and suggested maybe I do it under a vet and have him medicated, She wouldn't even give the dog a chance or get to know him so I recently gota recommendation from the person and the mobile vet came to the house. She said the dog was wonderful a little nervous at first she got him comfortable, and he looks amazing. If you have a dog that needs a little TLC this is not the groomer for you read more

Sarah, the owne of Sassy styles is the best groomer. She has been grooming my boy Rome, a Maltese, for 6 years. Rome loves getting groomed by Sarah. She is so caring and makes him look so handsome. I've been looking for a groomer for my cat for so long and so so happy I finally found one! Sara and her assistant are great at what they're doing! They made my cat feel so comfortable, which he's always scared and stressed. We love Sassy Styles. We have two smaller dogs, bonded brothers. They can be groomed simultaneously, which keeps them calmer, and it only takes about 90 minutes. They are thoroughly cleaned and cutely coiffed. Appointments can be made within a month, which is very convenient. read more

I was so hesitant changing groomers for my dog. He had been going to the same place for years, and we loved them. But, he is terribly anxious, and since we moved farther away from our original groomer, the ride to and from got to be too much for him. I am so relieved to have found Sara. She was professional, courteous and took the time to talk with me and my husband about our dog and his needs. She even reached out to our old groomer to inquire about how they take care of him. His cut was great and the fact that I literally had to only bring him to my curb is invaluable. In fact, he seems even less sensitive after this grooming than he has in years. She posted that she phoned my vet in June of 2016 who said that the infection my dog Rafa was treated for was not due to her shaving him. I arranged for another one a week later, in good faith, but was let down yet again by a last minute cancellation. No followup or further contact was made by the groomer. I've used Sassy Styles twice now to groom my two large dogs. It is such a convenient and practical service. Sara, the owner, is a nice and skilled groomer. I was quoted a price and actually paid less since she said my dogs were so easy to work with! The van pulls up in my driveway. I bring the dogs out and they're done within the half hour. I'm giving sassy styles 2 stars due to their lack of customer service. I had an appointment a couple weeks ago on a Wed at 430. This required me leaving work early but I was fine with doing so because Sara has taken care of my dog so well in the past. Now comes Wed.. I leave work early and rush home and the appt comes and passes and sassy styles is a complete no show. I both call and text with no answer from Sara. Mind you, 2 weeks and I have STILL not received any text or call from them even though I've called and text her to see if she would be rescheduling. I am a good customer who doesn't mind paying extra for a personalized service but this has been more headache than its worth. I am respectful of others time and clearly this is not the way this business operates. I will finding a groomer elsewhere. As for the actual grooming she does care for the dog and the cut comes out pretty good. That's if you can get them to show. read more
