I don't even know where to start, but what I'll say first off is that we had a horrible experience…read morehere. We moved into town and were looking for a groomer. We stumbled upon this place and brought our dog here. When my husband was dropping him off, he was explaining to them what kind of Cut he wanted them to do. He said just a simple trim nothing too short. The woman looked at him and flat out, said "I have no clue what you want", And she called for somebody else to come over and yelled "This guy is asking for something and I don't know what he wants." - In a very rude tone. Mind you, we are brand new customers, this is our first time there. Our dog is a golden retriever and so he's the happiest dog you'll ever meet. Because it was our first time I called an hour later to check up and see what his status was and how he's doing. The woman that worked there (didn't get her name but she was a very tough and rude woman) was very mean as if I was bothering her when I called. I simply was asking for an update to see when my dog would be done, but she was not very polite. After picking him up, we noticed that he was not Himself. He was pulling us to leave. When we brought him home, he was very quiet and not his happy self. A month later we had another appointment booked and as we were walking close to the door We noticed our dog, pulling us the opposite way- He was basically telling us that he did not want to go inside. That was a huge red flag for me. I knew something happened during his first grooming Session And I'm glad we trusted our instinct the second time and didn't go through that door. Unfortunately This is not the first time I've heard of an experience like this from This place. 2 other friends who have dogs stopped going there too because of similar stories. I don't know what happens behind closed doors at Studio Groomers, But all I know is that if they treat humans like myself so mean and rude, then I can't imagine how they treat dogs. I am really concerned about this place and their staff. Please, if you're reading this be cautious before going here if you care about your pet.

The bakery style pet cakes, cookies, and treats are beautiful. They have a great selection of high end pet food from Italy, that is all organic, holistic, certified non gmo which the lady Ru was nice enough to offer a sample. This is the only store near by that has a in stock selection of Health Extension holistic small bites dog food for my pups. They also have a rewards program wherein if you buy 12 bags of the dog food you get a free bag, which is very nice. The pet accessories are beautiful. The dog coats, booties, sweaters, are absolutely adorable. I was blown away by the cleanliness, organization, and the store smelled amazing. I personally want to thank Ru, for the amazing shopping experience, Ru is an absolute gem. Dear Management,…read more Thank you for responding to my complaint, although I must express my disappointment that it took several weeks to receive a response. Such a delay is neither acceptable nor reflective of the level of professionalism I would have expected. To begin, if you intend to rely on surveillance footage as part of your response, please ensure that you are reviewing the footage from the correct date. I take accusations that question my honesty or integrity very seriously, and I was disappointed to read statements in your response that appeared to suggest my concerns were unfounded. Making such assertions without clear evidence is inappropriate and could be viewed as damaging to my character. My husband and I contacted your organization as soon as we noticed the bald spots on Ace. When we picked him up after his grooming appointment, his coat had been fluffed and styled, making it difficult to immediately notice the affected areas. Once we discovered them, we reached out simply to understand what had happened. We were not seeking a refund or discount--we were looking for an honest explanation and accountability. My review was never intended to harm your business or its employees. It was an honest account of my personal experience and was written to make your organization aware of our concerns while also allowing potential customers to make informed decisions. Every customer has the right to share a truthful experience, whether positive or negative. I respectfully request that you provide me with a copy of the surveillance footage you referenced, as I remain confident that Ace's condition was the direct result of the grooming service he received. For your reference, I have attached photographs clearly showing the bald spots that appeared after his appointment. What has been most disappointing throughout this experience is not only the condition in which my puppy was returned, but also the lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism demonstrated in your response. As pet owners, we place an enormous amount of trust in those we choose to care for our beloved companions. That trust was broken, and your response has only reinforced our disappointment. I sincerely hope that you will reconsider how customer concerns are handled in the future. A willingness to listen, communicate honestly, and accept responsibility when appropriate goes much further than dismissing a customer's experience. Sincerely, Karina K.
