Self serves Dog wash
Randy K.

OMG this place is great! Nice washing tubs with all the things you need to get your puppy clean as a whistle. The drying room has powerful dyers to get them dry fast. If your dog is a shedder, no fear it's self enclosed. You can create a Fernando to your heat's desire. Staff is really nice a s helpful, Kyle even helped with a quick nail trim. I'll be back!!! Warning - Harrison Parking are very prompt make sure you leave plenty of time on the meeter.

Archie, clean as a whistle & so happy!

I already had a little…read moreexperience in the pet care industry, but I had no idea that meeting her would completely change the course of my life and career. From day one, Erica welcomed me with open arms. She believed in me, encouraged me, and was always willing to share her knowledge. Through her academy, I completed a 500-hour grooming course that became the foundation of everything I know today. Erica taught me far more than just grooming techniques. She taught me about dog breeds, coat types, breed-specific haircuts, proper hygiene procedures, skin and coat care, hydration treatments, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and even how to safely perform anal gland expression. Every lesson was taught with incredible patience, attention to detail, and genuine care. What truly sets Erica apart is the way she teaches people to understand animals. She taught me how to read a dog's body language, recognize their fears and anxieties, help them feel safe, and handle them with kindness, respect, and compassion. She always emphasized that grooming is not just about appearance--it's about building trust and creating a positive experience for each pet. Today, I am a professional groomer and proud owner of my own business, and I can honestly say that none of this would have been possible without Erica's guidance, mentorship, and constant encouragement. She helped me discover my passion and my purpose in life. Working with animals is something I truly love, and I am forever grateful that she played such an important role in that journey. In all my years working in this industry, I have never met anyone who cares for animals the way Erika does. Her dedication, knowledge, patience, and love for every pet she works with are truly exceptional. She is not only an amazing professional but also an incredible mentor and human being. Thank you, Erica , for believing in me, teaching me, and inspiring me to become the groomer and business owner I am today. I will always be grateful for everything you have done for me and for so many animals. Highly recommended!

We tried other places but nothing compares. They take their time and make sure your pet is perfect every time. I realized no two places are the same. I had informed them that I was on my way. I was told I was already 30 minutes late when, in reality, I was only 25 minutes late and still had another 5 minutes to arrive which I stated can I be there in 10.I was treated rudely, and nor ask to reschedule, or maybe take the opportunity to check if there's an opening within later in the day.Instead I was threatened with a no-show fee despite communicating that I was coming. To make matters worse, I regularly spend close to $100 on his haircut, and I have continued bringing him there for over a decade with no problem.Throughout all those years there have been multiple occasions when I was told my dog would be ready in two hours, only for the appointment to take five hours instead and I never complained. I was essentially told, "Good luck with another groomer." That response was dismissive.I understand that businesses have policies and schedules to maintain, but customer service, communication, should still matter. I was not asking for special treatment. I simply expected courtesy since it was a first time thing. This experience has completely changed my opinion of this business. It is disappointing to realize that all those years of being a loyal customer meant so little when a situation arose that required a little understanding and an easy resolution. Sadly I would have to find another groomers due to their unprofessional manners.
