Such a delay is neither acceptable nor reflective of the level of professionalism I would have expected. To begin, if you intend to rely on surveillance footage as part of your response, please ensure that you are reviewing the footage from the correct date. I take accusations that question my honesty or integrity very seriously, and I was disappointed to read statements in your response that appeared to suggest my concerns were unfounded. Making such assertions without clear evidence is inappropriate and could be viewed as damaging to my character. My husband and I contacted your organization as soon as we noticed the bald spots on Ace. When we picked him up after his grooming appointment, his coat had been fluffed and styled, making it difficult to immediately notice the affected areas. Once we discovered them, we reached out simply to understand what had happened. We were not seeking a refund or discount--we were looking for an honest explanation and accountability. My review was never intended to harm your business or its employees. It was an honest account of my personal experience and was written to make your organization aware of our concerns while also allowing potential customers to make informed decisions. Every customer has the right to share a truthful experience, whether positive or negative. I respectfully request that you provide me with a copy of the surveillance footage you referenced, as I remain confident that Ace's condition was the direct result of the grooming service he received. For your reference, I have attached photographs clearly showing the bald spots that appeared after his appointment. What has been most disappointing throughout this experience is not only the condition in which my puppy was returned, but also the lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism demonstrated in your response. As pet owners, we place an enormous amount of trust in those we choose to care for our beloved companions. That trust was broken, and your response has only reinforced our disappointment. I sincerely hope that you will reconsider how customer concerns are handled in the future. Today 06/08/2017 I return there had an appointment at 3:30 picked up my dog at 8:15 pm because woman groomer was busy as she told me cause she had a problem dog there. I informed her not to rush my dog I live 5 min away. I pick her up and I'm about to cry she looked like she got attacked by a buzzer . She stated her hair will grow in about 3 weeks, and her nails were long . She tells me cost and says I'm so tired worked too hard today!!!! Guess my dog paid for her stress!!! She's a dog yes... but she's my daughter.. my baby...I'm heartbroken and this woman told me I neglected my dog that's why she had to do what she did as far as grooming... The business is brand new I believe they opened mid-November 2024…read more I called ahead to see if they cut and file my pet's nails (since some groomers won't just do that unless there's bath/fur cutting involved) my pet has short fur so the only maintenance outside the home is his nails which grow fast. The business owners are a couple and were very nice and attentive to my pet. We also received some homemade peanut butter treats which he (my dog) loved! They are soft and crunchy. They also sell some dog birthday cakes and treats. For nail cutting/clipping and filing the cost is $10. I suggest tipping for their services. Will be back. Just call ahead to check their availability.
