Today 06/08/2017 I return there had an appointment at 3:30 picked up my dog at 8:15 pm because woman groomer was busy as she told me cause she had a problem dog there. I informed her not to rush my dog I live 5 min away. I pick her up and I'm about to cry she looked like she got attacked by a buzzer . She stated her hair will grow in about 3 weeks, and her nails were long . She tells me cost and says I'm so tired worked too hard today!!!! Guess my dog paid for her stress!!! She's a dog yes... but she's my daughter.. my baby...I'm heartbroken and this woman told me I neglected my dog that's why she had to do what she did as far as grooming... I told her I was passing by and wanted to see her groomer certificate.. she responded bring police... your a bad pet owner . As a dog parent!!! Stay away from this place!!!!

Today, I arrived on time and left her there as scheduled. It has now been almost two hours, and she is still not ready. Emma is a very sweet, gentle Miniature Pinscher, so there is no reason for such a long delay. What is the point of requiring an appointment if the scheduled time is not respected? This shows a complete lack of consideration for both customers and their pets. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way this was handled.

I don't even know where to start, but what I'll say first off is that we had a horrible experience…read morehere. We moved into town and were looking for a groomer. We stumbled upon this place and brought our dog here. When my husband was dropping him off, he was explaining to them what kind of Cut he wanted them to do. He said just a simple trim nothing too short. The woman looked at him and flat out, said "I have no clue what you want", And she called for somebody else to come over and yelled "This guy is asking for something and I don't know what he wants." - In a very rude tone. Mind you, we are brand new customers, this is our first time there. Our dog is a golden retriever and so he's the happiest dog you'll ever meet. Because it was our first time I called an hour later to check up and see what his status was and how he's doing. The woman that worked there (didn't get her name but she was a very tough and rude woman) was very mean as if I was bothering her when I called. I simply was asking for an update to see when my dog would be done, but she was not very polite. After picking him up, we noticed that he was not Himself. He was pulling us to leave. When we brought him home, he was very quiet and not his happy self. A month later we had another appointment booked and as we were walking close to the door We noticed our dog, pulling us the opposite way- He was basically telling us that he did not want to go inside. That was a huge red flag for me. I knew something happened during his first grooming Session And I'm glad we trusted our instinct the second time and didn't go through that door. Unfortunately This is not the first time I've heard of an experience like this from This place. 2 other friends who have dogs stopped going there too because of similar stories. I don't know what happens behind closed doors at Studio Groomers, But all I know is that if they treat humans like myself so mean and rude, then I can't imagine how they treat dogs. I am really concerned about this place and their staff. Please, if you're reading this be cautious before going here if you care about your pet.
