The groomer did a nice job on my dog. I have no complaints about her at all. She was very polite and professional and cut my dog just like how I asked her.. very nice job.. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the receptionist. She needs an class in customer service!! Very rude and unprofessional. Spoke to me very nastily. The other person waiting in the lobby told me I should write a review on yelp as she could not believe the rudeness either. I'm not sure who the owner of this establishment is .. not sure if it is a person named Shawn but if it is you might want to find a nicer and more tolerant professional person to run your front desk. Since the price of my dog went up 20 dollars since Anna left I was willing to pay but to be abused and rudely treated is unacceptable. Especially since there are plenty of other places to bring your dog that are on par with your pricing or a little less.. I will be taking my dog elsewhere .

I'm sorry but it took my breath away and I was appalled by the customer service. I didn't even get to ask my questions because right then and there I knew this place WAS NOT for me. Customer service is #1 and I would never send my Dog somewhere where I spoken to like that. Such a shame because I live so close and it would have been convenient for my husband and I but not anymore.

The business owners are a couple and were very nice and attentive to my pet. We also received some homemade peanut butter treats which he (my dog) loved! They are soft and crunchy. They also sell some dog birthday cakes and treats. For nail cutting/clipping and filing the cost is $10. I suggest tipping for their services. Will be back. I took my chances with You Lucky Dog and they were able to accommodate Benji (6 month old Cockapoo) for a Full Spa Package. I received a text message the day before that they had to switch the time from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. The place shares space with a Vet company. They are cage free. Gina greeted my sister & I when we dropped Benji off. She made me feel comfortable leaving him. We briefly reviewed what he was getting done and we were told to expect to get him in about 2.5 hrs. They charged my sister by phone to limit contact. She was able to add tip as well. My sister was a bit surprised that the total with tip was $93 as the website has the full package starting at $65.00. It is pricier than the other places we had in mind. Overall (4.5 stars), we were happy with Benji's look and cleanliness (just look at the picture!). We have plans on checking one other place before deciding which will be Benji's go to groomer.

It is their job to perform grooming services, yet here they are calling me saying they cannot perform grooming services. I basically had to pay $100 for a bath I could've done at home and for them to deshed him. When they brought him from the back, they handed him to me and said he's still wet because he was too "anxious" to finish drying him. They couldn't even blow dry the cat! To top it off the added a "Special care fee" to the bill. They couldn't even do the job that I paid for, yet they were charging me an extra fee.

Even worse, they have been known to shave dogs without the owner's approval, which is completely unacceptable. They also charge $100 or more and insist on cash only, which feels unprofessional and questionable. I've had multiple warnings from other dog owners not to go there -- and now I understand why. The name "My Loyal Pup" is misleading. If you love your dog, stay away from this place
