The lady who was doing my pedicure had a regular walk in and began rushing my work to get to her regular. They seem short staffed and overwhelmed when walkins come. I'd rather pay more at another salon that I know will have good service and good quality. Will not be returning.

I called and asked for a Pink & White Acrylic Full Set. I was assured they could do the "old way"…read moreper my request, *PINK AND WHITE FULL SET ACRYLIC*, for $39. When I arrived, we reviewed verbally again what I wanted. I was showed the price list for $39, and went ahead and added the $5 fee for cuticle care. Vivian was my nail tech and it seemed okay until she began adding my acrylic tips. She barely used any glue. I saw issues from the start with tips adhering properly. Now that my nails are finished, I can see the space between my acrylic and nail bed - open for bacteria growth and a weak bond to my nail. She finishes gluing all the tips, and then pulls out and structures the first nail with a 100% all white powder. She shows me the finished nail, as if it should make me happy, and then it all went downhill from there. I was told no, they can't do a "pink" middle with white tips because it'll cover the white of the tips and look bad. What???? This is the service I called ahead for, was reassured about, and intended to get. She has to scrape off that completed nail at this point, pulls out the "white and pink" powder, and this time is is legitimately 99% white. I BARELY see a TINT of pink in there at all. Same thing - she applies, shows me, there's zero pink in it. She lets it dry too long because she was visibly frustrated with me at this point and crossed her arms while spewing out verbiage in her own language to the other nail techs. Mortifying. She has to drill that one off. They pull out a dark pink powder this time...looks promising. She slaps it on to show me and it's a hot mess. I make her remove it. Trust me, this place was awful. Do not promise or show me a service that you are actually NOT providing. I settled, y'all. For the "pink and white" 99% white powder. She does the job, I say nothing, and pay and leave. She adds a sloppy mess of some pink shellac to try and appease me, but guys - My nails are horrible. Each nail is 2 mm thick on one end and 0.5 mm thick on the other. completely uneven, way too thick, NOT pink at all, separating from my natural nail, and the acrylic tips are not fully covered by the powder sealant. Under my nail tips is a disaster that she didn't file or fix. I will never go back here again. you should NOT go either.

Technicians in the back on their phones and other techs just sitting around until we walked in. Not busy at all. Loved the interior and the huge wall of nail Polish color selections, but it stops there. We told the lady multiple times that we just wanted regular nail polish, but either she's hard of hearing or tuned is out. Maybe it was a gimmick to get us to spend more money, and pretend that she didn't hear us. Anyways, we finally sat down and got our nails painted. The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...

I also had acrylic applied to my toes. For the $70 they charge, you would think they would know how to do it professionally..but nope. When I had the acrylic removed, I discovered they had applied acrylic onto my skin, and it ripped my skin off during removal. On another note, if you care about your cuticles, do NOT come here. I'm missing part of the cuticle bed on my big toe because they were so aggressive while trimming. They cut into the living skin surrounding my nail, and now I have inflammation because of it. I was curious why this place is never busy and wondered if it was one of those hidden gem salons. It is not. I will definitely not be coming back for the sake of my skin, nails, and cuticles!!

I called a week in advance to make an appointment and they said I was too early and I should call the day before. I ended up calling two days before and they scheduled me. They were good at practicing social distancing, however I noticed some weird things. When I was getting a pedicure, there wasn't a screen between me and the worker, but there was one with the girl across from me. They also checked the temperature of certain girls when they walked in, but they didn't check mine. Nail techs also were not wearing gloves when doing manicures. During the pedicure, the woman cut me a few times. She ended up leaving a scratch on the polish and leaving calluses on the sides of my feet. I was happy to see the other woman start my full set during my pedicure. We eventually went to the chair and she started doing the acrylic. She sighed when I showed her a picture of the design I wanted. I should have known she didn't know how to do it. I saw her spray alcohol on one of the tools, but I don't think that's the proper way to clean nail tools. She also cut me three times while doing my nails! She cut herself as well. There were young girls messing with the polish and she kept looking at them while working on my nails. She was definitely distracted. The nails don't look ugly, but it's not what I asked for. She forgot that I wanted my eyebrows waxed, so I reminded her. It was the only good part of this whole experience. In total, I paid $103 for them to do mediocre work. On top of that, my nail was really sore the next day from the cut. I've been putting alcohol and ointment on the cut so it doesn't get infected. I was considering getting my lashes done here, but I'm so glad I didn't. The service isn't even on their menu, but she said she does strips and individuals. Moral of the story, I'll be doing my own nails for now on. I'm DONE with these nail shops doing below average work.

Even after my sister asked for them to be soaked, the tech said that was the only way to do it. The tech broke her nails and almost tore off the nail bed of one. For the second hand, a second tech helped her and soaked them off. Even when given the complaint about the first tech, the manager did not do anything, was condescending, asked other customer's opinions to try to embarrass her for actually making the complaint, and expected the full payment. HORRIBLE service!
